You are conflating political policy changes with scientific research.

We've made many great changes, many unnecessary changes, and many stupid changes.

In case you don't know this the " Earth is Flat Theory": was also a scientific consensus at the time, and those that said the Earth was round were shunned and k**led as heritics.

This isn't political unless people make it that way, I'm not and I'm not the confused one here.

Is There Another Crater In The Oceans No One Has Stumbled Across Yet ??

Yes you can go throughout times and find cataclysmic changes, but that does not disprove the negative affects WE are creating by f****l f**ls, or equate that we should continue on the same exact path, why ignore it? Changes need to be made it is the respectable thing to do. Meaning you don't eat where you s**t, even animals know that.

And Yet The Debate Is Inconclusive To Whether Past Changes Were Volcanic Or Solar

319million To 29Billion
For Measurements +/- In Less Than Tenths Of One Degree

Still Doesn't Solve What Is The Optimal Global Mean Temperature
And We Do Need To Know That
If We Are To Personally Regulate Our Climate From Here Out

I'm not sure who's trying to regulate the climate, maybe the military, but the debate is how are actions are affecting the earth an air negatively and at this point in time, crucially. Every action has a reaction correct, our past accumulative actions/practices with disregard has finally caught up to us.

more like ten times the amount

That's not so. It tells us what we think we understand. Or what we want to hear.

Science is based on testing a hypothesis and attempting to prove it wrong. These prehistoric weather reports are not tested, because they can't be treated.

It's 8ronic that people that have little or no faith in God have such blind faith in what a very small number of people tell them.

Remember the famous "Hockey Graph" It was "Proven Science", until it was proven wrong.

Remember after Katrina we were told the Gulf would have a higher frequently of Hurricanes and Tornadoes in America because of GW? It was also " Proven Science".

Real science is skeptical, not cultist.

These people you blindly follow have been getting rich being wrong for 40 years.

Yep, Dave and the earth is not really round it's just a theory, a hypothesis. Gravity is an illusion, and all the things we produced and created like sending people in rockets to the moon, or nuclear power, even electricity, the radio! All based on speculation, isn't that correct according to you. How about the changes we made through detergents to save the water or controlling freon to save the ozone? All just on speculation and a guesstimate right?

Why denigrate those who don't follow this religion because of reasonable, logical questions they have about it? Maybe you "believers" should let go of your own dogma, and open your minds.

Can you tell me what caused the end of the last ice age? I wasn't driving a pick up, or using my gas/oil burning weed eater back then. What happened? Why do the "scientists" have to fudge the numbers to make them match computer models? Why hasn't there been any actual warming in years?
Why have roofers, and body shop owners around here been disappointed the past few years if severe storms are accelerating at such a fast pace? Why haven't I had to bug out of my house in 5 years because of the increase in number, and intensity of tornados here in tornado ally?
Can you answer ANY of those?
Why denigrate those who don't follow this religion... (show quote)

Why, because there are other influencing factors aside from our constant pouring of pollutants and CO2. For one you may not know is the inevitable shifting of tectonic plates is also a driver of c*****e c****e, as is the changes in the sun. There are many variables without a doubt, but it is time for us to be responsible for what we do and I believe that is the point in the argument from the left. We try and move forward with our responsibility to the earth and the industrialists keep preventing substantial change and it is only due to their present pocket. This can create jobs too.

And These Sciences Are Still Fairly New

Sure they are, but those are not the only studies, as I've stated earlier, there are also the volcanic carbon recorded studies. One being that total volcanic emission was as high as 319 million tonnes/year, to total world CO2 emissions 29 Billion, that is a huge difference. This reported by the department of energy.

Well lets see. Some scientists actually said that the Polar ice cap is growing. Hmm, that cant happen if the world is warming up.

The earth goes in cycles. A moderately long period of warmth, and then long periods of cold. Its a NATURE thing, you wouldn't understand. Hell, these stupid scientists don't even understand that.

That's perfect, really...maybe you can write to them and explain it to them.

And just FYI, Carbon Dioxide (what humans emit and plants breathe) is what all the war drums are about ..... Carbon Monoxide is what cars and trucks emit. Not Carbon Dioxide. (what Al Gore thumps his chest about.) On History channel they have a good show - repeating occasionally - and it covers the spectrum of how the PLANET is starving for Carbon Dioxide (won't hear Mr. Gore touch this one) how the PLANET gets more pollution from one volcanic eruption than all of mankind has done since the invention of the internal combustion engine. (won't hear Mr. Gore touch this one)

Just a clue here, in NM where I am, the shallow oil is @ about 2800-3500 ft. The deeper oil - called Baaken oil - is about 3500-5800 ft. The deep oil is 7800-12,000 ft and they call it the "Jurassic Zone" as that's where the dinosaurs are. 12,000 ft down... Why am I telling you this...?? There was a cataclysm 65 Million years ago that wiped out life on this miserable rock.

Here's an update for ya chicken little, "THE SKY IS FALLING AND THERE AIN'T S**T YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT"...

I don't know what crazy show you're watching but that is completely false, and just the reverse. Just as your car theory, both carbons are exhausted out, while monoxide is extremely toxic, the other dioxide does add to the build up of CO2 in the atmosphere and causing a green house effect.Changes in the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere explains the overall pattern of climatic change. Carbon dioxide influences the mean global temperature through the greenhouse effect.

One way is through evidence derived from marine sediments which provide a detailed, and fairly continuous, record for c*****e c****e. The other is through artic core samples which tell us the global history.
