Trump Joins Bloomberg's 500 Wealthiest Post-Merger; Net Worth $6.5B
Former President Donald Trump's wealth surged after his social media company, T***h Social, merged with a special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC), paving the way for a public listing on the Nasdaq.

The deal significantly boosted Trump's financial status, landing him on Bloomberg's list of the world's 500 richest individuals with an estimated net worth of around $6.5 billion. Trump, who holds approximately 58% of the new entity, saw his stake valued between $3 billion and $4 billion.

The merger, concluded after extensive negotiations and legal challenges, marks a notable shift in Trump's financial portfolio, traditionally dominated by real estate. The financial boost comes at a critical time amid Trump's recent legal and financial challenges.

Trump can neither sell shares nor use them as collateral for at least six months due to a lockup, a business-deal provision commonly used to boost investor confidence and quell concerns that major shareholders will sell soon after a deal closes, according to The Washington Post.

The media company will debut under the stock ticker "DJT." Libs must be pooping their depends!

Poetic justice. The harder Democrats try to destroy Trump the more he wins.

why does that surprise you? Innocent until "Proven", guilty...[ read our Constitution], & stop crying!

I was responding to Kevy's claims of the opposite. It doesn't surprise me. The whole thing is unjust and will be overturned eventually.

"Innocent until proven guilty" and "justice is blind" seem to be two ideals in shorter supply these days of Democrat insanity.

I am rather happy that the Democrats constant glee at the possibility of bankrupting Trump has resulted in Trump's net worth tripling. Poetic justice.

"Under the appellate ruling, Trump now has 10 days to come up with the $175 million bond. In addition to the financial portion of the lower court's decision, the appeals court stayed the three-year bars against Trump from applying for loans from New York financial institutions, the two-year prohibition against Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump from serving as officers or directors in New York companies and the permanent bar against former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg and controller Jeff McConney from serving in financial control positions in New York businesses."

What is bidenomics? Other than a few meaningless platitudes like "bottom up" and "middle out", I'm not sure what "bidenomics" actually means. It appears that bidenomics is merely to threaten the wealthy and promise riches to the base while doing nothing beneficial for the entire country except i*****l i*******ts, Mexican Cartels, politicians and their pals.

Trump can’t resist a shady deal, if he does anything other than bankrupting to evade paying these judgments he will have committed another felony.

Collections, once approved, are very complicated and time consuming so you will have to wait a very long time, if ever, for your wet dream to be fulfilled. I had a judgement against someone that took 20 years to finally collect it all. Feel free to hold you breath in anticipation though.

My point is. Since trump is banned from doing business in NY he can turn his business over to his sons since their ban from business was lifted.

Trump is no longer banned on doing business either as long as the appeal is pending. At least that's the story I read.

I don't know about NY laws specifically but generally laws don't permit t***sfer of assets to avoid collections on a judgement. In addition Trump and his sons are allowed to conduct business in NY while the verdict is appealed.

Yes I did. The list of "former" democrats is expanding daily at the moment.

No Democrat is going to be stupid enough to buy what he's selling. Including stock. If he is helped it will be by his MAGAts.

T***h Social would not even exist if Demiocrats hadn't had Trump banned from other social media. I give Democrats the credit for creating the possibility of a conservative social media platform. Success or failure of T***h Social itself has yet to be written. Under proper management it could actually work.

According to the current polls a lot of former democrats and independents are strongly considering buying what he is selling in November.

Buying today selling tomorrow Strycker? Better be careful.

“It is grossly overvalued,” said Ritter. “It qualifies as a meme stock for which the price is divorced from fundamental value…Meme stock investors are usually buying on the basis of the greater fool theory of investing: It is overvalued today, but I hope to make money selling it to an even greater fool tomorrow at an even higher price.”

I wouldn't buy it with monopoly money. I do enjoy the prospect of the Democrats being the cause of Trump's possible success though.

Today I skimmed an article on a huge company that buys houses and rents them out. They are doing well on the stock market in both of our countries.

Is this a better option for small investors that just want to have enough?

And when those big companies start to liquidate their assets what do you think will happen to the values. The price earnings ratio on rental properties is way out of sync. Houses selling at undervalued prices are mostly gone. Rent rates are stabilizing. We are possibly nearing the peak of a housing price bubble that is caused by a number of influences. Institutional real estate investors have been one of those factors. I was getting 3 or 4 investors per day wanting to buy my properties. That is down to 3 or 4 per month now. As investor interest declines so will price. When prices start to fall investors will sell quickly driving prices even lower. The days of real estate being a winning investment at todays values and rental rates doesn't work like it has for the last 10 to 12 years. The bubble may keep growing for now but the end is closer than the beginning.

Now if you have a long timeline like 25 or 30 years for returns then almost any time is a good time for real estate investments. It will just take 15 years and some additional cash to get through it at the moment. Right now the average home price to rental income is about double what it should be to be a decent investment. Over a 30 year timespan with a 15 year mortgage expect around a 4% to 6% annual return after rent and appreciation and expenses. Results will vary.

Ain't it a kick in your ass. Twitter and Facebook ban Trump at the democrats behest and as a result he may more than double his net worth in just 3 years by forming T***h Social. It might cost Trump more financially if the left's irrational hatred of him ever wanes. Thanks Democrats for being so blinded with your hatred.

"Us" is a plural pronoun.

"Me" or "I" are singular pronouns.

If I say "You are not the boss of 'me'" it means you are not the boss of one person..... me.

If I say "You are not the boss of 'us'" it means you are not the boss of more than one person, such as all the members on a forum, or everybody in an office, collectively. Plural means "more than one".

That is the difference between singular and plural pronouns.

I'm glad I can teach you this...I thought most people understood what plural pronouns are...

They or Them have not been taught to understand plural pronouns unless it conforms to their new world view. They/Them confuse "us" as a pronoun referring to a single individual that chooses to identify as multiple individuals.

I was just pointing out that burning the f**g can be respectful or disrespectful depending on the thought behind it. Burning the f**g became legal in the 70's when liberals have super majority one party rule. Personally I think any guest in the country, legal or not, disrespecting that Country that has welcomed them with open arms should be deported.
