President Trump got across the board tax cuts passed and democrats raged against people having more money in their pockets. Under Trump, unemployment is at a historic low and democrats are furious that more Americans have jobs. Today Trump signed a denuclearization deal with North Korea. What do you think the reaction from the democrats was? If you guessed outrage, you have been paying attention. From the top down, democrats slammed Trump for making the world a safer and more peaceful place. Who says democrats have a messaging problem?
Heres what most people would consider good news from The Hill:
President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un signed an agreement Tuesday committing the United States to unspecified security guarantees in exchange for a denuclearized Korean Peninsula, as Trump said the two were ready to write a new chapter between the nations.
The agreement, and a surprise decision by Trump to call off joint military exercises with South Korea, capped a historic summit that represented the first ever meeting between a sitting U.S. president and a North Korean leader.
Lets check in on House Minority leader Nancy Pelosi to see what she thinks about this. Heres her official statement:
Apparently, the President handed Kim Jong-un concessions in exchange for vague promises that do not approach a clear and comprehensive pathway to denuclearization and non-proliferation.
In his haste to reach an agreement, President Trump elevated North Korea to the level of the United States while preserving the regimes status quo. The millions of families currently living in fear of nuclear weapons in the region deserve strong and smart leadership built on diplomacy and engagement with our regional partners and allies.
The Presidents marginalization of the vast expertise of the State Department and his habitual disparaging of our allies as demonstrated at the G7 Forum hinders a lasting, stable pathway to peace.
Okay, Pelosi is a kook and it was obvious that wh**ever Trump did, she would be against it, but surely Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer is all for peace and denuclearization, right? Not so much. Heres what Cryin Chuck said on the Senate floor:
It is worrisome, very worrisome that this joint statement is so imprecise. What the U.S. has gained is vague and unverifiable at best. What North Korea has gained, however, is tangible and lasting¦ Weve legitimized a brutal dictator whos starved his own people, said Schumer.
Well, democrats arent happy with their current leadership on account of the fact that they are powerless in Washington, so maybe rank and file democratic lawmakers can appreciate what Trump has achieved. Then again, maybe democrats have the leadership they deserve:
Brian Shatz: This is an abdication of American leadership. Just embarrassing.
Steve Cohan: Loves it so much that he has them impoverished and ens***ed except for those he murders.Loves his country?
Chris Murphy: Kims gulags, public executions, planned starvation, are legitimized on the world stage.
U.S. gives up one of our biggest negotiating chips - military exercises.
North Korea ends up BACKTRACKING on previous promises on denuclearization.
What the hell?
Just so we are clear, Trump got North Korea to give up their nukes and democrats are outraged. Hey, at least they didnt call him a r****t for doing this thing that eluded Obama, Bush, and Clinton. At least not yet, theres still time for them to work the race card in here somewhere. When people say democrats would s**t on Trump for curing cancer, they arent kidding.
President Trump got across the board tax cuts pass... (

You are so spot on! The democrats are an absolute disgrace, and yet, their poll numbers keep climbing -- go figure!
