What a shame people won't read the only document that legally settled the end of the Revolutionary War known as the Definitive Treaty of Peace aka Treaty of Paris.
It tells you in the very beginning of its introduction who won the war and was in control of diving up the spoils of the war. I read the whole doc, but it is really only necessary to read the intro and the First Article.

So I'll simple state that "promote" does not mean "provide" and "regulate commerce between the states" was not meant to mean the regulation everything from toilets to education. Democrats had control of the federal government 80% of the time in the 20th century and that is what brought us to this overreaching federal administrative government that is no longer answerable to the people.

I'm sick and tired of right wing lies about Biden. So far he has done a great job, especially in foreign affairs. He just had a successful operation in k*****g the leader of ISIS. He gave a real strong message about the cost of invading Ukraine. He is threatening severe sanctions against Russia in response to an invasion of the Ukraine, and shown himself a strong advocate of NATO by sending troops to those NATO countries bordering Russia. I don't know what else he could do short of going to war against Russia, and nobody wants that.
In domestic affairs, I think he has a great program in the build It Back Better bill. He just doesn't seem to have the v**es to get it past in Congress. Inflation is the big problem, not only in this country but all over the world. His ability to solve this problem is extremely limited. I'm told that the big problem is lack of chips for computers and automobiles is the major problem. It sends negative vibes all across the economy. I'm sure there are other problems as well. Some Republicans refuse to get anything introduced by Democrats passed, because Trump and others don't want to do anything that makes Democrats look good.
Trump is still making noises like the dictator wannabe he is. He's advocating giving pardons to all those that are guilty of actually invading desecrating the building itself, threatening, assaulting and murdering Capitol cops, and calling for the murder of leaders of Congress including the Speaker of the House and the VP. So much for accountability under the law. I believe that he will be indicted for at least charges related to s******n.
He still supports the big lie that he had the e******n s****n from him. That means he has no sense of remorse, which if he is found guilty by a fair trial, he will not even be considered for some kind of pardon.
