3) the only humanitarian thing to do is remove them from Gaza. If they are among normal people, they will turn into normal ( or semi normal) people. Remove the civilians, wipe out Hamas. That is the only solution. Otherwise, nothing will change. Ever. The civilians have to work, not live on handouts.
