'D********g': Youth Basketball Referee Rushed to Hospital After Players and Adults Brutally Beat Him
Guess how I knew the race of the attackers before even seeing the video???
An incident at a Georgia youth basketball game can be entered into evidence if there was doubt about the erosion of authority at all levels of American society.

On Sunday, players and fans ganged up on a referee during a youth basketball game that was played at Stronghold Christian Church in Lithonia, Georgia.

In a video shared on social media, the referee was chased around the court and then corned until he went down as players and fans — both youth and adults — hit and kicked him.

None of the bystanders — including two other referees — stepped in to help him.

Kenneth Tarver, one of the organizers of the basketball tournament at which the attack took place, said the referee who was attacked needed 30 stitches, according to TMZ Sports.

He said the team of eighth-graders that launched the attack has been banned from future tournaments that he operates.

The church said that it only hosted the event.

Should the people who attacked the referee face criminal charges?

“It is truly unfortunate about the turn of events that took place during the basketball game held at our facility this weekend,” Senior Pastor Benjamin Gaither said in a statement, according to WXIA-TV in Atlanta.

“We open our doors to serve our community and our goal is to provide an atmosphere conducive for enjoyment, enrichment, etc.,” Gaither said. “While we can not control people, it is our hope and prayer that those who enter our facility will conduct themselves in the best manner.

“Our prayers go out to all those involved in this current situation.”

Police were investigating the incident, according to WSB-TV in Atlanta.

Youth basketball coach Paris Cherry said he “was appalled” at the violence shown in the video.

“It was a very scary video,” he said, according to WSB. “To see the adults instigate and then the kids follow up to the point where it was the kids who chased down the referee at the end of the video, it’s just d********g. And it seems like there wasn’t any adult trying to break it up.”

Although the video of the attack showed a particularly brutal assault, Ernie Yarborough, assistant executive director for the Georgia High School Association, said assaults of all kinds are becoming far too common.

“It’s becoming too commonplace now that we’re having contest officials be assaulted by parents, players, coaches,” he said. “It was very disturbing for me to see that.”

“It is an issue that we see more and more, especially in the last four or five years,” Yarborough said. “What’s happening in our society to cause people to react like that over a game of basketball?

“If you don’t know how to handle failure, then you’re going to have a tough time in your regular life.”

Yarborough said that without referees, there are no games.

“It’s important that you do have an adequate number of officials to cover all those games or else you’re you become restricted on the days you can play and the number of games you can play and the levels of teams that any respective school may have,” he said.

Drone Footage: Outgunned Ukrainian Tank Takes On Entire Russian Armored Column

Drone footage from Ukrainian combatants reveals a Ukrainian T-64 tank taking on an entire column of Russian armored vehicles.

The well-positioned tank executes an ambush on the Russian column, hiding itself in a secluded position and firing through a narrow angle at the enemy.

Russian vehicles fire wildly into the town as they take incoming fire, unable to locate the Ukrainian tank.

A platoon-sized group of Russian soldiers dismount from the vehicles and move down the road on foot at the 0:58 mark of the footage, the Ukrainian fire enough to coerce them out.

The drone footage captures Ukrainian artillery strikes on the column after the ambush.

The footage was recorded by the Carpathian Sich Battalion of Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Geolocation of the footage identified its setting as Novo Basan, a city in northern Ukraine liberated from Russian occupation late last month.

Do you think Russia is giving up on conquering Ukraine outright?
Yes: 52% (383 V**es)
No: 48% (358 V**es)
At least two Russian armored vehicles appear to have been destroyed in the ambush, in which the tank was supported by Ukrainian artillery fire. One can be seen taking a direct hit from a tank round in the drone footage.

The other vehicle may have been hit either by artillery fire or the tank ambush itself.

One of the destroyed vehicles is identifiable as an armored personnel carrier in close drone footage.

Russian forces have withdrawn from northern Ukraine en masse after Russian President Vladimir Putin’s forces proved unable to capture the capital of Kyiv.

A retired U.S. Army general pointed to the ambush footage as evidence of poor training on the part of the Russian military.

“Appears RU tanks firing wildly at no targets, UKR in very good hide positions with cover&concealment,” retired Gen. Mark Hertling wrote in a Twitter post. “Good k**l zone.”

The Ukrainian T-64 tank in question is an ancient model, by armored standards, entering service in the Soviet Union in 1966.

Heavy losses of armored vehicles and tanks in Russia’s war have raised questions about their utility, but with proper tactics and concealment, it appears a single Ukrainian tank can inflict heavy damage on a far greater enemy.

We were talking the seasoning of Russian Troops.

Irregardless, the Chechen wars were two and more decades ago. Russia doesn't have many seasoned combat soldiers today, but I suppose the survivors of the Ukraine War are getting seasoned right quick. For that matter the non survivors likely are getting seasoned like Kentucky Fried Chicken. I've heard the Russians are deploying mobile crematoriums, to make the piles of dead Russian Soldiers vanish. May as well season em before you cook them.

EU nation says it’s ready to pay rubles for Russian gas
Hungary has no problem with Moscow’s energy payment demand, PM Orban says
EU nation says it’s ready to pay rubles for Russian gas

Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Wednesday he is opposed to any EU sanctions on Russian energy, adding his country will accept Moscow’s directive that gas supplies be paid-for in rubles.

Hungary will not yield to pressure and will not support restrictions of oil and gas supplies from Russia because this is a ‘red line’ for Hungary, Orban explained, as cited by Reuters.

Earlier on April 6, the country’s Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said gas contracts were a matter between his country and Russia, and that the EU had “no role” to play in the deal.

According to Orban, the nation will not follow Washington’s lead and join the ban on energy trade with Russia. He stressed “this is out of the question” because “it will be an unbearable burden for Hungary.”

The prime minister pointed out that 85% of all gas consumed in Hungary comes from Russia and that 85% of Hungarian households use gas. He added that the country’s fuel is produced from oil, 64% of which is also supplied by Russia.

According to media reports, the fifth package of anti-Russia sanctions may be approved by the EU as early as on April 6.

Twitter bans US Marine for questioning Ukraine narrative
Platform says USMC veteran and former UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter violated “targeted harassment” rule

Twitter “permanently suspended” the retired US Marine Corps officer Scott Ritter on Wednesday, accusing him of engaging in prohibited behavior by questioning the claims of Ukrainian authorities that Russian soldiers had massacred civilians in Bucha near Kiev. Ritter is best known as the former UN weapons inspector who doubted US claims about Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, invoked by Washington as a pretext for the 2003 invasion.

“So apparently I’ve been suspended from Twitter for the crime of challenging the orthodox narrative of the so-called Bucha massacre,” Ritter said on his Telegram channel, sharing a screenshot of the message he received from the Big Tech platform.

“I’ve appealed, so who knows what the future will bring,” Ritter said, adding that “Freedom of speech in America today is an endangered concept.”

According to the screenshot, Twitter’s censors had decided that Ritter violated their rules against “harassment and abuse” by saying the Ukrainian police had committed crimes against humanity in Bucha, and were trying to shift blame onto Russia with US help.

Ritter’s tweet did not contain calls for abuse or harassment, or wish physical harm on anyone, Shadowproof journalist Kevin Gosztola pointed out, arguing that his ban “shows how Twitter Rules can be twisted to silence US foreign policy critics.”

The rules were recently updated to include “denying mass casualty events took place,” Gosztola noted, but he said Ritter hadn’t done that, either.

In an op-ed published by RT on Monday, Ritter had examined the Ukrainian allegations that the withdrawing Russian troops had massacred civilians on their way out of Bucha, pointing out a number of inconsistencies and “red f**gs” with them and putting them in the context of the propaganda war raging parallel to the ongoing military conflict.

Grayzone’s Aaron Mate also pointed out that there was nothing that fit the definition of “targeted harassment” in Ritter’s f**gged tweet, and asked Twitter to “please undo” the ban.

“You’re suspending a decorated Marine Corps veteran and former chief UN weapons inspector who bravely warned the world about the Bush [administration’s] Iraq WMD lies. Silencing voices of dissent will make your platform un-usable,” Mate tweeted.

Ritter is a retired US Marine who had inspected Soviet weapons under the now-defunct INF treaty, worked as the chief UN weapons inspector in Iraq from 1991 to 1998, and served on the staff of General Norman Schwarzkopf during the first Gulf War.

His “suspension” comes just days after Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk took a seat on Twitter’s board of directors, having become the platform’s largest single individual shareholder on hints that he would dial back its censorship.

What your impaired thought processes are having such a hard time figuring out is rather easily verified or debunked through simple satellite imaging, the bodies are either there or they are not, end of debate in terms of when those bodies appeared and when they were left to lie on the ground during a short lived Russian occupation
