Putin sees Obama to be completely out of touch with reality. While the ISIS maims, slaughters, and k**ls 10's of thousands of innocent people, Obama and his cronies are trying to convince the world that global-warming is the worlds biggest threat. He's embarrassing to the fundamental principles of common sense, and completely out of touch with the threat that Islamic terrorist pose to his own country. The FBI and other security agencies have informed him that back-ground-checks on the Syrians is absolutely impossible because no source exist by which such information can be attained, and yet, he instructs his National Security flunky to convince Americans that he has a magic wand that can miraculously attain information, in spite of the fact that the FBI said it is impossible. Moppy and Dopey are running the country, and if our do nothing congress get rid of these bums, this country wont survive 12 more months of a president who h**es America, while continuing to support the growth of Islamic terrorist, EVEN SETTING THEM FREE!!!!!!! What are us Americans waiting for ? Do we want another 9/11 or something like what happen to France... We need to march to the White House and get the fool out of office.

1) There is no statute (period) of limitations on collecting the tax. It remains owed until paid or the law repealed.
2) Unlike other federal taxes - income, social security and medicare tax - the IRS has, (with certain exceptions ) only ten years to collect before the statute (period) of limitations expires..
3) Unlike the above mentioned taxes the IRS is restricted from filing a tax lien (public notice to creditors) on outstanding ACA taxes owed by individuals.
4) With one exception, ACA taxes are collected only when paid by the taxpayer or a refund is offset (reduced) to pay the obligation.
5) That one exception occurs a) when a taxpayer owes other types of taxes in addition to ACA and b) he wants a monthly payment plan. The ACA tax can not be excluded from the plan The ACA tax is included when determining the minimum monthly payment.
6) Given the above, (with certain exceptions) there is no way to avoid paying the tax once it is owed.

Now in the age of Obama, we can add a third, lemocrats (AKA - low or no information v**ers) who will v**e (many times more than once) for whoever people who believe lies from this administration... Yes Babsan, all the signs are here for obama to stay put, however, I don't think The American people who truley love this country will allow him to stay. obama can declare marshal law but who will back him ?
