“We request an investigation be conducted if Christine Blasey Ford or other complainants support such an investigation,” the letter said. “We believe local law enforcement has the authority to investigate allegations of crimes without need for a formal complaint, and we further believe third parties have the standing to bring such complaints."

This letter is in response to your September 25, 2018 request that the Montgomery County Police Department and State's Attorney's Office opened a criminal investigation involving sexual assault allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh. First, let us be clear that our agencies take seriously all criminal reports of sexual assault or rape against any victim. The decision to report the crime of sexual assault or rape to law enforcement is a deeply personal one and a decision that must be made by the survivor. Our agencies understand and appreciate the impact that sexual assault has on survivors and investigates all reports to law enforcement to the fullest extent.
Law enforcement agencies and victim advocacy groups from around the nation promote a victim-centered policy toward sexual assault investigations. Efforts to note revictimize the sexual assault survivor are essential. We agree with the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault and their Executive Director, Lisae Jordan, that the willingness of a survivor to come forward to law enforcement is an important factor in any criminal investigation. We remain prepared to investigate any allegations, should a victim come forward.
To date, there have been no criminal reports filed with the Montgomery County Department of Police that would lead to the initiation of any criminal investigation related to Judge Kavanaugh.

Furthermore, the law at the time the offense occurred is the law that must be applied to any charges that might be brought. For example, in 1982, assault and attempted rape were both misdemeanors and subject to a one-year statute of limitations. The Montgomery County Police Department and the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office stand ready to investigate any sexual assault allegations from any victim where the incident occurred in our jurisdiction.

How did this country become the greatest country in the world with the least poverty, highest education, the highest technology, the strongest economy. The strongest military by far. Take care of our elderly and handicapped, give the poor a path out of poverty, our educational institutions are The greatest in the world.

But instead of MAGA we have a president that wants to isolate this country from our allies, and embrace the very same country’s that want to bring us down.

We have a deficit that is now officially out of control inflation is rising and there will be no way to stop it. The deficit now estimated by the CBO with Trump spending and wealthy tax cuts is $7 trillion and rising this next crash is going to be worse than what Bush created.

Just this last Supreme Court nominee with all this controversy around him and we know he lied we know he was a heavy drinker in HS and college with testimony there is a clear possibility that he did sexually assault ???. There were 20 conservative judges on the list and Kavanaugah was not one of them.

So Trump is making America great with sexual assault aligations with a Supreme Court nominee only because he doesn’t think a sitting president can be indicted. He is getting ready to Fire Rosenstein and Session. Trump will then appoint Lindsey Wagneras AG and then watch the rule of law go into the garbage.

The occurrence last week at Yale Law school should scare the country to death. Unfortunately the proceedings there will only worry about 50% of the population that even bothers to pay attention. Yale Law Students held demonstrations and shut down classes, (they had to be rescheduled) over the Kavanaugh appointment to the Supreme Court. So what you might ask? They're just kids. You would be correct. They are just kids that will be the countries next Lawyers, Prosecutors, and Judges. A group that has already decided innocence until proven guilty, the right to confront your accuser, and evidence is no longer necessary. We can now see who can shout the loudest to convict someone in the court of "public opinion" with no due process necessary. Liberals, you should be ashamed but most will applaud this until God forbid one of their sons is accused some day of malfeasance and not given every legal means to defend himself.

California Gov Says ‘Something Needs To Happen’ To Trump

Maxine Waters has called for anyone associated with Trump to be publicly harassed, Sen. Cory Booker has called for his followers to “get up in the face” of Trump supporters, and now California’s governor Jerry Brown is adding himself to the list of those calling for violence against the Trump administration.

“Something’s got to happen to this guy because if we don’t get rid of him, he’s going to undermine America and even the world,” Brown said on MSNBC yesterday. Literally, any action Trump takes is treated as it’ll cause the end of the world, whether it be the repeal of net neutrality, repeal of ObamaCare’s individual mandate (which had no effect on the number of people insured), or cutting taxes. Miraculously, we all managed to survive those three separate occasions that the sky fell.

While the sky has yet to fall, Brown thinks c*****e c****e is the issue where Trump will doom us all. He’s used this hurricane season as the catalyst to argue Trump’s environmental policies will exacerbate such natural disasters.
Referencing Trump pulling out of the Paris Climate Accord, Brown said that “Trump is an enabler. We often hear the term ‘enabler.’ He’s an enabler of climate negligence and climate avoidance. So that’s what’s bad about it. So we have to make sure that all these other countries, whether it’s Russia, or Poland, or South America, Brazil, wh**ever the heck it is, everybody’s gotta step up, and the President of the United States should be the cheerleader, the exemplary, and instead, he’s the saboteur.” By the way, the Paris Climate Accord required payments of $100 billion per year from the developed world until the year 2100 to reduce global temperatures by 0.2 degrees Celsius.

Brown was then asked, “As a governor, how do you feel when the president of the United States says that nearly 3,000 people did not die in Puerto Rico, even though it was the result of a scientific study and says that it was a Democratic conspiracy to claim all these deaths?” (Note the actual death toll is probably closer to 1,000). Brown called Trump’s statements unprecedented, then added this: “hopefully this e******n is going to send a strong message to the country; the Democrats will win and then Trump — well, something’s got to happen to this guy, because if we don’t get rid of him, he’s going to undermine America and even the world.”
Meanwhile, climate-related deaths are at the lowest levels they’ve ever been. While controlling the climate is difficult, adapting to it has proven a more suitable strategy.
In 2013 there were 29,404 reported climate-related deaths, which was 99.4% less than in 1932, which had 5,073,283 reported deaths for the same category.

Senate Democrats on the Judiciary Committee are working overtime to delay Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court.

On Thursday, ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) referred a mysterious letter about Kavanaugh to the FBI.
Feinstein had been holding on to the letter since earlier this year.

As if Paul Manafort‘s flip wasn’t bad enough, former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen is talking to Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Vanity Fair reported:
In recent weeks, it has also become common knowledge among close friends of Michael Cohen, Trump’s former personal attorney, that Cohen is talking to the Mueller team, according to people familiar with the situation. (Cohen did not respond to request for comment, nor did his attorney, Guy Petrillo. A spokesman for the special counsel’s office declined to comment.)

The extent and purpose of those talks is not entirely clear. Last month, Cohen pleaded guilty to eight counts of tax evasion, lying to a bank, and campaign-finance violations. During his allocution in front of a packed courtroom, Cohen read carefully chosen words stating that Trump had directed him to make payments to two women who had alleged affairs with the then-candidate, implicating the president as his co-conspirator.

'T***s' campaigners call Stalin's gulags 'educational'
Stunning claim: Residents enjoyed training, clubs, sports, theater


University students in London have claimed that Stalin’s gulags were “compassionate” retreats where education and rehabilitation took place.

The residents were able to enjoy training, clubs, sports and theater.

The bizarre opinion about the punishment and death camps, where an estimated more than one million people died, came to light in an exchange between L**TA activists and others, according to a report at the Telegraph.

It was “t***s rights campaigners” at Goldsmiths University who described the gulags as benign establishments, the report said.

They were, in fact, without many exceptions the terminal home for whomever might be called “enemies of the state.”

The opinion came in a series of social-media statements from L***Q+ Goldsmiths:

“Here’s a mini thread to clarify what a ‘gulag’ is, for those who only have heard it being used as a buzzword and why sending a bigot to one is actually a compassionate, non-violent course of action,” they said.

“First of all, the USSR no longer exists, therefore ‘gulags’ no longer exist. May as well make a case against orientalism but USSR =/= Russia. Russia is NOT governed by a c*******t party. Got that? Okay. Good.

“The Soviets did away with life sentences and the longest sentence was 10 years. Capital punishment was reserved for the most heinous, serous crimes.

“The penal system was a rehabilitary one and self supporting, a far cry from the Western, capitalist notion of prison. The aim was to correct and change the ways of ‘criminals.’ If it couldn’t be done in 10 years, it couldn’t be done at all.”

The explanations came after the group “threatened to send a political opponent ‘to the gulag,'” the report said. “The threat was made against Claire Graham, a special education needs teacher, who wrote objecting to L***Q Goldsmith’s threat to target feminist academics who they claimed were prejudiced against t*********r individuals.”

The conflict is one that has developed inside the LGTBQ+ movement. Lesbians deny that t*********rs exist, as they don’t accept that men can become women.

T***s activists, for their part, claim the lesbians are guilty of h**e crimes for their opposition to men undergoing g****r t***sitions using women’s facilities.

“In its Tweets, Goldsmith L***Q said: ‘The ideas of TERFS and anti-t***s bigots literally *k**l* and must be eradicated through re-education,'” the report said.

The college activists had suggested Graham be dispatched to the gulags, and then explained, “sending a bigot to one is actually a compassionate, non-violent course of action.”

The activists argued that the CIA spread “lies” about the gulags, including that “u work until u die in gulags.”

In that penal system, they claimed, “There were regular classes, book clubs, newspaper editorial teams, sports, theatre and performance groups.”

Historians, however, have concluded that Stalin’s gulags were used to jail everyone from petty criminals to political opponents, including gay men and women.

The report said, “Soviet files show that 1,053,829 people died in the camps between 1934 and 1953, mostly as a result of deliberate starvation.”

The Christian Institute estimated that about 20 million people were incarcerated in the gulags, with “prisoners working up to 14 hours a day in e*****e w*****r. Countless numbers died.”

Trial hears of teen girl raped by 100 Muslims

In the latest trial in England of the widespread problem of Muslim “g***ming gangs,” a woman testified via video that she was “passed around” beginning at age 13 by about 100 men.

The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, testified at the trial in Sheffield, England, of eight Muslim men accused of the sexual abuse of five girls over a five-year period from 1998 to 2003, the Daily Mail of London reported.

The men were charged as part of Operation Stovewood, an investigation into sexual abuse initiated after the Rotherham g***ming scandal.

As WND reported, in August 2014, a British government report concluded that mostly British-born Pakistani men sexually abused at least 1,400 children, most of them white girls aged 11-15, in the northern English town of Rotherham between 1997 and 2013. Many of the girls were picked up by taxi drivers from care homes and schools. The abuse included gang rape, dousing the children with gasoline and trafficking them to other towns.

The trial in 2012 of a ring in Rochdale, in the Manchester area, had prompted the House of Commons Home Affairs Committee to hold hearings.

Last year, the government’s senior legal adviser charged British judges were giving lighter sentences to members of Muslim “g***ming” gangs convicted of raping young girls because of “political correctness.”

At the time, the city of Newcastle Upon Tyne was the center of a child sexual-abuse scandal, with 17 men and one woman convicted of raping more than 100 underage white girls, some as young as 13.

‘Only in Islam’

Robert Spencer wrote on his Jihad Watch blog Monday that while sexual assault occurs in all cultures, “only in Islam does it have divine sanction.”

He pointed out that one survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the U.K. said her rapists quoted passages from the Quran to her, insisting their actions were justified by Islam.

Quran 33:59, for example, says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” The implication, Spencer wrote, is that “if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified.”

At the Sheffield trial, the victim said she became pregnant by one of the men at the age of 14 and gave birth when she was 15.

The woman, according to the Daily Mail, testified that her sister was also abused by the man who made her pregnant, Ali Akhtar. She said the abuse they suffered made them feel as though their childhoods were “snatched away.”

“We were children one minute and adults the next,” she said.

The court also heard testimony of a girl who was raped by multiple men and months later was forced by her parents to have an a******n.

‘Spoils of this war’

British media, including the Daily Mail, refer to the members of the gangs as “Asian” rather than Muslim, noted Jihad Watch contributor Christine Douglass-Williams last year.

She wrote that the “violation of the girls points to a larger problem that Western leaders have continued to willfully ignore: Crimes are being committed by Muslims that are rooted in Islamic doctrine, where the West is regarded as the House of War (Dar al harb) and its women are deemed to be the spoils of this war.”

“Jihad attacks and a continued stealth invasion of the West are also all components of this war. A society is doomed when it does not even recognize who its enemy is,” she said.

She cited Denis MacShane, British member of Parliament for Rotherham between 1994 to 2012, who told the BBC’s World At One that “there was a culture of not wanting to rock the multicultural community boat.”

Investigators of the Rotherham case were told that “influential Pakistani councillors acted as barriers to communication on g***ming issues.” Front line workers said “the town hall told them to keep quiet about the ethnicity of the perpetrators in the interests of ‘community cohesion.'”

In the Newcastle case, Douglass-Williams pointed out, one Muslim g***ming gang member was open about his motive in assaulting British non-Muslim girls.

“All white women are good for one thing, for men like me to f— and use as trash, that is all women like you are worth.'”
