Exposing Biden"s mental state to a jury would land Biden in an assisted living home.
Right now, I shouldn't be paying for the Whitehouse to be an assisted living home.
Biden is a sick man, and no one but I has the courage and perspicacity to say it.
Biden"s mind is gone.

Hell no. Don't make the White House an old folks home. Move about five or six immigrant families in there while they wait for their court cases

Biden’s staff found the classified docs and notified the gov’t. and they were quickly returned.
Trump refused to return them, had his staff hide them, and the FBI finally had to come and take therm. No similarity at all.

Quickly returned after having some over forty years. That's quick man. But it's not the issue. What the hell was he doing with them in the first place? Senators have no right to classified docs. How many y did he sell to China? No way to tell. They knew the docs Trump had. And knew they were secured , unlike Bidens docs

By the way that was my 6666th post. Didn't know I'd waste it on you or arguing about Biden, but that's the way it is . Have a blessed day.

He is self centred.

Having his own self interests at heart goes hand in hand with making America great for everyone. He wants to live in a free country. Safe to walk in .where everyone who wants to earn a living can. You don't own hotels unless you want people to come and stay in them. The Dems ideas will have everyone to broke to vacation in nice places

Prosecutors do that everyday in court. They won't prosecute defendents they don't believe will be found guilty. They can state why if they wish.

I mean, come on, man. You can watch earlier Law and Order and know that!!!

It's true the DA wants convictions , it helps in their ree******n campaign. But it's easy to see Biden was guilty beyond a doubt. Even the prosecutor admitted it . Thats part of what is wrong with our government. They all are interpreting the law in their opinion instead of going by the letter of the law. Why write laws if they will just be ignored. Sanctuary cities is one example. Allowing i******s into the country and aiding and abetting and providing them comfort is another.

He didn’t get charged, like Pence, because there was no evidence of Biden either obstructing an investigation, nor did he claim ownership of the documents found at his home. Finally, both Biden and Pence cooperated fully with their investigators, unlike TFG who tried to gaslight everyone involved.

Wrong . Biden lied, had docs in multiple unsecured locations and had been stealing them for over forty years. Had NO right to possess any of them. Obstructing isn't the criminal offense. Stealing them in the first place was. Why did he have them and what was he doing with them? Possessing them is illegal. If a bank robber gives back the money is he no longer guilty of theft? He committed the crime and if one is charged then they all should have to answer for their indiscretions equally.
To say he is old and senile now so it no longer matters is just as criminal in my opinion. Biden had boxes of docs.
Trump's classified docs all fit in one legal box with room to spare. Most of what was spread out in the raid on Trump was his own personal property. Just spread out for the photo op. And were kept secured, unlike Bidens in China town and his sons garage.

It should be a 9-0 unanimous decision for Trump if the 14th Amendment section 3 is defined as intended when it was created. It doesn't specifically call out the President in this clause.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/what-to-know-about-the-supreme-court-arguments-in-the-trump-14th-amendment-case/ar-BB1hSUkU

Excerpt
Section 3 refers to an "officer of the United States" and Trump was not one. There are two oaths in the Constitution and he took the p**********l oath, which is different. Presidents appoint "officers" of the U.S. The president is not explicitly mentioned in the amendment.

Trump did not "engage in i**********n." He has not been charged with acts of i**********n much less convicted of a crime. He "repeatedly called for peace, patriotism and law and order." A failure to act on J*** 6, as some have alleged, is not the same as engaging in the conduct.

Only Congress can enforce Section 3. The law doesn't spell out who decides when someone has "engaged in i**********n." Each state can't veto candidates based on their own assessments.

Section 3 creates a prohibition from "holding office" -- not running for office. States can't decide new upfront qualifications for being president.

The Constitution's e*****rs clause says legislatures, not courts, should govern e******ns and evaluate candidate qualifications. Colorado law doesn't require the secretary of state to do so.

Colorado courts violated state law. They did not hold a hearing within five days of the complaint against Trump as required (it was 54 days). The court did not deliver findings of fact within 48 hours as required (it was 12 days). Reliance on testimony of a sociology professor who said Trump had spoken in "coded" language was hearsay. V**ers who sued the Colorado secretary of state don't have standing because the secretary of state has no authority to vet candidate eligibility under state law.
It should be a 9-0 unanimous decision for Trump if... (show quote)

Jimmy Carter had solar panels on the White House. Instead of embracing solar back then ,Reagan had them removed.

Yup what a joke. The special councils job is to find evidence of wrong doing. Not attempt to read the jurors mind . Their opinion comes after the trial. Comey did the same thing with Hillary. Stepping out of bounds is normal play for the leftys

[quote=JFlorio]Your argument has no merit. The P**********l records act has some grey untested areas. However; a president can declassify any document. Biden had no right as a Senator or V.P. To have any documents. That’s the t***h you guys can’t get through your partisan heads. Trump could site privilege which is where the law is not crystal clear. He contends they were his. Biden either lied in the interview with Special Council or before. Probably both. He has been giving documents to the Penn center for ever. You’re wrong on this. Figures. The law doesn’t matter to you democrats.[/quot

If Trump wins he should make Trey Gaudy his D.A. He'll get things done
