Every time you start a thread or post a comment, it's another "WTF moment".
In a national e******n to choose a president, all states participate, meaning the v****g in one state has a direct influence (or impact) on the v****g in all other states.
The Attorneys General of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia have filed Amicus Curiae briefs on behalf of the Texas law suit.
The law suit addresses violations of the Constitution, the 14th amendment, and state e******n laws.
State of Texas Sues Battleground States for Unconstitutional Changes to 2020 E******n Laws and the Unconstitutional Tabulation of B****ts
Under the constitution, any state has the right to challenge the actions of another state if said state's actions have a negative impact on its neighbors, or the nation as a whole - for example: Inter-state commerce, immigration, and of course, a national e******n.
It is a Constitutional issue and therefore concerns every state in the union.
If at all posibul, tell us why you think states that violated our Constitution and state e******n laws are patriotic and the 17 states suing the four states for v***r f***d are "t*****rs".
