Romneycare ? So Obama couldn't even COPY an IDEA and do it right

DenniseDee,
President Obama is trying to break the economy. If you were to go to www.whitehouse.gov/budget, you would discover his estimated cost for funding all this health insurance, including the $3 trillion dollars and 159 new bureaucracies to administer compliance with Obamacare, it would cost the American worker 75% of his paycheck. So, who is going to forfeit their food, shelter and clothing for pills? The working poor.

Obama is a SOCIALIST first, the poor be damned.

Republicans must prepare a comprehensive healthcare that must replace ACA. ACA was conceived on deceit, fraud, and deceptions. The parties involved in creating the law, the democrat Congress, and president Obama who knowingly were aware of their malicious intents against the American people, must be summoned by Congress, put them in trial. The evidences of the creator Gruber have surfaced and these facts could not be denied. Pelosi, better be prepared.

Here it is again. Yes, the Republicans have come up with something much better: THE AMERICAN HEATLH CARE REOFRM ACT which reforms the health insurance industry.
Please tell your senators to pass this bill HR 3121 which reforms the health insurance industry. It is short, sweet, and to the point.

Actually,
Today, Romneycare is very expensive and a drain on the state. The problem is that it hooks up the poor with Medicaid.

State regulation of price and policies in the insurance industry, quarantining all state residents to shop only within state borders, has been a financial disaster for the consumer but reaped a financial bonanza for political campaign coffers.

This all goes back to the New Deal racketeering of FDR's National Industrial Recovery Act (which prolonged the Great Depression for a decade) and the 1945 McCarran-Ferguson Act which placed health insurance companies under the Interstate Commerce Clause.

The GOVERNMENT IS THE PROBLEM. More government is not the solution.

Hay, what do you think this is a democracy? lol

Good Morning,
Yes, I still think this is a "democracy" although technically, we are a Constitutional Republic with minority rights.
A pure democracy goes by majority rule, which is like having two wolves and one sheep deciding what's for dinner, right?

I'll be darned if the government is going to tell me what healthcare I need, what health insurance companies I must subscribe to, what price I must pay, limit my choice in practitioners, or punish me for not subsidizing lifestyles I do not believe to be "healthy" or "moral."

It is so written in the Declaration of Independence that we have a right to life, liberty and property, "PROPERTY" was originally defined as:
YOUR BODY,
YOUR HOME,
YOUR LAND,
YOUR HEART AND SOUL,
YOUR SPEECH,
YOUR BUSINESS,
YOUR PURCHASES,
YOUR LABOR

The Progressives are nibbling away at the Constitution and our natural God given rights by stacking the Supreme Court with socialists who place the sovereignty of the State above the Sovereignty of man.

If the ACA is as lousey as all those b***hing about it say it is it should be easy for the republicans to come up with something better to replace it rather than more and more failed attempts to repeal. It is time to stop being the party of No! Come up with something better or STFU.

Honest to God, Kevin and everybody else on this forum. You bad boys, do your homework! The Republicans HAVE A PLAN:

House Bill 3121, which has already passed the House and stands before the Senate, shelved by Harry Reid, as we speak:
THE AMERICAN HEALTH CARE REFORM ACT
There are 1700 health insurance companies in America, some very inexpensive and sufficient for our needs to choose amongst. Let's open up Interstate Commerce

Please tell your senators to pass this bill HR 3121 which reforms the health insurance industry. It is short, sweet, and to the point.

1) Opens up Interstate Commerce
2) Covers Preexisting Conditions
3) Enforces the Anti-trust laws and ends price fixing
4) Enforces "no dropping."
5) Expands Health Savings accounts
6) Overturns the McCarran-Ferguson Act
7) Protects religious freedoms to choose policies
8) Returns consumers to free market control over the medical industry making it affordable
8) Makes policies portable from job to job and state to state.
9) Ends employer mandates to provide insurance to restore JOBS and 40 hour work weeks
10) Allows for the reformation of MEDICARE and its current unfunded liabilities.
11) Calls for Tort Reform

And much, much more to make policies affordable, private, and keeps us off the government database. Read these articles I listed above and then take action. PLEASE !!!

Did you actually view the video of this thing going down? It is most instructive.

Note the 5th Freedom in the First Amendment's RIGHTS:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

These politicians do not recognize that they MUST listen to us because they work for us, not the other way around.

Yes, they did. They had copies of the law in their hands citing the violations. It was a most curious demonstration on how to take action, all filmed for the record of the politicians in action, and the calling of local police to come in and do the roundup. Your heart will jump for joy. Watch this thing:

Rush admits to being an entertainer first, and throws out a few bones to chew on as a sport. All in all, though, he understands that Conservatives believe in the common man, and that the Liberals, who profess compassion for the poor actually h**e us.

I just watched a news clip this afternoon where local yocals in the Chicago suburbs were making CITIZEN'S ARRESTS of crooked politicians. Over 103 had been rounded up. The video was a great "How To" expose for the rest of us to take action legally and oust these arrogant socialists that are literally ripping us off.

ipnmajor-it is quite simple-enforce existing laws. Republicans want comprehensive iimmigration bill that requires that the border be sealed before any other parts of the bill are implemented. Democrats want a bill that includes border security as well but they want to implement amnesty before the border is secured. The republicans have refused to give them such a bill so the president is going ahead with amnesty unilaterally. It is up to Harry Reid to stop him. Granting amnesty, which 74% of Americans do not want, before sealing the border is an open invitation to millions more coming in with hopes of being given amnesty. This is a bull headed move by an arrogant president who is determined to further screw the American people in general. It is sort of a payback for not v****g his way.

The President is hoping Harry Reid, Senate Pro-Temp, will help facilitate an Executive Order to grant amnesty. The United Nations Security Council has just passed its counter-terrorist resolution s/r 2117 granting UN officials, including Russian and Chinese access to American borders. Iran's HAMAS is training 100 agents in Spanish plotting an enormous invasion in the Americas, and China is arming Iran. Go figure. Not only do we have the fox guarding the chicken c**p, the fox is eating the chickens and the ducks and the farmers.

Meanwhile, the Republican Senators are promising Harry Reid in this Lame Duck session to create a "constitutional crisis" if Reid allows Obama to issue amnesty illegally. This is in the news today. Take a look at this news post:

stevenj,
Yes, Trey Gowdey is doing a good job going after the top Brass, Hillary and her ilk. She was a Cabinet appointee. It's kinda suspicious how Senator Diane Feinstein held that secret powwow at her home to get Hilliary out of the p**********l campaign back in 2008. Obama bailed her out of a $20 million debt she had to pay back to the FEC for taking campaign contributions from the Red Chinese. We can v**e the bums out every two, four or six years.

The point is to keep eachother informed so we don't v**e the bums in. Keep your ears to the ground.

WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMEN to V**E NO on the Internet Tax.

How to Make $30,000 or More in One Hour Every Two Years

Yesteryear's actual plantation owners bought human beings with their own money and -- no matter how reprehensibly -- at least used them to produce real economic value. Today's political plantation owners, however, corruptly use your money to buy human beings and pay them not to produce any economic value at all as long as they go to the polls once every two years and cast their v**es for the good old boys and girls in the big white house on the hill. How much, then, has truly changed? The human beings involuntarily laboring on Thomas Jefferson's Monticello plantation in the 19th century may well have had a greater ratio of intact, happy, and productive families than the ones now laboring not at all on the 21st-century political plantations.

There's a perfectly good political reason for all this.

It gets politicians re-elected.

What government plantation? These poor suckers are homeless, out in the streets in Chicago, Detroit, and Pittsburg without a roof over their heads in the cold.

The Liberal Left hierarchy in Washington that the "American Thinker" refers to is attempting to whip up a revolution, and the Minorities are seeing through their false promises and sadism. The Black v**e this November put the REPUBLICANS in office, while the poor white trash still v**es for the Statist Socialist Sadists, the "SSS."
