St. Louis couple defending home from mob charged with weapons violations, while real violent gun felons are released everywhere! If they were Black, this would not be a problem. Welcome to South Africa where w****s are fleeing for there lives.

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner has let violent r****rs go, has dropped charged against gun felons, and sued the city’s police department. Now she is charging Mark and Patricia McCloskey for defending their lives and property and their dog from a mob that broke into a gated community in large numbers. Welcome to Sodom and Gomorrah … unless we the people fight back. Seems the laws on the books are null and void, the law is now what George Soro's goons say it is. And we the people will just stand by and do what, NOTHING?

This would never have happened had the r****rs been protesting the “wrong” cause, but Gardner charged the McCloskeys yesterday for felony misuse of a weapon during the June 28 incident when they were seen pointing their firearms at belligerent protesters who broke into their neighborhood. There’s still no word on any of those individuals being charged with vandalizing and burglarizing private property after they broke through the gate of a private neighborhood.

Both Governor Mike Parson and state Attorney General Eric Schmitt said they believe the couple had the right to self-defense and plan to help shield them from any punishment. But what would a couple do in a state where the governor and attorney general are on board with this form of discrimination, where the cause of one side is elevated to the point that they can threaten, l**t, maim, and burn with impunity, while people have no right to self-defense?

As I predicted, this has nothing to do with concerns about police brutality. Everybody, police or not, will also be made to care about the systemic discrimination now permeating our culture and even legal system – where if you are white and forced to defend yourself from violence being perpetrated under the umbrella of “Black L***s M****r,” you will be railroaded by the same justice system that has tolerated more violence and destruction from a particular movement for a longer period of time than ever before.

It’s truly shocking how Republicans in the Senate refuse to make a strong anti-crime push and pro-self-defense agenda headed into the annual budget bill and the national e******n. It’s also shocking that the Department of Justice has not more aggressively targeted these Soros prosecutors in big cities for civil rights violations against innocent white victims of racially motivated prosecutions.

What is even more shocking is that Republicans have failed to hold Democrats accountable for their mendacious agenda on gun control – stripping innocent people of the right to defend themselves while releasing gun felons from prison. As I noted last week, almost all of the atrocious shootings we see in America’s major cities are committed by repeat violent offenders who were often arrested on weapons violations or for felony possession of a gun, yet were released from jail and never served time in prison.

With the injustice against the McCloskeys fresh in your mind, let me present you with the case of Teantun Davis, a Chicago man released on probation for a gun violation who is now accused of shooting a 5-month-old in the eye. One of the latest victims of Chicago’s anarchy is a 5-month-old baby who suffered a grazing shot to the eye along with two adults during a drive-by shooting last Thursday evening. Thankfully, the child is in good condition, but this shooting should never have happened in a city that is supposedly concerned about guns in the hands of law-abiding citizens.

Police arrested 21-year-old Teantun Davis and charged him with two felony counts of aggravated battery by discharge of a firearm after they say he got out of a car and fired 14 rounds, which struck the two adults and the baby. According to prosecutors, Davis was arrested on June 26, 2019, for, you guessed it, illegally possessing a firearm. Yet he never served time in prison and instead was on probation. Has this country lost it's way? Is BAD now GOOD? Is WHITE now BLACK? Now MURDER is ok, but DEFENDING yourself is BAD! This road we are on is taking America to its doom!

This is the story every single time. So much murder and mayhem in this country could be avoided if we actually locked up the gun felons rather than those who defend themselves with guns. Nearly three times as many children have been shot this year in Chicago as last year. A number of cities have more murders than any time since the generation-long reduction in violence began in the 1990s.

St. Louis already has 133 homicides, the most this early in a year since 1994. That’s what happens when the prosecutor is a Soros puppet who treats victims like criminals and gun felons like victims. KMOV reported in February that the conviction rate in St. Louis dropped 20% under Gardner’s tenure the past two years. So, we will do nothing?

Rather than promoting efforts to encourage local law enforcement to be more like social workers, why won’t Republicans run on a new crime bill to incentivize local prosecutors to target gun felons who actually harm people with weapons? Instead they are too busy hitting Joe Biden for being too WEAK on crime in the 1990s! Where does that leave the defenseless citizen?

“Taxpayers won't be paying for Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner's private attorneys, judge rules

Contracts with five law firms Gardner hired to represent her during a grand jury investigation into her office were not properly certified, a judge said

ST. LOUIS — A judge has determined that St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner has illegal contracts with private attorneys and the city shouldn’t have to pay for them.
Judge Joan Moriarty also ruled that the city’s comptroller, Darlene Green, should do more to ensure contracts exist and are legal before using taxpayer money to pay for them, according to a ruling filed Wednesday.

The ruling is in response to a lawsuit filed by Charles Lane – a St. Louis resident who sued Gardner and the city alleging that it’s illegal for Gardner to use public money to fight her legal battles.
Those battles include a grand jury investigation into whether a private investigator she hired, William Tisaby, committed perjury during the prosecution of former Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens.
“While she has been waiting almost a year to pay some of her legal expenses, this harm does not outweigh the harm that will be suffered by the public if the illegal expenditures are permitted to go forward,” according to the ruling.
RELATED: Could St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner lose control over certain cases?
The ruling is known an a preliminary injunction, which means the case still could go to trial. But Moriarty wrote that she needed to make a ruling that would stand unless and until that happens because, “irreparable harm likely would result in the absence of this court granting preliminary injunctive relief.”
“If this court were to decline issuance of injunctive relief, there is substantial probability that substantial unlawful expenditures of city tax revenues would occur imminently,” she wrote.

Moriarty previously issued a temporary restraining order on Gardner’s ability to submit bills to the comptroller’s office.
She noted in her ruling that Gardner’s office submitted a voucher for about $168,000 to pay the law firm Brown, Goldstein and Levy when the restraining order “briefly lapsed in August.”
Gardner’s office has not yet responded to a request for comment.

I believe the Governor has said he will pardon them if this goes farther. However, they are attorneys and I believe a conviction will mean they will lose their Bar certification and no longer be able to work.

Kimmy needs to be charged with a crime and disbarred, too, in my opinion.

“Portland police and Multnomah County sheriff’s deputies have filed court documents that give a day-by-day accounting of their protest response over the last six weeks, including dozens of videos that show violence downtown, photos of broken windows to courthouses and businesses and a list of more than 100 fires set.

They estimated repair costs to public buildings approaching $300,000 so far and $4.8 million in property damage to businesses.

The inventory was among more than 100 pages submitted to U.S. District Court by the city and county to answer a lawsuit filed by Don’t Shoot Portland. The nonprofit group seeks to further bar use of tear gas, pepper spray, foam-tipped rounds and other less-lethal weapons as crowd control measures at protests.

“This case is not about the thousands of people peacefully protesting,” Deputy City Attorney Naomi Sheffield wrote. “It is also not about h**eful words or anti-police protests. The City and PPB support protestors’ expression, regardless of content. This case is about the ability of PPB to respond to a nightly deluge of dangerous objects thrown and launched at them and at occupied buildings, nightly fires, and widespread criminal activity.”

U.S. District Judge Marco A. Hernandez on June 9 issued a temporary restraining order restricting Portland police from using tear gas except if lives or public safety are at risk. He amended the order on June 26, adding less-lethal weapons to the restrictions and outright banning the use of an ear-splitting warning signal.

Don’t Shoot Portland has asked the judge to sanction the city for allegedly violating his orders and extend the restrictions by granting a preliminary injunction. A hearing is set for next Thursday and Friday.

“Portland Police have demonstrated that they cannot be trusted to utilize these r**t control munitions without court intervention,” wrote the group’s attorney, Juan Chavez.

After reviewing some of the city’s and county’s filings, Chavez said Tuesday, “The city spent a lot of time highlighting the criminal behavior. They could have charged people responsible but haven’t and instead have used a lot of force against peaceful protesters in the crowd. I think they’ve made our point for us.”“

Chicago police release video footage of protests at Columbus statue

Upon reaching Grant Park, the banners were used to shield a group of r****rs who prepared to ambush police, putting up umbrellas, preparing projectiles and changing into black clothing. The “peaceful” protesters appeared to move in front of the r****rs deliberately, to shield them from the view of the police officers guarding the Columbus statue nearby.

The r****rs then moved in what police described as “a platoon-like fashion” toward the statue, using the protest banners as cover. The PVC pipe was then removed from the banners and sharpened into weapons to be used against police officers. R****rs distributed “weapons” — projectiles such as rocks, frozen cans, and frozen water bottles — throughout the crowd. They also restocked the weapons throughout the confrontation with police, distributing them from shopping carts.

The r****rs then pelted the officers with projectiles, and hit them with PVC pipes. Forty-nine officers suffered injuries in the confrontation, including concussions; one suffered a severe eye injury when he was hit by an incendiary or explosive device that detonated near his eye as he stood near the statue; that officer may eventually require surgery, police said.

=================================================================

Where are the leaders of the r****rs? Who is funding these law-breakers and why haven't they been arrested?

If George Soros is funding these organizations, shouldn't he be held civilly and criminally liable for his actions? If I hire a gunman to take you out, I would be arrested and appropriately charged.

R**ts or Protest?

Some of you have lied so much that you don't know the t***h. You have become s***es to your own depravity. You call evil, "good" and good, "evil."

"The Democratic Party at this moment in history belongs to those who h**e our institutions, h**e the limits of our system of government, and h**e the American way of life. They have become the party of mob rule."

I'm not that crazy over the Republican Party where we find so many willing to compromise time-honored Principles and Values for the convenience of their self-interests.

Thank you for this. Someone on the left in OPP is beating the “f*****t President targeting Democrat-controlled cities drum” in a new thread, and it’s so glaringly, insultingly dishonest that I decided I’d just ignore that person from now on.

More people need to see this stuff. This violence is HORRIFIC, and these are NOT “civilians”. They’re clearly a vile army, somehow being compensated...through l**ting or otherwise.
