So The Dutchman, who publicly admits he has not been to DC in years, and banjojack, who can only comment based on the governmental management, have decided to condemn an entire metropolitan area. How cretinous.

During the past six years, I have traveled into The District of Columbia at least five to eight evenings per month. My favorite relative and his spouse have two children you are music majors. Actually one is a music and science major and the other a music and math major. Their brain power seriously frightens me with a 3.8 GPA carrying a double major. We venture all about the DC limits for their music performances.

Yes, there are areas you absolutely DO NOT want to venture into.

Having said that, the city has seen an influx of young professionals who have bought properties and renovated them. They have taken on cleaning up public parks and replanting grass and scrubs. There is an influx of young families also renovating neighborhoods. Many new neighborhood restaurants have been opened, both trendy, affordable, family friendly and great variety.

Reality is the old guard of DC politicians have a problem facing them. The population remains predominantly minority; however, that has been changing significantly in recent years. They are faced with an increasingly professional and well educated population with a growing number of Caucasian v**ers. Further the number of professional and well educated minorities is growing.

Take your little trite generalizations and apply them to Prince George's County, MD. When we travel for the performances, MANY people tell us to stay well away from the towns in that jurisdiction which sit on the District Line.

Speak not about what you know not about.

I don't suppose I could carry my Glock 27 there. Maybe in my saddle bags?

I think you may be very right. Where do you buy your ammo? I can't find any 9mm with enough power to k**l them when they get here. However, I would give it an effort if I saw somebody hacking away at anybody else.

I've been collecting ammo for the last five years. I've got more guns and ammo than I can shoot by myself. And I've been taking my sons and daughters and my grandsons and grandduaghters to the range and teaching them how to shoot and k**l. All of my family has a concealed carry permit. I pity the muslum that stands in front of us.

Wh**ever the case, we need an American Sniper about two miles away to solve the problem.

AnuntiE, I would love to go there. I'll personally let you know. There's a lot of things I would like to see, The wall and all the other monuments and also the Smithsonian Museums. If I go with a bunch of other old bikers, I don't think we'll have much to worry about.

Well, says Charles Krauthammer, he had a normal meeting at 5:00 pm and in the next 8 hours when those Americans in B******i were being k**led he finally called the State Department. After that call Hillary told the world that the whole thing had been caused by that video. Why didn't he call the Pentagon, or somebody who could have done something? I don't know what it was but I do think someone will learn what that was all about.

Just how in the hell, can Ozero defend his actions during the B******i attack? There's NOTHING he could say that would justify a stand down during that time frame. Personally, I think it was an arranged attack. I believe they were just supposed to kidnap Stevens and then trade him for the blind sheik. But when the two Navy Seals got involved, things went from bad to worse.

I fear those in the USA will start doing the same. No wait, they already have. Something I read a few months ago about mu-slimes beheading or trying to behead someone on the Right coast. Where's all of our ex-military snipers? I wasn't a sniper but I'm a damn good shot and I'm ready, locked and loaded.

Is this in response to anything. Or is it general. I would disagree. I don't think Congress is packed with idealists, so much as opportunists and they pursue that end relentlessly. On the other hand, the people who put up with it. We're either lazy, ignorant or cowards. And the people that agree with the motions of congress, maybe not cowards, but crazy and scary stupid.

I agree with you, zonkedout.

Surely this man is lying about the two campaigns the Obama used for so much of his financing in 2008 and 2012. Surely someone so grand and glorious as Obama would't have allowed something like this be used to finance his campaigns. Well, dammit i sure do think he did allow it.

I hope that's a wake up call for those in the FEC. But hey, some people hope for snow in July. That's about as far as a wake up call to the FEC will go.

Thank you for posting Dutchman, I served two combat tours in Vietnam.
A few years ago I went to see the traveling wall. That was really an emotional experience. Someday, I would like to go to DC and see the real wall. Maybe I'll ride my old scooter there if I can find some old bikers to go with me.
