I actually abandoned the party before it changed into what it is now because I saw the world was changing and the Republican party didn't seem to be adapting very well. Honestly, I think the world is too complicated for simple labels.
Fiscally-speaking, I'm conservative, socially-speaking I'm liberal. With regard to democracy, I have always been left-leaning but I think the increased extremism on the right is pushing me further to the left and if I was to associate myself to any ideology, I would call myself a Georgist.

I was a republican after being a democrat but not for long. Now I am not in a party because both put party first over country.
I’m liberal on some issues and conservative on others. Many Americans are like that.
