Here’s Why I Think An “EMP” Is The Biggest Threat To America Right Now
by Noah4 weeks ago

What is the biggest threat to America….right now?

Joe Biden? Certainly he’s not helping things.

Barack Obama? The puppet master behind Biden.

Soros? The puppet master behind Biden.

China? Always on the list.

Democrats?

RINOs?

E******n theft?

Nuclear attack?

All of these things are serious threats, but I want to tell you about something often not discussed….but the impact could be bigger than anything above.

Yes, really.

It’s called an EMP attack.

What’s an “EMP” anyway?

Good question!

An EMP, or Electromagnetic Pulse, is a powerful burst of energy that can disrupt or damage electronic devices and electrical systems. It’s like a super strong wave of energy that can mess with anything that uses electricity. This includes cell phones, computers, cars, and even the power grid that gives electricity to homes and businesses.

You may have heard about it before, but it’s not commonly discussed.

So let me break it all down for you…

Likelihood of an EMP Attack:
Technological Feasibility: Creating an effective EMP weapon is technologically challenging. It typically involves nuclear detonations at high altitudes or sophisticated non-nuclear devices. The complexity of these technologies limits their availability mostly to advanced military powers.
Global Politics and Deterrence: The United States has strong diplomatic relations and defense systems, which act as deterrents against direct attacks from other major powers. The doctrine of mutually assured destruction (MAD) often serves as a deterrent against nuclear-based EMP attacks, as such an attack could lead to a full-scale nuclear war.
Non-State Actors: The greater risk may come from non-state actors (like terrorist groups) who might not be deterred by traditional means. However, their access to the necessary technology is typically quite limited.
Natural EMPs: There is also the risk of a natural EMP caused by a solar storm, similar to the Carrington Event of 1859. While not a deliberate attack, the effects could be similarly disruptive.
Most Likely Ways an EMP Could Happen:
High-Altitude Nuclear Detonation: A nuclear bomb detonated high in the atmosphere could create a powerful EMP. This would require intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) capabilities.
Non-Nuclear EMP Devices: These devices can be designed to target specific areas or systems without the broader destruction caused by nuclear weapons. However, their effective range and power are generally less than a nuclear EMP.
Cyber-Physical Attacks: A coordinated cyber-attack on power grids and electronic systems could mimic some effects of an EMP, though technically different.
Solar Storms: A severe solar storm hitting the Earth could create natural EMP effects, disrupting electrical systems and communications.
The Fallout From an EMP:
Power Outage: EMPs can knock out electricity everywhere, like turning off a big light switch for a whole city or even a country.
No Internet or Phones: Imagine not being able to call, text, or use the internet. That’s what happens with an EMP.
Water Supply Issues: Without power, getting clean water to homes and buildings becomes really hard.
Food Shortage: Stores need electricity to keep food fresh. Without it, a lot of food can go bad quickly.
No Heating or Air Conditioning: Houses and buildings would lose heating in winter and air conditioning in summer.
Hospitals Struggle: Hospitals rely on power for life-saving equipment. An EMP could put many lives at risk.
T***sportation Problems: Cars, buses, and trains might not work, making it tough to get around.
Banking and Money Problems: ATMs and credit card machines need power, so buying things could become really difficult.
Emergency Services Disrupted: Police, fire, and ambulance services could be severely affected.
Danger to Airplanes: Planes flying when an EMP hits could have serious trouble.
Schools Closing: With no power, schools might have to close.
No Radio or TV: News and entertainment through radio and TV would be cut off.
Damage to Electronics: An EMP can break things like computers, TVs, and even some toys.
Industrial Shutdowns: Factories and other big workplaces would have to stop work.
Fuel Shortages: Gas stations need power to pump gas, so cars might run out of fuel.
Increased Crime: Without alarms or streetlights, there might be more thefts and other crimes.
Health Risks from Spoiled Food: Without fridges, food can spoil and make people sick.
Waste Disposal Problems: Trash and sewage systems might not work properly.
Mental Health Stress: The sudden change and uncertainty can be really stressful and scary for people.
Long-Term Recovery: Fixing everything after an EMP can take a really long time and be very hard.
Life In America Following an EMP Attack:
Week 1: Immediate Chaos and Confusion

In the immediate aftermath, there would be widespread panic and confusion. The EMP, having disabled all electronics, would leave individuals without means of communication; cell phones, internet, and radio would be rendered useless.
T***sportation systems would grind to a halt. Modern vehicles with electronic components would fail, leading to widespread traffic jams and stranded individuals.
Emergency services would be severely hampered, struggling to respond to incidents without their usual communication and t***sportation infrastructure.
There would be a run on stores for essential supplies as people quickly realize the severity of the situation. This could lead to shortages and even l**ting in some areas.
Week 2-3: Adapting to the New Reality

Communities would begin to adapt. Those with older, non-electronic vehicles and equipment would find themselves at an advantage.
People would turn to bicycles, horses, or simply walking for t***sportation.
The lack of refrigeration and electronic banking systems would lead to a reliance on cash t***sactions and bartering. Localized trading systems might emerge.
Battery-operated or hand-crank radios would become vital sources of information, assuming some radio stations could continue broadcasting.
There would be a significant increase in manual labor as machines and automated systems used in manufacturing and agriculture would be non-operational.
Week 4 and Beyond: Long-Term Adjustments

Social structures would begin to shift, with communities becoming more localized and self-sufficient. Neighbors would need to work together for survival, leading to a resurgence of community-oriented living.
Food shortages could become a serious issue. Without modern t***sportation and preservation methods, communities would have to rely on locally sourced food, leading to a rise in gardening and small-scale farming.
Health care would face severe challenges. Hospitals would struggle without modern equipment, leading to a reliance on more traditional methods of treatment and an increased need for medical knowledge within communities.
Education would revert to non-digital methods. Schools, if they remained open, would rely on books and oral teaching methods.
Over time, there might be efforts to rebuild some form of electrical infrastructure, but this would be a slow and difficult process given the extent of the damage caused by the EMP.
Now you see what I’m talking about?

As usual, I don’t like to just leave you h*****g with the bad news….I like to give you solutions!

And I have one here.

You know I’ve got you covered!

There ARE things you can do right now to make sure you and your family will stay safe and be able to survive in the event we end up living through an EMP strike.

Now They Are Coming After House Plants, It’s All About Control At This Point
By R. Kelly -January 9, 2024
Just when you think the insanity couldn’t get more ridiculous, the left does it again.

That’s right, folks, houseplants are k*****g the planet.

According to a report from the Washington Post, raising house plants is bad for the environment and contributes to c*****e c****e.

“The trucks that t***sport plants spew carbon emissions, plastic pots and synthetic fertilizers are made from petroleum and the harvesting of soil components like peat can tear up slow-forming habitats,” the article, written by climate solutions reporter Nicolás Rivero, says.

Ricero’s article states that people should only find plants through garden clubs or “local plant swaps” to reduce carbon emissions. He also said that people should only use biodegradable pots.

Bjorn Lomborg, a Danish author and fellow at Stanford’s Hoover Institute, who told “Fox & Friends Weekend” he found it “silly.”

“Look, you’re not going to solve c*****e c****e by telling people to be poor and be colder, be less comfortable, fly less, drive less. Now, have less plants. You’re going to do this [fix c*****e c****e] through innovation,” he said on Sunday.

“So stop with this sort of doom-mongering and start thinking about what really works. Innovation is what’s going to work.”

There is some good new as well, Biden’s war on kitchen appliances has been blocked.

The 5th Circuit ruled against the DOE’s ridiculous rules:

“Even if DOE could consider dishwashers’ and clothes washers’ ‘efficiency’ in both ‘energy use’ and ‘water use,’ the 2020 Rules likely promoted greater efficiency in both categories than the Repeal Rule,” the court’s decision stated. “Assuming both energy conservation metrics are on the table, the States argue, and DOE does not appear to dispute, that one important aspect of that problem is whether appliance regulations actually reduce energy and water consumption.”

“Yet the administrative record contains ample evidence that DOE’s efficiency standards likely do the opposite: They make Americans use more energy and more water for the simple reason that purportedly ‘energy efficient’ appliances do not work,” it continued.

America’s Real Radicals

They say “perception is reality.” Not quite.

But what someone thinks is true will shape their behavior, even if it isn’t actually true.

If that weren’t the case, billions of dollars wouldn’t be spent annually on marketing and advertising products and services you don’t actually need but which “consumers” have been convinced they can’t live without.

The same goes for the world of politics. There are perceptions, and then there is the reality. And knowing the difference between them in 2024 will be crucial.

So let’s start with that awful word: “narrative,” because the historic P**********l e******n this year will be driven by whether existing false representations of Left and Right can be broken.

The conventional wisdom, the DC narrative about Left v. Right has been boiled down for decades as: “the Democrats care about the little guy, for minorities and women” and “Republicans are mean, selfish, greedy and elitists who look down on the working man.” Then 2016 happened.

Incredibly, a billionaire reality-TV superstar real-estate mogul came out of nowhere with a message about the “forgotten men and women” who had been betrayed by both parties and about how we have to “Make America Great Again.” And Donald T***p w*n, the first time he ever ran.

Clearly the establishment narrative had failed the Left. So, what was to be done? Up the ante. With the violent support of astroturfed, so-called, social justice “movements” like A****a and Black L***s M****r, the spin-doctors, talking heads, and communication “experts” decided to go all the way.

Building upon Hillary Clinton’s original dehumanizing language of the “Deplorables,” which itself was a version of Obama’s “bitter clingers” slur, the Biden regime and its lacks doubled down. Instead of deplorable hicks who loved their Bible and their guns, the language switched to something much darker.

If you were one of the 60 million-plus Americans who originally v**ed for the billionaire from Queens, or the 70 million-plus who v**ed to re-elect him 4 years later, you were a threat. From his f*****tic red-lit Marine Corps propped-up speech in front of Liberty Hall, to his speech Monday at the site of a church shooting which – strangely occurred under Obama’s presidency, not Trump’s – Biden has you as a MAGA-extremist, a d******c t*******t driven by W***e S*******y. President Trump is described as an authoritarian who admires Mussolini, reads Mein Kampf, and is readying himself to establish a dictatorship.

This is all very strange, given that the man in question has already been President and took none of the actions we are told he is obsessed with when he already was in office. Instead of being a f*****t or a N**i, or a White-S*********t, he was the most philosemitic President since 1948, a man who recognized Jerusalem and moved our embassy there, after 3 previous Presidents were too afraid too. As to White-Supremacy and general bigotry? In addition to black and gay cabinet members, President Trump initiated unprecedented justice and penal reforms to help minorities, in addition to historic support to Black colleges and universities.

So, who are the f*****ts?

Who deployed the FBI to raid Mar a Lago, the residence of a former President? Which administration arrested former Assistants to the President for “contempt of Congress?” Whose DOJ targeted a former President’s lawyers, including the former Mayor of New York? Whose FBI surveilled Catholics for being “traditional?” Who sentenced J****** 6 demonstrators for 20+ years for trumped up “obstruction of an official proceedings” charges? Whose DOJ used illegal surveillance 200,000+ times against innocent Americans? Whose Federal Air Marshals tracked Trump supporters simply because they support the former President. Unelected judges of which political persuasion are trying to take President Trump off the 2024 b****t? And which side has raised indictments totaling more than 730+ years in prison against the leader of the Opposition?

Yes, America is facing the threat of f*****t dictatorship. But it’s already here. The F*****ts are the Democrat Party and the Biden regime.

People were unemployed because of the Chinese v***s and states shutting down small businesses they deemed as unessential. If Trump tried to o*******w the government, what do you call the Democrats in 2000, 2004, and 2016 who contested the e******ns and tried to overturn the results? What about A****a and B*M activities during the summer of 2020 that resulted in a billion dollars of damage and at least 35 people dead, including LEOs, damage to a courthouse, and police station, and a church in DC, as well as trying to invade the White House, and assaulting Republican conventioneers. Why you should throw away your non-stick pan the second it cracks
One surface crack on a PTFE-coated pan releases about 9,100 plastic particles.

BY CARLA DELGADO | PUBLISHED NOV 14, 2022 10:00 AM EST

Non-stick cookware is often a kitchen favorite because food doesn’t stick to its surface—making it easy to whip up dinner without a huge cleaning hassle. The kitchen essential has grown in popularity since scientists created the first non-stick cooking pan in 1954, but the C****-** p******c drove a surge. The market demand for non-stick cookware reached 206.1 million units worldwide in 2020 and is expected to increase even more due to the growing preference for it.

The non-stick coating is made of a synthetic fluoropolymer called polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), more commonly known under the brand name Teflon. A 2022 report from the non-profit organization Ecology Center shows that 79 percent of non-stick cooking pans and 20 percent of non-stick baking pans were coated with PTFE.

[Related: Which veggie oil is most sustainable? It’s complicated.]

In a new Science of The Total Environment study, the authors simulated the cooking process with different non-stick pots and pans using turners made of different materials, like steel or wood. They found that non-stick cookware mainly coated with Teflon may release about 9100 plastic particles during the cooking process if it has a surface crack. Should something break the coating, around 2,300,000 microplastics and nanoplastics may be released and potentially find their way into food.

These cracks are a problem because PTFE falls under per- and polyfluorinated substances (PFAS), a group of chemicals that don’t break down in the environment, contaminate soil and water and build up in the bodies of living creatures. Once millions of PFAS plastic particles are released, they will circulate in the ecosystem for a long time, which explains why they are commonly dubbed “forever chemicals.” Its widespread occurrence in the environment may increase human exposure to PFAS, potentially leading to health impacts like altered metabolism, increased risk of being overweight or obese, and reduced ability to fight infections.

The authors quantified the release of plastic particles from non-stick cookware by scanning the surfaces of different non-stick pots to generate data. The data was then converted to an image using three algorithms to visualize the microplastics and nanoplastics directly, says Cheng Fang, senior research fellow in the Global Centre for Environmental Remediation (GCER) at the University of Newcastle in Australia, who was involved in the study.

“PFAS are a class of chemicals that are characterized by extremely long environmental persistence,” says Graham Peaslee, professor of physics at the University of Notre Dame who was not involved in the study. “The smaller PFAS don’t break down from exposure to sunlight, microorganisms, or anything else routinely, which means they can last for hundreds of years or longer in the environment once created.”

To avoid contaminating food or the environment with plastic particles from PTFE cookware, at-home chefs must use soft turners or non-sharp utensils that don’t scratch the surface during the cooking and cleaning process. Should there be any scratches on the cookware, replacement is recommended, says Fang.

Still, cracked surfaces aren’t the only thing to consider when cooking with Teflon. The coating can also release toxic chemicals into the air when it reaches extreme temperatures. There are several cases of individuals experiencing temporary, flu-like symptoms from polymer fume fever—as a result.

[Related: Use the Leidenfrost effect to make your stainless steel pan non-stick.]

Peaslee says re-evaluating the necessity of Teflon-coated cookware may reduce our exposure to PFAS. He adds that it may have been marketed as a great new technology in the 1950s, but cast iron always worked just as well. Fluoropolymers are concerning for environmental and human health because they emit PFAS during production, processing, use, and end-of-life treatment. There are reasonable alternatives that will do less harm to the environment and not support the fluoropolymer industry, like ceramics or stainless steel, says Peaslee.

Although much is yet to be known about the impacts of microplastic pollution on the environment, reducing the use of plastics and improving the recycling process should be paramount, says Fang.

“In our daily lives, we have lots of plastic items surrounding us,” he adds. “Most of them can gradually release microplastics and nanoplastics in their lifetimes, as tested and confirmed in this study.”

Correction 11/16/22: The brand name Teflon has been removed when not directly referring to Teflon products.

Fulton County DA Fani Willis: Her Affair with the Special Prosecutor

An ongoing affair with her subordinate – the Trump Special Prosecutor

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who has targeted Donald Trump and 18 others with the crime of challenging the 2020 e******n, is alleged to have an ongoing affair with her subordinate, Fulton County Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade.

The claim comes from the attorneys for defendant Michael Roman, who today filed their motion to dismiss and disqualify DA Willis and the Special Prosecutor. Roman faces years in prison after being charged with six counts by Special Prosecutor Wade, including violation of the Georgia RICO Act. A conviction under Georgia’s RICO conspiracy statute, for example, requires a punishment of between five and 20 years of imprisonment. See Ga. Code Ann. § 16-14-5. 10 Hot Primaries To Watch Amid An Avalanche Of 2024 E******n News

A Wave Of Resignations, Retirements, And Even An Expulsion Placed A Large Number Of Seats Up For Grabs, And Primary Contestants Are Rushing To Claim Them.
Map of the United States depicting locations with map pins of 2024 Primaries
All 435 seats in the House of Representatives and one-third in the Senate are open for v**ers in each e******n cycle. This year, the number of seats that won’t be contested by incumbents will add to some interesting primary contests.

Primary races often signal the stakes for the general e******n and can forecast the winner in a state or district where one party dominates.

Here are 10 primary races to track that could shift the momentum in either chamber.
West Virginia US Senate Seat
Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) isn’t seeking ree******n, leaving his Senate seat ripe for flipping in this solidly red state.
The top Republican primary contenders are former West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice and Rep. Alex Mooney (R-W.Va.).

Mr. Justice has raised $1.5 million and garnered endorsements from former President Donald Trump, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), and the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

Mr. Mooney has raised $2.3 million and gained endorsements from Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Paul Rand (R-Ky.) and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio).

Marine Corps veteran Zachary Shrewsbury is the only candidate in the Democratic primary race to date.

Cook Political Report rates this seat as “solid Republican.” The primary e******n is scheduled for May 14.

Montana US Senate Seat
Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) is the only statewide elected official who’s a Democrat. As such, the third-term incumbent is always considered vulnerable to a Republican challenge.

Mr. Tester has never won 50 percent or more of the v**e in this state where Libertarian candidates usually claim up to 7 percent of the total.

The primary battle will happen on the Republican side and will determine the stakes for the general e******n.

Tim Sheehy, a former Navy SEAL and CEO of Bridger Aerospace, is the most serious contender to date, having the backing of national party leaders.

Former state Attorney General Brad Johnson is also in the race, and Rep. Matt Rosendale (R-Mont.) has hinted for several weeks that he intends to make another bid for the seat. Mr. Rosendale is a hardliner who was one of eight Republicans who v**ed to oust Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) from the House speakership in October 2023.

Mr. Tester defeated Mr. Rosendale by 3.5 percent in the 2018 senatorial contest, making some party leaders question his ability to win in the general e******n.

“It’s an old lesson that we forget sometimes, which is: Winning e******ns is more than just about winning the primary,” Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) said on CNN in December 2023. “And I think that’s the concern, because there are some people who are capable of winning a primary, but they’re not capable of winning the general e******n because they refuse to broaden their appeal to a majority of the v**ers sufficient to actually win a general e******n.”
Montana primaries are held on June 4. Cook Political Report rates this Senate seat as a toss up.
Florida US Senate Seat
Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) faces a primary challenge from Keith Gross, assistant state attorney for Florida’s 18th circuit court.
Mr. Gross began his campaign in attack mode, alleging that Mr. Scott is a corrupt businessman who doesn’t represent the interests of his constituents.

“The people we’re supposed to trust in Washington have forgotten us, the people that sent them there,” Mr. Gross said in his launch video. “Our nation is in desperate need of real leadership because, at the end of the day, we all want the same thing: freedom.”
He characterized himself as “someone that isn’t getting rich by riding fraud and corruption.”

The challenger has also made negative reference to Mr. Scott’s plan to sunset all federal laws every five years, requiring a reauthorizing v**e to keep them in place. That would include Social Security and Medicare.
Mr. Gross has raised a little more than $1 million dollars, compared with Mr. Scott’s more than $14 million.

Cook Political Report calls this seat “likely Republican,” meaning that the GOP primary winner will likely go on to win the general e******n. The non-p**********l primary e******ns in Florida are set for Aug. 20.
Utah US Senate Seat
The retirement of Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) has drawn seven Republicans into the primary contest for this safe GOP seat.
Contenders include Rod Bird, mayor of Roosevelt, who has pledged $1 million of his own money to his campaign, and Brad Wilson, who was speaker of Utah’s House of Representatives until last month.

Mr. Wilson has raised more than $3 million and Mr. Bird about $1 million. Trent Staggs, mayor of Riverton, has raised more than $500,000.

Candidates are likely to position themselves against Mr. Romney’s legacy and may use Mr. Wilson’s position as an insider politician as ammunition against him.

This campaign is likely to pit moderate candidates against more conservative contenders such as Mr. Staggs, who has said that Utah v**ers “want another Mike Lee,” referring to the state’s senior U.S. senator.

Utah’s non-p**********l primary is set for June 5.
Ohio US Senate Seat
Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) unseated a Republican incumbent to win e******n to the Senate in 2006.
However, he’s the only Democrat to hold statewide elected office, and Cook Political Report calls the seat a toss up at this point.

Vying for the GOP nomination are state Sen. Matt Dolan, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, and Bernie Moreno, a former car dealer. Both Mr. Dolan and Mr. Moreno ran in 2022 for the open Senate seat that was won by Republican J.D. Vance.

Mr. Dolan has raised nearly $9 million and Mr. Moreno more than $6 million, according to the latest campaign reports.
Both Mr. Dolan and Mr. LaRose have collected a number of endorsements from in-state politicians.

Mr. Moreno has received endorsements from President Trump, Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Vance, and former House Speaker Newt Gingerich.

Primary e******ns in Ohio will take place on March 19.
California US Senate Seat
When 90-year-old Democrat Sen. Diane Feinstein died in September 2023, California Gov. Gavin Newsom appointed Laphonza Butler, president of EMILY’s List, to temporarily fill the seat. Ms. Butler has announced that she won’t seek e******n to retain the seat, opening a Democratic primary battle to fill it.
The primary race, which will almost certainly predict the winner of the general e******n, will be among three members of Congress representing the Golden State in the House: Reps. Adam Schiff, Barbara Lee, and Katie Porter.

Ms. Lee has served in the House since 1998, Mr. Schiff since 2001, and Ms. Porter since 2018.

Each candidate has solid Democratic credentials, although Ms. Lee is known as a progressive and Ms. Porter as a moderate.

Mr. Schiff gained national attention through his opposition to President Trump. Mr. Schiff was the ranking Democratic member and chair of the House Intelligence Committee during investigations into Russian interference in the 2016 p**********l e******n, and he was lead impeachment manager during the first impeachment trial of President Trump.

The most recent Republican to represent California in the Senate left office in 1992.

Cook Political Report calls the seat “solid Democrat.” The primary e******n is set for March 5.
Virginia 7th Congressional District
Rep. Abigail Spanberger (D-Va.) is surrendering this seat to make a run for governor of Virginia.
The vacancy makes the seat poachable for Republicans in a district that mixes Democrat strongholds in the outer Washington suburbs with solidly Republican areas farther south.

Five Democrats, seven Republicans, and one independent have entered the race so far. However, only three have reported raising more than $100,000. They are Republicans Derrick Anderson, Cameron Hamilton, and William Moher.

Mr. Anderson, an attorney and former Green Beret, placed second in the 2022 Republican primary.

Given the wide field on both sides, the primary contest may foreshadow both the issues and the tone of the general e******n.

Before Ms. Spanberger’s e******n in 2018, the district had been in Republican hands since the early 1970s.

Cook Political Report recently downgraded its assessment from “likely Democrat” to “leaning Democrat.” Virginia’s congressional primaries are scheduled for June 18.
Colorado 4th Congressional District
Embattled Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) is switching districts to run in Colorado’s 4th congressional district, which is being vacated by Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.).
The second-term congresswoman was facing both a primary challenge and a strong Democratic opponent for her current seat in Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District.

Ms. Boebert narrowly retained her seat in the 3rd district in 2022 over Democrat Adam Frisch, who’s vying for the seat again in 2024. Mr. Frisch has already raised nearly $8 million to Ms. Boebert’s $2.4 million.

Ms. Boebert faces a crowded primary field of six Republicans in the 4th district.

She drew criticism after security footage circulated of her and a date being ejected from a theatrical performance in Denver in September 2023.

The 4th district is considered more conservative than the 3rd district, which Ms. Boebert said “Hollywood elites and progressive money groups” were attempting to buy.

“Republicans will hold the 3rd, and I’ll proudly represent the 4th,” Ms. Boebert said in a video announcing her switch.
She said the move offered a “fresh start after a pretty difficult year.”

The Colorado 4th Congressional District is rated a “safe Republican” seat by Cook Political Report. Colorado congressional primaries are scheduled for June 25.
Minnesota 5th Congressional District
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) is facing a primary challenge from Don Samuels, a former city council member and mayoral candidate who lost to Ms. Omar in the 2022 Democratic primary by just 2 percentage points.
Mr. Samuels has attacked Ms. Omar for her comments on X, formerly known as Twitter, mentioning “unthinkable atrocities committed by the U.S., Hamas, Israel, Afghanistan, and the Taliban.”
House Republicans removed Ms. Omar from the Foreign Affairs Committee in February 2023 over her comments on Israel.

Ms. Omar has defended her remarks and denied the charge that she’s anti-Semitic.

Attorney Sarah Gad and Air Force veteran Tim Peterson have also joined the race, which will almost certainly forecast the winner of the November e******n.

Cook Political Report rates the seat as “solid Democrat.” The Minnesota congressional primary e******ns will be held on Aug. 13.
New York 16th Congressional District
Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-N.Y.) faces a primary challenge from Westchester County Executive George Latimer of Rye.
Mr. Latimer, 70, has been endorsed by dozens of Jewish leaders in New York.

Mr. Bowman, 47, is a former high school principal who entered politics in 2020, earning endorsements from progressives Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.).

The second-term congressman has drawn criticism from Jewish constituents over his v**e against a House resolution condemning Hamas and his refusal to attend a speech by Israeli President Isaac Herzog at the U.S. Capitol.

Mr. Bowman defended his actions by saying that although he condemns Hamas, the House resolution didn’t recognize Palestinian victims and that he boycotted Mr. Herzog’s speech because the Israeli leader doesn’t endorse a two-state solution for Israel and the occupied territories.

Mr. Bowman garnered a censure by the House after pulling a fire alarm in the Capitol complex when Democrats were attempting to delay a v**e on a continuing spending resolution.

Critics charged that the act was an illegal attempt to delay the v**e. Mr. Bowman maintained that it was done in the belief that it would open a locked door, allowing him to proceed to the Capitol building. He was charged with a misdemeanor, but the charge was dismissed upon his agreement to pay a $1,000 fine and write an apology to the C*****l p****e.

The 16th Congressional District has been safely in Democratic hands since 1949 and is rated “solid Democrat” by Cook Political Report.

Congressional primaries in New York are set for June 25.
