you got part of it right, "...they are somehow illegitimately getting guns...". You got that part right. However you then infer legal firearms buyers are the source of criminals getting guns. It's called "straw buying". Go to the FBI web page & look up the penalties for the commission of this crime. Criminals "illegitimately" get their guns from other criminals. The firearms are usually stolen from legal firearm owners. The people who steal them then sell them to criminal gun sellers ! They remove the serial numbers & then sell them to dope dealers and every other creep who has enough money to buy them. These people DO NOT go to gun stores, file all the appropriate paper work, & walk out with a gun ! Go after the middlemen. The ones who sell guns to "bad guys".

The pt I'm trying to make is, to abort an unborn baby is wrong !! The roman church, long ago said if the unborn baby threatens the life of the mother you can abort the baby. That's between the woman & the dr. The woman is then responsible to pay for the procedure, not the state. A******n is not to be used as a matter of convenience, so says ROE V. WADE. your points are valid. BUT..... when a human egg is impregnated by a human sperm you have a new human! just look at the dna. You argue the unborn baby, not viable at certain stages can be manipulated. If you take a 1 yr old baby out in a blizzard naked, that baby will die, in spite of being viable. We're guaranteed Life, Liberty, & the Pursuit of Happiness. The fertilized egg is the 1st stage of development of a new Human!
