I like to hear different opinions and will listen to opposing viewpoints but these trolls are here to only stir discord.
Trolls provoke, that’s their intention.

First off welcome, about them trolls-some of our favorite trolls will spout the entire Dem-agenda and others are just lap dogs, some just lost or downright crazy/ have fun with them.

Your conspiracy theories are too weak to hold back the overwhelming evidence.

For example, the Democrats have a strong democratic advantage. This is very evident in the popular v**e which is quite simply a tally of everyone's v**e. Trump has never won a popular v**e. He lost the popular v**e by 3 million in 2016 and he lost it again in 2020, this time by 8 million v**es.

So clearly, more Americans have been v****g Democrat since at least 2016 and it appears this imparity is increasing. In 2016 Trump got lucky when the distortion of the e*******l college worked in his favor. In 2020, it seems the 8 million v**e deficit was too much for the e*******l college to smear.

So your absurd claim that Democrats can't win without eliminating the EC has already been debunked and it's the Republicans, not the Democrats that are looking for ways to distort the will of the people.

Most people have no clue what the EC actually is or why it was established, which is why they don't understand how it's broken. It has nothing to do with protecting the small states, which is a rampant delusion often hoisted in a desperate attempt to validate the broken EC.

While The People elect their representatives with a popular v**e, they do not technically v**e for the president; Congress does. But to avoid corruption, a proxy called the E*******l College is used where e*****rs are selected much like jurors are in a trial. Each state get's one e*****r per representative. So again, it's not about giving small states a boost, it's about avoiding the potential corruption that comes with allowing representatives to v**e directly for a president.

This was actually very good design and it worked fine for over a century, but that's because representation expanded to keep up with the population thereby, insuring equal representation. Federalist 58 states that one of the “unequivocal objects” of the population census is “to augment the number of representatives … under the sole limitation that the whole number [of Representatives] shall not exceed one for every thirty thousand inhabitants.”

So, if two states each have 60,000 people, they would both have two representatives. If one of the states experiences a population boom resulting in 30,000 more people, a seat would be added to Congress to maintain a ratio of 1 for every 30,000. So now we have one state with 60,000 people and two representatives and the other with 90,000 people and three representatives... Everyone is equally represented.

All good so far...

But then Congress decided to stop expanding after the 1910 census and that's when the system broke. 1910 was in the middle of the industrial revolution and the states where industry was growing rapidly was experiencing massive population booms but without an expanding Congress, the people of these industrial states were forced to share one representative between 60,000 people or even more.

So it's not that there is anything wrong with the EC, per se. The problem is that it's based on the number of representatives which no longer provides equal representation for the people. So we have to ask ourselves. Is such unequal representation worth the rule that The People can't just v**e for the president the same way they v**e for their representatives, by popular v**e?

Unfortunately, those in sparsely populated regions are fighting all efforts to fix the problem because the problem just happens to work in their favor. So my message to them is pretty simple... F u c k Y o u.

As for this nonsense that the EC is there to protect the little states, that comes from a combination of realizing that the current condition underlying the EC DOES give small states an unfair advantage and and effort to justify it by blurring the lines between the EC and past compromises, such as the 3/5th rule, which gave the southern states the advantage of counting each s***e as 3/5ths of a person even though s***es couldn't v**e. This was a compromise the northern states had to accept in order to get the southern states to sign on to the Constitution but since the Civil War, there has been no provision for "protecting" small states and that was NEVER the intention of the EC anyway.
Your conspiracy theories are too weak to hold back... (show quote)

Stup; I like that handle as it so much more fits your most exuding personality, what makes you believe a popular v**e is better than E*******l College/ your portrayal of a r****d system is only touted by losers that have tried to buy the Oval Office by wh**ever crooked means/ the EC as you guys like to label it was installed to prevent such things from happening, surely that advanced education you always throw at people can see the logic here ( oh btw as a favor playing the race card with the 3/5 thing is really shallow)🤠

Emily, there just want be enough space in the community hospital to handle all the broken hearted liberals should there be one juror that refuses to play k**l Trump before the e******n or should he win on appeal/ if this sham trial is that r****d, maybe he should change his plea and accept a misdemeanor charge to avoid the felony charge and just pay the fine 🤠

These protesters also closed down the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco CA for more than two hours. Some took to gluing themselves to objects, putting cement and chains to keep the police from unblocking that heavily traveled bridge. People and commerce shut down, both ways. People who had flights to catch had to carry their own bags across grass fields and find alternative means to catch their flights on time. Of course ambulances/etc had no way to get through either.

For any number of his fukups. Try not to get tangled up in my analogy... I was referring to the "other countries"... obviously the less civilized countries in the third world such as Iraq where the people hung Hussein, essentially because they didn't like him. Most Americans don't like Trump. A LOT of American h**e his guts for good reasons.

So yes, he's lucky to be in a country with a legal system that bends over backwards to protect the rights of its defendants and to give even the worst people a fair chance.

Hung for what... Jesus. This is always the go-to for Trump groupies, the reach for legal status, where anything for which there is not a specific prohibition is considered fair game.

Here's just a few examples of things he did that were not specifically illegal but still earns the hatred he gets.

1. Trump hardly ever made a public statement without lying... But if you're not under oath, lying isn't actually illegal.
2. His entire presidency is rife with attempts to violate civil rights for which the ONLY reason he can't be convicted is that the courts didn't allow him to actually commit the violations. For example his total ban on Muslims.
3. Trump also violated the human rights of immigrants, such as separating families and abusing immigrants in detention.
4. Trump also violated several provisions in the the U.S. Constitution, starting with Article I, Section 9, Paragraph 8 by using his office to direct diplomatic visits and events on properties that he profited from. He actually got a pass on that one. But when he attempted to bribe a foreign dignitary for his own personal benefit, Congress had to draw a line and they DID convict him. The Senate chose not to remove him from office as a result of his conviction but that doesn't mean he wasn't tried and convicted. He WAS found guilty... both times! And as a result, he WAS impeached... twice! Just because a judge decides not to hang a felon convicted by a jury doesn't mean he's innocent. Trump WAS found guilty of violating the Constitution. That is a FACT.
5. Trump also added a massive load to the national debt without any pressing need for it.
6. Trump also stacked the Supreme Court, which you might like today because you probably equate that to a victory on the a******n issue, but The Supreme Court does more than denying a******n rights. What's to say, you won't wake up one morning and find yourself desperately on the wrong side of the conservative court? Anyone who knows ANYTHING about American civics should know that on a fundamental level, a court should always remain balanced. That's why Lady Justice is holding a scale while blindfolded. It's THAT symbolic! And Trump clearly screwed it!
7. He also created the situation at the southern border that Biden is trying to deal with by slapping needless sanctions on Venezuela that caused a mass exodus. Nothing illegal here either but the damage is colossal.
8. He also surrendered to the Taliban without consulting with the provisional government in Kabul and then left it to Biden to clean up the mess. This was a huge hit to our reputation as a stable ally.
9. He also damaged our reputation as a stable ally by playing silly games with Russia and North Korea.
10. He further damaged our reputation as a stable ally by ripping apart one of our own international agreements that was quite possibly the last stand for global consensus. Obama's deal with Iran, China, Russia, the EU and the US to put as much of a cap on Iran's nuclear program as we possibly could. Trump just rips it up. Basically for a PR stunt. Did he replace it with a better deal? No. He didn't have the ability. He's a clown and world leaders all know it. So he couldn't sit with serious world leaders and actually negotiate like Obama did. But since we elected him to the office of the president, he DID have the authority to renege and he did.

I'm not even going to mention his r****t inclinations, or his incitement to violence that may have led to the limp-wristed "i**********n" on J** 6th.

We gave Trump astounding power that should NEVER go to anyone who hasn't already proven himself to be responsible. We allowed a complete i***t to piss on our alliances, stomp on the balance of our justice system and wipe his ass with our constitution.

And you ask what would he be hung for.
For any number of his fukups. Try not to get tangl... (show quote)

Straight, you’re a very confused person/ all this stuff was done by the Biden administration who continues to screw this country and carries on like a drunk fool spending tons of money and doubling down on the national debt/ there is not one thing his people do that doesn’t somehow makes matters worse, we could all laugh at his clown show if it didn’t hurt so much and now this administration may start yet another war, you just can’t gloss over incompetence on full parade 🤠
