Obama and his feeble minded minions like Glaucon are definitely on track to collapse our economy and I firmly believe that will happen. Mathematically, there is no other alternative. Whether that is by design or sheer incompetence is certainly open to debate, but one thing is certain, our economy will collapse. Liberals have run our debt up to inconceivable levels and it is not possible to pay for all the debt and liabilities they have placed on the backs of the American taxpayer.

I believe our nation will survive though.

When you’re on the losing end of an argument and all else has failed, whip out the race card.

Glaucon would have been better off posting this article on a forum sponsored by the Congressional Black Caucus, the NAACP, BET, Black Panthers, the National Black Chamber of Commerce, the National Black Nurses Association, the National Council of Negro Women, the National Association of Black Journalists, the National Black MBA Association, the African American Press of America, the Organization of Black Engineers, the United Negro College Fund, the National Black Business Council, the National Association of Black Hotel Owners, Operators & Developers, the Association of Black Psychologists, the American Association of B****s in Energy, the African American Museum Association, Associated Black Charities, the Association of B***k A******n Ambassadors, the Association of Black Sociologists, Black Agency Executives, the Black Caucus of the American Library Association, the Black Filmmakers Foundation, the Black Retail Action Group, Black Women in Publishing, the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists, the International Association of Black Professional Fire Fighters, the National Alliance of Black School Educators, National Association of Black Catholic Administrators, the National Association of Black Social Workers, the National Association of Colored Women's Clubs, the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women's Clubs, the National Black Catholic Congress, the National Black Child Development Institute, the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Foundation, the National Black Police Association, the National Black Programming Consortium, the National Black Republican Council (Glaucons favorite), the National Caucus and Center on Black Aged, the National Conference of Black Mayors, the National Conference of Black Political Scientists, the Organization of Black Airline Pilots, Black Data Processing Associates, the Black Graduate Students Association, Black Graduate Engineering & Science Students, the Organization of Black Designers, the Miss Black America Pageant, etc.

Glaucon could have chosen to post his inflammatory article on the websites of these groups white counterparts, except they don’t exist because that would be r****t. He could have chosen to post his article on the websites of these groups to stir up charges of r****m, but these groups by their very definition are already r****t, so that would be pointless.

Glaucons sole purpose in posting an article like this is to attempt to show that people despise Obama because he is black. To those with feeble minds, it is inconceivable that people despise Obama because he is incompetent.

I despise Obama because he is incompetent. Deal with it.

It isn’t just Obama but a host of people that have been pushing this since Al Gore first started trying to sell this s**m to the American People.

Al Gore, Maurice Strong, and the great environmental firm of Goldman Sachs were the primary force behind the G****l W*****g crap, going as far as to set up the Chicago Climate Exchange (CCE) to trade their vaunted Carbon Credits. The CCE was funded in part by a grant from the Joyce Foundation, with Barack Obama on the Board of Directors. Gore and Maurice Strong were expected to make about $100 million a year each from ass raping America, while Goldman Sachs would have netted tens of billions of dollars each year. Thankfully Congress shot that s**t down. Now that they have been denied the ability to ass rape America, neither Goldman Sachs nor Al Gore seem to give a rat’s ass about the environment any more.

However, Maurice Strong still thinks there is a chance he can stick it in and break it off and is attempting to do so through the UN Agenda 21 program. Maurice Strong is an avowed Socialist and has long standing ties to Barack Obama going back to Obama’s days as an up and coming Thug in Chicago. Strong has made millions in dubious g***n e****y business ventures often funded by US government money, only to see those businesses’ collapse while he walked away with his pockets full of US tax dollars. Strong is THE driving force behind the IPCC ‘reports’ showing man made c*****e c****e which he is trying to use to to ass rape American tax payers. Here’s a great quote by Maurice Strong; “Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?”

Don’t forget Strong and Obama are good friends.

This all sounds great but number 1 where did the Denocratic party advocate higher taxes on Poor and middle class.

Great move by the GOPTP by destroying unions and collective bargaining another way of destroying the middle class.

School Vouchers in no way cover the cost under a privatization program another way of screwing the poor and middle class.

Eliminate min wage another way of shoving poor people into even lower poverty levels but no problem you have cut the social programs so let these people go hungry.

Lower taxes unfortunately Kansas is the GOPTP model of cutting Education social programs all in Favour of corporate tax breaks. Your agenda sounds great in theory and it's the same agenda that Bush used and look what that done to this country.

Maybe you should look at or take a history lesson as to how your GOPTP agenda that does nothing for job creation and all benifit's go to the corporate elite.
This all sounds great but number 1 where did the D... (show quote)

Democrats impose higher taxes on the poor and middle class every time they force higher taxes on US businesses. Liberals haven’t figure this out yet but businesses pay zero taxes. They merely act as a conduit for taxes, collecting them from consumers and writing the check out to the appropriate government agency. Just like cost of goods and labor, taxes are part of the final cost of a product and consumers pay for all of those costs.

Unions are a joke, please stop!! They helped bankrupt GM, Chrysler, Detroit, and the list goes on. I am ashamed to say I belonged to a union when I was young and dumb. They were among the biggest bunch of i***ts I ever encountered.

With regards to minimum wage, the government cannot mandate wealth. You are implying that our government, which has more than $200 trillion in unfunded liabilities that can NEVER be repaid, has the capacity to instruct someone else on any type of economic matters?

It is the Democrat Party that has failed America’s poor and is now working on breaking the backs of the middle class. It has been Democrats who have poured trillions of dollars into social programs to help the poor, yet we have more people living in poverty than when this ‘war’ began. It’s time to realize your failures and try a different approach.

I moved from Maryland to Florida quite a few years ago after landing a much higher paying job and realized MD was on track to suck more than $19,000 in state income tax out of my paycheck. My tax rate probably increased a bit due my higher salary but I never paid any attention to it before. My job required extensive travel and my home base was irrelevant so it was easy for me to move.

I bought a house there shortly after moving but the savings I have realized by NOT paying MD state income tax have been enough to offset the cost of the house, in full. I also lucked out in that I moved to Florida pretty much at the bottom of the housing bust and picked up a house pretty cheap. What’s in your wallet?

On a similar note; I read an article a few years ago about an elderly lady who had her home seized for non-payment of property taxes. I believe she was in her mid to late 80’s and lived somewhere near Silver Spring, Maryland. I can’t remember the exact location but I know it was in that general area.

This lady and her husband had bought the home back in the 1950’s and had lived there all their life. If I remember correctly they paid about $12,000 to $15,000 for the house. Over the years this lady and her husband paid more than $300,000 in property taxes on that house which was far more than the total they paid for the home itself. After her husband died she experienced financial difficulties and the government seized her house because she did not, or could not pay her property tax. That is unthinkable.

Our government, on virtually all levels, has turned into an out of control gluttonous pig. They no longer resemble anything ‘for and by the people’.

The U.S. economy grew at a robust 5% in the 3rd quarter of 2014, following 4.6% growth in the second quarter.

Don’t forget that the BEA changed their accounting methods to calculate GPD in July of 2013. The changes were expected to add an additional 2% to 3% to the GDP number. I deduct 2.5% off every GDP number when comparing it to periods prior to July 2013.

If you can’t keep GDP in positive territory, just cook the books to make the clueless like Glaucon believe the economy is doing better. Despite the fact Obama cooked the books, the US entered negative territory in Q1 2014 by -1%. When you see positive 4.5% GDP numbers, use 2% to compare to the old accounting methods. If you consider the fact the Federal Reserve has pumped $4.5 trillion into the US economy, accompanied by trillions more Obama has pissed away on his failed ‘investments’, 2% GDP growth is a paltry number.

Although Obama himself is an unprecedented disaster for America, the real threat to the US lies with mindless sheep like Glaucon who put him in office.

Glaucon, you made an attempt to indicate Obama has had success in some areas, but your facts only prove Obama’s failures. Thanks for trying to help, but I don’t really need it.

I have no idea why you are quoting Lee or Gingrich about increased gas prices when it was actually Steven Chu, Obama’s former Secretary of Energy, who stated it was the goal of this administration to increase gasoline costs to $9 or $10 a gallon. Gas prices are at the lowest they have been in years but that is not due to anything Obama has done. He clearly stated his intent to drive gas prices to historic levels, and failed. Don’t quote Republicans when it was actually Obama and Chu promising to send gas prices into the stratosphere. Thankfully Obama failed at this.

Obama also failed with all the rest of his g***n e****y crap. His ‘investment’ of taxpayer money has been a total waste. Winners and losers are best selected by private industry. When they make poor decisions, it is their money lost, not the taxpayers. Obama has failed on his g***n e****y initiatives and regrettably, this has cost taxpayers more than $150 billion. He only lost $12 billion on his ‘investment’ of Government Motors. It’s not his money; he failed.

With regards to the U-3 percentage you used, anyone looking for an economic indicator more measurable than a sound bite uses the U-6, which is currently at 11.4%. The U-6 includes marginally attached workers and those who have given up all hope of ever finding a job. Close to 65% of the jobs being created under Obama are part time, which helps reduce the UI percentage numbers, but not the financial burden on people struggling to survive on part time jobs. There are also a lot of people who have exhausted unemployment benefits, still can’t find a job, but aren’t included in BLS numbers. They can be found in the historically low Labor Force Participation Rate. That accounts for half the drop in unemployment numbers under Obama. I don’t have numbers for people who have suddenly developed ‘disabilities’ but I believe they have almost doubled under Obama. I don’t like to see fraud against taxpayers, but with Obama k*****g US employment, I guess this is like stealing from a store when your kids are starving. Just another sign of failure on Obama’s part.

With the Employer Mandate part of Obamacare getting ready to kick in soon, more employers will be taking action to reduce hours and avoid the mandate. This is something Liberals repeatedly fail to understand; they really believe they can legislate something and see zero reaction from employers. It has never worked that way, and never will. While I don’t believe it is the responsibility of the government to create jobs, they do need to foster an environment under which employment will flourish. Obama has failed miserably at this. He is the most anti-business, anti-job POTUS I have ever seen.

Your Romney quote is several years old and you forgot to mention that since then, Obama has taken his mighty pen to Obamacare more than 20 times. Obamacare is the biggest threat to jobs this country has ever seen and everyone except Liberals knows this. Obama pushed the Employer Mandate back to avoid getting hammered in the mid-term e******ns, but it was too late; most Americans see what is coming and v**ed accordingly. Had Obama left the legislation unchanged, Romney’s predictions would be playing out right now. If you don’t accept that as fact, explain to me why Obama changed ObamaCare more than 20 times? He has delayed the full impact, nothing more. If Republicans don’t repeal Obamacare, Romney’s predictions will happen.

I don’t know how many jobs have been created over the last 2 years but 5 million sounds right. Unfortunately, with the debt Obama is adding to the National Debt every year, we need to create 3 million jobs a year just to keep up with the new, and only new, interest payments being added to the National Debt. That isn’t happening. I haven’t looked at the numbers for 2 or 3 months but when I did I saw the US Treasury took in $11 billion in new revenue from the new jobs being added. The interest on the amount added to the National Debt over that same period was $12 billion. While any new jobs are welcomed, we shouldn’t be stupid and run up more debt. And ‘stupid’ is the only way to describe that, even according to Obama. On March 16, 2006 he said:

“Mr. President, I rise today to talk about America's debt problem. The fact that we are here today to debate raising America's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can't pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government's reckless fiscal policies.” With Obama running the National Debt up more than $10 trillion during his presidency, it is one of the few things I agree with him on; it is indeed a failure of leadership and no one has failed worse than Obama. Another failure by Obama.

California does not have a $4 billion budget surplus as you indicated. California’s proposed budget indicates a $26 billion deficit. But … they have future budget shortfalls of more than $400 billion and much like the Federal Government, no plan to tackle that mountain of debt. All the things you mentioned as far as the economy crashing are in fact going to happen. It is not a matter of ‘if’ it happens, only ‘when’. The US has unfunded liabilities of roughly $200 trillion USD. $80 trillion of that is allocated to Social Security, Medicare, and Federal Pensions. The balance is spread over other Federal programs and the unfunded programs of various state, county, and local governments.

To put that $200 trillion number into context, it is about the same amount as the combined net income of every American and every US business …………… for the next 25 to 30 years. In other words, you would have to take every penny from every American and US business for the next 25 to 30 years to meet those obligations. That $200 trillion has accumulated due to Liberals; period. Liberals have been buying v**es for years by promising pensions and programs they cannot deliver. Liberals deliver great sound bites, and have been backing it up with other people’s money so far, but those ‘other people’ are almost out of money. Need an example of where Liberals are taking us? Detroit.

The stock market has been propped up by Quantitative Easing and record low interest rates. QE has pumped $4.5 trillion into the US economy and just recently was ‘tapered’ off to zero. Both quantitative easing and low interest rates are a sign of an economy on life support. If you watch the stock market, the mere mention of an interest rate hike sends stocks into a downward spiral. Investors know this will put additional pressure on businesses and our economy is not ready for rate hikes. Then again, neither is the Federal Government. Rate hikes will eventually go back above 4% and when they do, the interest payment (interest only) will spike to more than $1 trillion a year just to service the National Debt. By the time that happens, roughly 60% of the National debt will be due to Obama’s reckless spending. Remember when he said raising the debt level was a sign of failure of leadership. We’re on a path to using one third of revenue collected just to serve our National Debt. Major fail on Obama’s part.

Quoting Marc Faber on anything related to finance is a joke. The guy is a shill and hawking his own goods. Bilderman is correct about a market collapse, but no one on Wall Street or anywhere else has a crystal ball and can predict the timing. But if you take the time and do the math, collapse is inevitable. Not only can’t we pay our debts, no one in the government is making any attempt to fully address this. Simple math; continuously spending more money than you take in leads to financial ruin. Even the CBO has stated this. There simply are no other mathematical alternatives outside of collapse. When it happens, people like Glaucon will be swinging from trees. You don’t get to destroy a country and simply go ‘whoops’. You swing.

Glaucon, I’ve read through some of your comments and you have to be the most arrogant, pompous ass on the planet, save maybe Obama. You make it sound like you have some type of education beyond high school and although I think that is highly unlikely given your ignorance on damn near everything, there is one thing I am certain of; you don’t have a shred of common sense. None.
