Another Movie Mocks Christianity

Michael Jackson’s 22-year-old daughter, Paris Jackson, will play a g****r-bending Jesus Christ in the upcoming movie Habit. She will portray the religious figure wearing a traditional robe, tousled hair including a single accent braid, and a nose ring.

The actress and musician will star in the indie film opposite Bella Thorne, who will play a street-smart girl with a Jesus fetish who masquerades as a nun while trying to escape the consequences of a violent drug deal. Other confirmed cast members include a handful of singers such as rocker Gavin Rossdale.

One of the film’s producers, Donovan Leitch, told Entertainment Weekly that music will also play a central role in the film: “We intentionally stacked the film with rock stars and will have a very rocking soundtrack.”

This sacrilegious movie Habit mocks Christianity and ridicules people of faith. Elevated Films represents the US rights to the project. Elevated Films has obviously gone too far. The company would never, in a million years, produce a film that defamed Muhammad in a similar fashion.

Habit, directed by first-time feature director Janell Shirtcliff, has already been filmed and is currently in post-production. The film does not yet have a release date or a distributor.

Biden will inherit a house on fire, that is for sure but he has decades of experience and relationships he will fall back on to put the fire out, have the arsonist prosecuted and rebuild. Trump craps on everyone around him at any perceived slight. He can do little more out of office since he already shot his wad. Besides he and his crime family will be so busy defending themselves from the army of prosecutors and auditors that will make the next decade into a prolonged proctology exam with bad news at the end they won’t have time to think about much else.

The number of Americans who contracted the Trump plague exceeded one million today more than any nation in the world and to his credit this is a massive undercount due to his failure at using the defense procurement act to get testing to an acceptable level. The second grim milestone passed today is that Trumps plague just claimed as many American lives as the entire war in Vietnam. And to think he accomplished this and destroyed the economy with just a few months of denial and ham handed mismanagement. MAGA my ass.

Donald Trump had been intending to run a re-e******n campaign based on a strong economy and a socialist opponent. Both have vanished in the past month. But the US president still has his ultimate weapon: xenophobia.

Trump this week announced in a late-night tweet that he would “temporarily suspend immigration” into America. Two days later, when he signed an executive order, it only applied to people seeking green cards to move to the country permanently, not to temporary workers, and there were plenty of loopholes.

But by then the headlines had been written, the outrage expressed and the objective achieved: Trump was cracking down on immigration again because, he claimed, he was putting America and its workers first. The exercise was arguably less about policy than politics.

A nativist, populist message helped him win the presidency in 2016. He tried it again in the 2018 midterm e******ns for Congress with mixed results. Now, with his handling of a deadly p******c under scrutiny and the economy in freefall, critics say he is ready to bet the White House on his ability to stir nationalist and r****t sentiment with little subtlety.
