In the case of rape, the baby is innocent. Why murder it? Incest? Well, there is the real danger of birth defects. Tough call there. How many times do I have to repeat this? 90 percent of violent crime is caused by b****s. Most of them are repeat offenders. Don't go after the guns. Go after the black scum bags who use them to commit crimes. If we had an automatic death penalty for any crimes committed with a gun, the problem would all but disappear.

If they k**l someone while driving and texting, yes. They know that driving requires their full attention. Everyone knows you shouldn't do it because it is dangerous. Again, it's premeditated. They took an innocent life because they willfully ignored the law. And once we execute a few of them, others will get the message and lives will be saved. Is it harsh? Yes. But so is the death of innocents because of their willful disobedience. And, I repeat, What we're doing now is not working.

Recall what I said in the OP. Give them a warning. If they do it again, they get executed. I think that's fair. Consider the fact that driving drunk requires premeditation. If you do not have a designated driver, then you are PLANNING on driving while intoxicated, putting others lives in jeopardy. Such people are a menace to society. Give them their warning. If they do it again, then that's on them. They were warned.
