The maker of this documentary, Tony Rooke, was taken to court for refusing to pay the BBC fees. Rooke based his refusal upon British law which makes illegal the funding of a terrorist group. Rooke's premise is that the BBC, lying about Building 7 collapse and announcing the collapse 23 minutes BEFORE it collapsed, is operating to support terrorism; therefore, he refused to support the terrorist cover-ups by the BBC.
