Newly-released FBI documents obtained by Clarion Project confirm Clarion’s reports that Jamaat ul-Fuqra is training members in isolated communes across America and Canada.
The group’s “Islamberg” headquarters in upstate New York is its most well-known “Islamic village.”
Fuqra, which now goes by the name of the Muslims of the Americas (MOA) among other titles, is a cultish Islamist group with a history of crime and terrorism. The group is led by Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani in Pakistan.
Gilani’s name appeared in headlines in 2002 when Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl was abducted and beheaded on his way to interview Gilani, though the radical cleric was never accused of an involvement in those crimes.
The first FBI document is dated November 27, 2009 and labels the Muslims of the Americas, Inc. as “armed and dangerous.” It begins by summarizing the group’s consistent history of extremism, terrorism and crime:
“Jamaat ul-Fuqra, aka Muslims of the Americas (MOA), have a history of violence and/or violent acts. Use extreme caution when dealing with confirmed members or individuals who are believed to be associated with this group”
The report says that Sheikh Gilani is “thought to be supportive of al-Qaeda,” perhaps referring to the group’s links to al-Qaeda affiliates like Hizbul Mujahideen, to which Fuqra has a history of ties and publicly supports even today.
FBI documents from 2003 that Clarion released in December 2016 mentioned Fuqra’s links to al-Qaeda in Pakistan and use of fronts like security companies in America.
Another newly-released document from December 2010 explicitly refers to “the Muslims of the Americas [aka Fuqra] terrorist organization” and states:
“The MOA [Fuqra] is composed primarily of b***k A******n Muslim converts, many who converted to Islam while in prison. Many MOA members reside in rural communities (jamaats) to live and worship free from non-Muslim influence.
The MOA jamaats are located on land that has been privately owned or rented by members. Each jamaat usually has numerous trailers where members reside, a mosque, and a guard post, some with armed guards, at the entrance to the properties. These communities, similar to commune type facilities, have women and children residing in them with the children being homeschooled.
Organized training is also conducted to include weapons training, tactics, hand-to-hand combat, rappelling, and live-fire exercises.”

Fuqra has a documented history of conducting basic paramilitary training in America and elsewhere, including more advanced training in Pakistan and Kashmir.
Gilani appeared in a secret video in the early 1990s offering to use Fuqra offices to provide guerilla training to aspiring jihadists. Clarion Project also released a video from 2001-2002 showing women in military attire getting training at Islamberg.
One of Fuqra’s terrorist-training camps, a 101-acre tract of land in Colorado, was raided in 1992. It was subsequently abandoned by the group, as reported in this recent KRDO news report with Heather Skold. You can see pictures from the investigation into the Colorado Fuqra camp on the Fuqra Files website.
Fuqra fugitives from the training camp were even the subject of an episode of America’s Most Wanted in 1994.
Although these FBI documents from 2009-2011 state that Fuqra has about a dozen “jamaats” in America, the group itself claims to have 22 “Islamic villages” in America alone. The locations for these “Islamic villages” are identified as “Islamberg” in New York, as well as other villages in Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Michigan, Canada and Trinidad and Tobago.
The group also has operations in Pakistan, Kashmir, Canada, Trinidad, Venezuela and elsewhere (Fuqra has a history of being secretive and deceptive about its locations).
FBI reports from a 2003-2007 investigation in Texas warned, “The MOA [Fuqra] is now an autonomous organization which possesses an infrastructure capable of planning and mounting terrorist campaigns overseas and within the U.S.”
That infrastructure can legally operate because Fuqra is not designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization by the State Department. The Treasury Department has not sanctioned the group’s overseas leaders and entities, either.
Over a dozen North American Muslim groups have joined Clarion Project in asking the U.S. State Department to look at designating Fuqra as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.
The Justice Department’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms recently confirmed to Clarion Project that it still has Fuqra members under investigation. ATF has prosecuted Fuqra members on firearms-related charges, including illegal possession of guns.
Clarion Project also recently reported that Fuqra’s General Counsel, Tahirah Amatul-Wadud, is running for Congress in Massachusetts.

Two DACA recipients were arrested Monday after federal authorities suspected that they were smuggling humans due to two separate incidents last week, according to The Daily Caller.
One individual reportedly has active status under DACA and the other is a former DACA recipient whose protections have expired.
The first smuggling incident occurred when United States Border Patrol agents pulled over a suspicious vehicle travelling down Interstate 5 near San Diego, California.
Three men were reportedly inside the vehicle.
The driver was a 20-year-old DACA recipient with an expired status, and the other two individuals were Mexican nationals allegedly in the U.S. illegally, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune.
After the former DACA recipient admitted to the border agents that he was involved in smuggling humans into the country, they arrested him and took him into federal custody.
In the second incident, Border Patrol agents stopped two suspects last Thursday roughly 50 miles east of San Diego after spotting two suspicious vehicles.
After conducting an immigration inspection of one of the vehicles, agents determined the driver was a 22-year-old DACA recipient from Mexico.
He also admitted he was scouting the area for a group of smugglers back in Mexico, revealing the region was being exploited for human smuggling operations.

At a roundtable discussion with Customs and Border Protection this week, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen mentioned, chillingly, that a stunning number of terrorists try to get into the United States every single day.
“As you heard on the watch floor, we have about 70 terrorists a day that we see trying to get here through some method of t***sportation. That’s 500 a week, 2,000 a year. So needless to say, these men and women are very busy every day watching, not just cargo, but passengers and other sorts of traffic,” Nielsen said.
Nielsen’s comments were part of a larger roundtable discussion where members of the Homeland Security team expressed to President Donald Trump how essential it was for CPB to get more funding and better border security. Acting Commissioner Kevin McAleenan said that while he was pleased to see the drop in border crossings that characterized the first few months of the Trump administration, things were on the uptick – and not in a good way.
“The numbers that you see here, sir, you can see the arrests at the border of people trying to cross illegally; they dropped dramatically early in your administration after your Inauguration,” McAleenan said. “The intelligence and interviews we’ve conducted indicate that that was because concern that the enforcement posture had changed at the border under your leadership.
“As you can see, we had a low of about 10,000 back in April of this year, but we’ve started to see the numbers come up each month, and especially in two significant portions of this population: family units and unaccompanied children,” McAleenan continued.
McAleenan emphasized that not only did this put the U.S. at greater risk for a terrorist attack but it also opened the door for an enormous increase in drug trafficking. Simultaneously (and not unrelated): Attacks on Customs and Border Patrol agents have surged 45%.
When the president asked why, McAleenan explained, “Well, we think there’s two reasons. One, we’ve got this increase in narcotics. We’ve gotten more effective at securing our border, and so we’re dealing with a more determined, a more sophisticated, and a more dangerous population with these smugglers crossing, at the same time as we’re seeing this increased flow of families and unaccompanied children.
“So we really believe these dual trends require investments both in smart border security, like a border wall system, but also closing the legal loopholes that we face in our i*********n l*ws,” he continued.
These figures need to be front and center in the president’s mind – and the collective mind of the American public – as Congress considers solutions for the Dreamers. The United States of America versus Illegal Migration: Separating T***hs from Lies

President Trump’s objection to illegal migration has been well known since he declared his candidacy on June 16, 2015. His insistence on securing the borders prior to deciding the fate of the i*****l m*****ts has generated a hysterically emotional, in reality i***tic, reaction from his opponents.
Steering the debate away from rationality and reason has necessarily resulted in cynical disregard of facts and t***hs under the banner of destroying the very fabric of the constitutional order of the United States of America. In order to restore sanity and unmask the lies of the advocates of lawlessness and anarchy, eight t***hs must be stated unequivocally.
First, who are these people? Overwhelmingly, they are men of all ages, who left their countries or places of their habitual residencies to find better lives in an economically more prosperous state. For all legal and practical purposes, they are migrants. Consequently, they can by no means be subject to the protection of any international convention, protocol, or multilateral treaty.
Second, Article 14, paragraph 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), which was adopted in 1948 by the United Nations General Assembly, guarantees the right of refugees to seek asylum in countries other than the one they have fled from. This general declaration was elaborated on in the Convention concerning the Status of Refugees in 1951, in Geneva, Switzerland, and its Optional Protocol relating to the Status of Refugees of 1967. Several other regional declarations and charters on human rights and peoples’ rights were promulgated too until now. The United States of America did sign the Optional Protocol, which grandfathered in the Geneva Convention of 1951. According to Article 1, paragraph A, point 2 of the Geneva Convention, a refugee is an individual who “owing to well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality and is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country; or who, not having a nationality and being outside the country of his former habitual residence as a result of such event, is unable, or owing to such fear, is unwilling to return to it.”
Third, refugee status can only be bestowed upon the individual by the competent state authorities where he or she requests asylum. Thus the refugee is only entitled to seek asylum. He or she does not have the right to asylum. Consequently, the United States of America has the right to grant asylum, but it does not have any mandatory obligation under any bilateral or multilateral agreement to automatically extend such recognition to anybody.
Fourth, no convention or protocol mandates that the United States must provide entry to anybody to its territory. To wit, in case of illegal entry, the United States has the right to deny, stay or to accept the individual’s request for asylum. Such an individual will have to go through the legal process. If denied asylum, the individual will either leave voluntarily or be deported to a third country. In this latter case, the principle of non-refoulement (i.e. the principle that refugees or asylum seekers should not be forced to return to a country where they are liable to be subjected to persecution) must be applied.
Fifth, economic hardship or any other grounds not covered by international agreements do not entitle anybody to obtain asylum in another country. To summarize, the legal institution of asylum is not an entitlement either by international law or by domestic legislation and jurisprudence.
Sixth, to claim on the one hand that i*****l m*****ts deserve the legal, economic, moral, and emotional sympathy of the United States of America, while simultaneously branding opponents of illegal migration r****ts, only shows the glaring r****m of proponents of illegal migration. Availing of the argument that the countries from which the migrants came are living hells only shows the utter elitist disdain for the less developed countries. Adding insult to injury, these elitists implicitly also state that these countries are hopeless and never be able to reach the level of the developed countries.
Seventh, the proponents of illegal migration totally disregard their fellow citizens’ situation, whose lives are being upended by the arrival of millions of strangers, mostly with little education, poor language sk**ls, and not even a rudimentary knowledge of the culture, the laws, and the customs of the American people.
Eighth, the financial and economic burdens of the individual citizen, the local and state governments, and the federal government are tremendous. Adding to all this are the high crime rate and the activities of organized criminal gangs that poison the bodies and the souls of susceptible young Americans.
In conclusion, most Americans acknowledge that they individually and society collectively have a moral duty to assist the less fortunate. However, the federal government’s, the state governments’, and the local jurisdictions’ primary responsibilities are to their citizens, to the memory of the founding fathers, and to the yet to be born Americans. All these governments that have been created “of the people, by the people, for the people” are obligated to preserve the American republic for posterity. This sacred duty is also a universal moral imperative. For maintaining the continuity of the American way of life and protecting freedom, democracy, and the rule of law, will benefit in the long run all the peoples across the globe.

“As the President has said, a nation without borders is not a nation at all,” Office of Management and Budget Director Mick Mulvaney said in written testimony presented to the Senate Budget Committee on Tuesday.
“The budget reflects the president's commitment to fully securing the border by providing $18 billion to fund construction of the border wall,” Mulvaney’s said. “With the Bipartisan Budget Act now the law, the administration is seeking to fully fund the border wall in FY 2018 and FY 2019.”

Most of us know when it comes to the numbers of i*****l a***ns in our country and the numbers of those still entering the US, the federal government will drastically downsize the actual number from the real amount of them.
This is done because they do not want us to know just how many millions of them are really here.
Their so-called estimate of 11 million is drastically downplayed from an actual number of over some 40 million.
All one has to do is do a little traveling in the US to realize this.
Southern California and the state of Nevada are prime examples of the actual numbers of i******s in the US. Most of Los Angeles area, Las Vegas, and Reno have so many that these cities remind anyone more of Mexico City or cities in some Central American country.
Here alone, there are more than triple the Federal government’s estimate of 11 million, and this doesn’t include the millions in other states such as Texas and Illinois.
What is more concerning than i*****l i*********n, if that is possible is the massive influx of Muslims into the country since Obama was in office. During the entire time Obama was in office, he admitted around a million Muslims into the US.
Since Donald Trump became president, the number has drastically dropped, but surprisingly, it has not stopped. This year, it is estimated that 20,000 Muslim Refugees will be admitted into the US, down drastically from over hundreds of thousands during the Obama reign. Yet, it is still estimated that the current Muslim population in the US will more than double in the next 30 years.
Since taking office, Trump has tried his best to stop the invasion of Muslims into the US from labeling most countries where they come from as terrorist risks, to signing an Executive Order banning people from the list of countries deemed as terrorist supporting states.

Despite the constant battle with Obama’s leftover judges in the Supreme Court, Trump has managed to drop the number of Muslim invaders into the US to well below the fifty thousand mark. Unlike Obama, Trump is mainly admitting Christian refugees from Muslim countries.
The fact remains, however, that the US currently has well over a million and a half Muslims living in the country and more on the way.
Like i******s from Mexico and Central America, many of these Muslims come here wanting to t***sform America into a country more like the literal holes where they originally came from.
We hear story after story in the news where Muslim immigrants are wanting to t***sform America to fit their religious ideology. Muslim kids in our schools who want to play on their school’s team cannot simply wear the uniform worn by everyone else; they want special treatment where their particular uniform includes a hijab.
Case in point is a story out of the Desert Sun newspaper in Palm Springs California where a student Camrin Hampton, a Muslim who is allowed to wear headdress as part of her uniform. This, under no circumstances, should be allowed and this student should be required to either wear the school uniform like everyone else, or quit playing altogether.
There is also Muslim friction with the types of food we eat here in America and the list of grievances goes on. In every case where Muslims want to change the way this country is from food, dress, religion, etc. should be immediately given the option to adhere to our ways, or get out of the US at once.

The entire Muslim invasion of the US was a planned event by Obama who wanted to bring in so many that it would t***sform the country into a more diversified and less prejudice country. However, most Patriotic Americans who want the US to be restored to an independent nation rather than a 3rd World Banana Republic governed by the United Nations, want all these Muslim immigrants gone yesterday.
We can no longer afford to keep bringing in people to the US, most of which h**e our ways in general, and us in particular. This applies to i******s from south of the US border as well as all Muslim invaders.
What we have ended up with because of careless illegal policies on immigration from most politicians in Washington, is a drastically reduced standard of living for everyone. We need to take care of our own such as the many Americans who are hungry, homeless, unemployed, or not getting the benefits and care they deserve like our military Veterans and quit giving millions upon millions to people who are here that h**e us.
For the millions here both illegally and Muslims here legally who find the US unacceptable and want to change it, and it’s people to suit your system of idealism. It is time for you to get out of the USA and go back to where things are more suited to your way of life. The vast majority of American citizens believe anyone who comes to the US should adapt and adhere to the way things are in this country, or they should not be here.
