Looks like Lerner obfuscated the t***h a little bit there. Why would innocent folks need the 5th for protection? Seems to me when the 5th amendment is invoked, it is for the GUILTY to avoid incriminating themselves AND their cohorts. Not only is she treasonous, she's a LIAR like her ex-boss.

It is even worse than that. B******i is another failed gunrunning scheme same as Fast & Furious. The perpetrators are not being held accountable for their actions.
Just recently, obama publicly gave ISIS all the info they needed on what our country's next moves are in fighting them. Barry is guilty of treason for aiding and abetting the enemy. Include Boehner in that since he is giving his okay to spend money arming the Syrian rebels. We should not be arming Syria at all. It will be a huge mistake of epic proportions. Both dems and republicans are giving our country away and selling us out.
As usual those weapons will end up in the hands of our enemies when the Syrian rebels cut and run. The same thing happened with the gunrunning scheme Fast & Furious in which some of our people were k**led with those very same guns.
The mandate was illegally delayed. The law said it was to start on a certain date and obama illegally delayed it. He does not have the authority to change laws, make laws, nor cherry pick the parts to implement or not implement.
