JR, my brain is fried as I spent the entire aftenoon reading that post on the organic constitution v. the corporate constitution. Some of it was realized, as I have posted here and elsewhere as to the true power of state sovereignty and excess abuse at the federal level. I don't know the author's credentials, but it was well cited. Some of it was a rude awaking, but immediate impression was an endorsement. Some of it seemed bizarre. Some law schools teach from the organic constitution, like St. John's in Queens. New York. Thanks for sharing.

Since the second amendment did foresee the need for m*****a to o*******w a government or defend against one, that implies that as weaponry advances, so may the rights to use them by everyday citizens. Certainly, our forefathers foresaw advancement in all fields of war.
