In the meantime they are destroying probably a good cops life, think they give a damn, naw, just another honky c*****r to them. I just had a thought on this. If this article is correct and I hope it is. Both houses in Congress would know. So why aren't they doing anything about it !?!? Why do they just pass some stupid in theory bill? Why not go after both Johnson and obama! Perhaps they are in on the sham!!! How much of our money winds up in their personal pockets. I still recall 6 billion missing from the State dept under k**larys watch. Funny how nothing has been said about it since the reported loss!!

Yesterday, the leaked out that he so disagreed with the Israeli prime minister that he is going to be take sanctions against Israel and their people.

I think, that just possibly, he is now making an out and out enemy of the American public. Most non-Jewish Americans dislike the Jews. [quote=hprinze]I did not write this but I can feel some sympathy with its ideas.

I find it difficult to feel any sympathy for the Americans who are being beheaded, or stabbed to death in the Middle East.

I learned many years ago that the folks who live there h**e Americans. No specific reasons other than that we support Israel.

They danced in the streets when the Twin Towers were destroyed by their brethren. They attack and k**l Americans every chance they get, yet foolish Americans take it upon themselves, with their bleeding hearts, to go over there and give "help and support" to the very savages who will chop their heads off in a heartbeat. How foolish can a person be to voluntary go to a country where Americans are h**ed simply for breathing?

And the relatives of those foolish American captives? They take on the Muslim religion and dress and beg the k**lers to release their stupid relatives who voluntarily put themselves in that position to be beheaded.

I must have turned into a hard hearted person during my lifetime because I simply can't find any sympathy for those who go to those countries as do gooders. I'd be willing to bet all those beheaded and stabbed Americans who wanted to go "serve" those people were dyed in

'It's all part of the catch-me-if-you-can Obama presidency'

Following confirmation by the National Archives that President Obama did not sign an executive order to implement the immigration policy he announced to the nation, Washington-based watchdog Judicial Watch has called for an investigation into whether the White House has engaged in a criminal conspiracy to spend taxpayer funds on unauthorized purposes.

“The fact that President Obama did not sign an executive order appears to involve a recognition by the White House that President Obama did not have the authority to make the changes in i*********n l*w outlined in his Nov. 20 speech,” said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch.

Fitton, in an interview with WND, argued executive orders are limited to facilitating the execution of laws, not altering or establishing law.

“Barack Obama did not issue an executive order because he does not have the authority to issue an executive order in this instance,” Fitton said.

He believes White House counsel concluded Obama lacked the authority to defer prosecutions under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, DACA, program and decided to implement the policy through a memorandum issued by Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson. The memo was never filed with the Federal Register for a period of public comment, as federal law requires agencies to do when making rules.

“Jeh Johnson did the bidding of his boss, engaging in a political act, not a legal act, that involves misappropriating public funds to open offices and hire employees to implement the directives of Johnson’s memorandum,” Fitton said.

Thursday, as WND reported, the National Archives and Records Administration, responsible for maintaining executive orders, said no executive order allowing millions of i*****l i*******ts to remain in the U.S. was ever signed or filed, confirming WND’s report Wednesday.

In addition, the office of Texas Attorney General and Governor-elect Greg Abbott – who has filed a lawsuit against Obama’s immigration action – told WND it was aware there was no executive order signed by Obama implementing the actions outlined to the nation in his Nov. 20 speech.

Obama did sign two executive orders in Las Vegas the day after his speech. One was a p**********l proclamation creating a White House Task Force on New Americans and the other a p**********l memorandum instructing the secretaries of State and Homeland Security to consult with various governmental and non-governmental entities to reduce costs and improve service in issuing immigrant and non-immigrant visas.

Criminal violations

Fitton noted that according to Johnson’s memo, DHS will defer prosecution for three years and issue work authorization permits to qualified i*****l i*******t parents of children who are U.S. citizens.

“I have long maintained there are potential criminal violations of law in the federal government taking money for one purpose and spending it for another,” Fitton commented.

He said the White House’s effort to suggest Obama had signed an executive order to implement his immigration plan had all the earmarks of a cover-up of a criminal conspiracy.

“The federal government cannot spend money to violate i*********n l*ws,” Fitton said, pointing to the Anti-deficiency Act, which prohibits government from creating an obligation to pay money before funds have been authorized.

The penalties for violating that law are spelled out in 31 U.S. Code Section 1350.

“We can look at impeachment as a broad fight between the branches of government,” Fitton said. “But when you have executive branch officials taking actions outside of the law, there ought to be criminal consequences in addition to the constitutional checks that you have with impeachment. I’m saying that these recent executive branch actions on immigration are ripe for criminal inquiry.”

Fitton said Johnson “ought to be worried about going to jail for spending money he does not have the right to spend, including hiring employees to do things there’s no authorization for them to do, including issuing work permits to i*****l i*******ts.”

“This amounts to a brazen, in-your-face action by Johnson, and it’s all part of the ‘catch me if you can’ Obama presidency. The Three-card Monte game Obama played with the executive order is the kind of thing gangsters do when they say, ‘Let’s not meet here, let’s go outside and meet.’

“Not issuing the executive order has the appearance of fraud,” he said.

Fitton said Obama wants to get credit for ordering the immigration reform, “but when it comes down to brass tacks, there are no fingerprints.”

“Johnson may think issuing a DHS memo is smart, but what he’s really doing is rewriting i*********n l*w like a commissar in the old Soviet system and trying to pass it off as nothing more than prosecutorial discretion. This is not representative government or regular agency rule-making.”

Fitton emphasized the need for a criminal investigation.

“If Washington is serious about the crisis the president has presented us, the Congress would be talking about criminal investigations for the executive branch spending this money without authorization,” he said.

It turns out that almost everything bleated out by the race-mongers and the low-information media about the Eric Garner tragedy has turned out to be wrong.
Eric Garner, a 43-year-old father of six, is dead. This is a tragedy, regardless of the circumstances. We rightly mourn with his wife and children. They will never see their husband and father again, and that should break everyone's heart.
When we witness a gut-rending tragedy like this, we want to know who is responsible. Who is to blame for depriving this family of its husband and father? As the facts emerge, it becomes increasingly clear that, as tragic as this situation is, in the end the culpability for Eric Garner's death rests with Eric Garner.
To put it as simply as possible, if Mr. Garner had not broken the law and then resisted arrest, he would be alive today.
While protesters are trying to make this about race, it must be noted that the police showed up in response to complaints from black business owners. The arrest was ordered by a black officer, and the arrest itself was supervised by a black officer, a female sergeant.
A crackdown on the sale of illegal, untaxed cigarettes - called "loosies" since they are sold in singles rather than in packs - had been ordered just days before Garner's arrest by the highest ranking black police officer in the NYPD, Philip Banks.
So a black officer ordered the crackdown, black business owners called for the arrest, a black officer ordered the arrest, and a black officer supervised the arrest itself. It's also worth noting that the 23-member grand jury which refused to indict the arresting officer included nine non-white members. Ask yourself how many of those facts you have heard from any member of the race-obsessed, low-information media.
Garner had been arrested 31 times, and eight of those had been for selling loosies. His rap sheet goes back decades and includes arrests for assault and grand larceny.
At the time of his death, Garner was out on bail after being charged with multiple offenses, including illegal sale of cigarettes, marijuana possession, false impersonation and driving without a license.
So he certainly knew the law, knew he was in violation, and knew doing it again would likely lead to his arrest, a drill he'd been through dozens of times before.
There were 228,000 misdemeanor arrests in New York City in 2013, the last year for which figures are available. All of them put together led to precisely zero deaths.
Garner, all six-foot, three inches and 350 pounds of him, clearly resisted arrest, swatting away the arresting officer's hands while loudly exclaiming, "Don't touch me!" After he was taken to the ground, he growled, "This ends here!" That could be taken any number of ways, but in the heat of the moment it certainly could be read reasonably as a declaration that he was going to fight arrest until he was subdued by compelling force.
The patrolman who wrestled Garner to the ground, Daniel Pantaleo, did it by the book, using a takedown maneuver every policeman is taught at the academy. He did not, in fact, use a chokehold, which is defined by the NYPD as "any pressure to the throat or windpipe, which may prevent or hinder breathing or reduce intake of air." Now Garner was clearly able to breathe, since that's the only way he could repeatedly say, "I can't breathe."
The autopsy explicitly declares that there was no injury to Garner's windpipe or to his neck bones. This was a wrestler's headlock, not a chokehold. (As a sidenote, chokeholds, while contrary to police policy, are not in fact illegal in the state of New York when an officer uses one to restrain a resisting subject. They are not even illegal in New York City, at the insistence of liberal mayor Bill DeBlasio.) Patrolman Pantaleo was not indicted for the simple reason that he did nothing wrong.
Garner's death likely should be attributed to the fact that he himself suffered from severe asthma, something the arresting officers had no reason to know. According to Garner's friends, his asthma was severe enough that he was forced to quit his job as horticulturist for the city. He wheezed when he talked and could not walk so much as a city block without having to stop to rest. Garner "couldn't breathe" because of his asthma, not because of a chokehold.
In addition, he suffered from heart disease, advanced diabetes, hypertension, obesity and sleep apnea. Contrary to public perception, he did not die on site, nor did he die of asphyxiation. He suffered cardiac arrest in the ambulance and was declared dead about an hour later at the hospital.
So it turns out that almost everything bleated out by the race-mongers and the low-information media has turned out to be wrong. As the wisest man who ever lived wrote 3,000 years ago, "The one who states his case first seems right until the other comes and examines him" (Proverbs 18:17).
Eric Garner and Michael Brown both fought the law, and the law won. In the end, they have no one to blame but themselves.
New York Post columnist Bob McMcanus concluded his column on Eric Garner this way:
"There are many New Yorkers - politicians, activists, trial lawyers, all the usual suspects - who will now seek to profit from a tragedy that wouldn't have happened had Eric Garner made a different decision.
"He was a victim of himself. It's just that simple."

This is an excellent article and I agree with every word written!!!!!!! Everyone of these thugs were fighting their arrest including the recent thug here in Phx. When they died!!!! Had they surrendered peacefully they would be alive today!!!

Further more These Police Officers who were fighting over a gun or thought they were as in Phoenix have every right to self defense. My Brother is a Sheriffs Deputy and I want him going home at the end of the day!!!! I want every Officer to go home at the end of their day as well. That is not an unrealistic expectation!!!! Everyone of these thugs had long criminal records and we are well rid of them!!!!!!
