That's not saying much. Most people in this country have no idea about history or anything else other than what is on social media. They don't even know that we have 57 States like our all too smart Mr. President stated. What's wrong with these people.

Is 'Constitutional Conservative' also considered an oxymoron in GOP circles? You comment on that radically progressive document as if you understand it better than the founders, yet you seem to favor conserving little to nothing that anyone can see.

No it is not an oxymoron I do not understand the Constitution better than our founding fathers But I promise you I understand it better than 90 percent of the population of this country because I have actually read it and I have read The Federalist Papers I have read the writings by Samuel Adams and Patrick Henry later called the Anti Federalist I have read letters and speeches given by our founding fathers so I'm pretty sure that in most cases I know what they meant by each article amendments that were passed I hope that answers your question oh and you're right it was a radically progressive document for his bday just not progressive in the way that you people are

I would be willing to bet that the Volcano that erupted in Iceland, put more pollution into the atmosphere, than man has in the last 100 years. Just think those forest fires out west, put more pollution in our atmosphere in one year than all the coal fired power plants in the U.S.. for one year. I use to be a tree huger, but I finally figured if you didn't cut it down and use the lumber, Mother Nature would burn it down. All the forest fires are a living testament to that.

Welcome to the grown up world I'm glad you got here about your Iceland volcano that's closer to t***h than you think if we shut down everything and I mean everything that produces so called greenhouse gases for a period of 100 years 1 Icelandic volcano one the size of Mount Saint Helens would spewmore into the atmosphere then we saved

The Pollution is indisputable. We've literally k**led entire reefs with the filth we've poured into the ocean.

But let me ask you this, because this is the main point: Do that 10 or 12 billion humans living on this planet won't do even more damage than the over 7 billion as of 2 years ago? That's the issue here, not "g****l w*****g" or "c*****e c****e". That changes in the climate do have an effect is undeniable, but the vastly greater effect is at least 10 billion humans within another 20 years or so, eating everything in sight and all of us s**tting where we live. That's what matters.

We either k**l off most of us or we k**l off the planet, which k**ls all of us. Choose one.[/quote] you are absolutely right even Albert Einstein the great mathematician of all times said that the earth could not support more than 7 billion people for an extended Of time.

You're absolutely right Kennedy LBJ Reagan Clinton numerous occasions and obama have all made recess appointments that were challenged by the Senate Obama is the only one that forced it to go to the Supreme Court to get a ruling and the NLRB being out of business all that breaks my damn heart you are an i***t and don't listen or read very well numerous times we have said others before him have paved the way but he took us from heading down the wrong path to rolling down the damn heal in a char**t and we're tired of it

Do you understand that Supreme Court ruling does not necessarily if ever constitute a position to charge someone with a crime. It is more of a current interpretation of how a law or constitutional rule is executed. In the case of recess appointments one of the justices noted by the new ruling virtually thousands of appointments made by presidents in the past would be unconstitutional. The pubs have been doing annoying thirty second meetings during some holidays in an attempt to stop recess appointments. They knew the president wanted to make appointments to the NLRB so this is what they were doing to prevent it. If the positions are not filled in can basically render the NLRB as non functioning. Only people as stupid as tea party activists and Republicans would want this situation as this is the department which oversees labor laws. Unless I guess if you are a wealthy business owner you could benefit.

I wish it wasn't a party thing but it is. Imagine if we didn't have this system. A way that would force compromise and cooperation . It used to work but over the years all the v****g rules get changed allowing too much maneuvering and blocking. Any trace of etiquette has been thrown out the window. Pretty soon we'll see these guys duking it out like they do in the Philippine's. After everyone gets their eyes swelled up they'll look just like them.

The left always talks compromise to what they really mean is do it more the way we want it done not the way you want it done we've been doing that for so long that we're not even a constitutional republic anymore
