Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar’s (D) Hamas sympathizing, activist daughter had the corporate media red carpet rolled out to cry foul over the consequences of her campus protest.

“…where am I going to sleep? Where am I gonna go?”

Following a long line of l*****t pseudo-intellectuals and virtue signalers before her, 21-year-old Barnard College junior Isra Hirsi completed a protester rite of passage Thursday when she was arrested. Not long after her brief stint in the poky for trespassing, Omar’s daughter found herself doing cable news and magazine interviews where she lamented her sudden lack of access to her $90,000 per year school’s dorm or dining hall.

“I have like four shirts, two pairs of pants,” Hirsi told Teen Vogue as she explained that friends had brought her a bag of clothes when her suspension had been announced. Admitting that she could return to campus under escort for a small window to collect her own things, she simply refused, the participant in the Gaza Solidarity Encampment lamented, “I don’t know when I can go home, and I don’t know if I ever will be able to.”

The crackdown Thursday against the encamped protesters demanding the school divest from Israel had been green-lit by Columbia University as President Nemat “Minouche” Shafik said, “Out of an abundance of concern for the safety of Columbia’s campus, I authorized the New York Police Department to begin clearing the encampment from the South lawn of Morningside campus that had been set up by students in the early hours of Wednesday morning.”


Expecting a hearing to be set regarding her interim suspension by noon Monday, Hirsi ramped up the sob story as she told the outlet, “But I was a little bit frantic, like, where am I going to sleep? Where am I gonna go?”

“And also all of my sh*t is thrown in a random lot. It’s pretty horrible,” she added before admitting the extent to which her prohibited “swipe access” restricted her from being on campus was unclear. “For the Columbia students that we suspended, their language says that if you are found on campus you will receive more disciplinary action, but ours doesn’t say that. And also, in my email, it doesn’t explicitly say what else I have violated.”

“I sent them an email like, ‘Hey, I rely on campus for my meals, I rely on my dining plan,’ and they were like, Oh, you can come pick up a prepackaged bag of food, a full 48 hours after I was suspended,” Hirsi claimed. “There was no food support, no nothing.”

The activist’s lamentations were not without woke messaging either as she complained that “We had so many people who were born [assigned] female,” as corrected by Teen Vogue, “in our group that they didn’t have enough space for us.”

“It was a very slow process in getting everybody into the cells. I was zip-tied for about seven hours and wasn’t released for about eight,” the congresswoman’s daughter recounted.

Hirsi complained about the collective consequences of the actions of anti-Israel protesters noting, “I think it’s really on a school-by-school basis, and Barnard has decided to take a very egregious stand against us.” Meanwhile, Jewish students were being cautioned to remain off campus until it was safe for them to return in the “face of extreme antisemitism and anarchy.”

A surveillance video caught the moment last week when a mom allegedly boarded a school bus in Mesa, Arizona, asked the 64-year-old bus driver if she was "talkin' s**t" to her daughter, and then unleashed a flurry of punches on the driver — and even began d**gging the screaming driver by her hair toward the bus exit.

Police on Wednesday arrested 27-year-old Hermenegilda Marquez in connection with the April 11 incident, KSAZ-TV reported, adding that she's accused of aggravated assault on a school employee — a felony.

Investigators stated that "the defendant was shown video of the attack on the bus and was told that because she was on video committing the assault, she would be charged with a felony, but she showed no emotion upon hearing this," KSAZ added.

Oh, and KTVK-TV reported that Marquez was already on unsupervised probation for a domestic violence assault conviction.

What's the background?
Investigators said the incident took place after the bus driver dropped off children at a designated stop in a residential neighborhood near McKellips Road and 4th Avenue, KSAZ said, adding that court documents indicate the bus driver told police she's a substitute driver and normally isn't on the route.

Court documents indicated that school district video shows Marquez entering the bus and yelling at the driver, KSAZ reported.

"You talkin' s**t to my daughter?" the mother is heard yelling multiple times as she walks up the bus steps while students walk down the steps next to her and exit the bus. The woman appears to take a swing at the bus driver, who hollers at her to get off the bus.

KTVK, citing documents, reported that the bus driver said she didn’t know Marquez or her daughter and reportedly told Marquez she hadn’t said anything to anyone.

Soon, the mother exited the bus — but video shows at least two other individuals getting on the bus steps to berate the driver with one of them calling her a "stupid ass b***h."

With that, the mother got on the bus again and physically attacked the screaming driver with a flurry of punches and slaps. The attacker even tried to d**g the bus driver out by her hair.

Court documents state that a male later identified as the defendant's boyfriend ran aboard the bus and pulled the defendant off the bus, KSAZ reported, adding that investigators said Marquez fled the scene in a car before officers arrived.

KSAZ's initial story about the attack cited a district letter to families saying the bus driver suffered minor injuries. KTVK, citing police, said the bus driver's pacemaker began to shock her.

A judge ordered the woman to stay away from the bus stop and set her bail at $5,000, according to a KSAZ video report.

MY COMMENT: Maybe it's just me, but I seem to remember many years ago that US immigration policy emphasized family reunification and sk**led labor as criteria for our immigration policy. Immigrants were expected and encouraged to assimilate into US society. Too many immigrants today, just like this woman above, expect our society to adapt to their culture. How and why do we elect leaders that allow this folly to continue? Those on the left despise Trump as arrogant, abrasive, and egotistical. I will not dispute these flaws. But on the really, really essential things that matter, MAGA is a concept that resonates with blue collar America. Those on the "woke" left will probably identify with this woman and her complaint. i on the other hand believe that if you are not satisfied with life in the USA, you are free to go back to where you came from.
