Nobody is above the law. Especially Barack Obama.

As President, Obama ought to PROTECT the Constitution. That's the President's #1 responsibility.

Instead, Obama not only re-writes the law, he blatantly ignores the law.

When Obama traded five senior Taliban officials (members of Mullah Omar's inner circle), he did so unilaterally. He didn't consult key leadership in Congress. The only individuals he consulted with, were the terrorists.

Impeachable offense

A former member of Congress, Allen West, has sent a request to Speaker John Boehner, and Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi to draft articles of impeachment.

West argues Obama signed into law only months ago the National Defense Authorization Act, which makes it a crime against the nation to offer or provide any material support to terror groups.

Fox News judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano explained it best when he said, "We have a federal statute which makes it a felony to provide material assistance to any terrorist organization. It could be money, maps, professional services, any asset whatsoever, including human assets."


Should we be surprised?

As a former Constitutional professor, you'd think Obama would know better. Our founding fathers wisely decided that Congress should make laws while the judicial branch should interpret our laws. The President's job is to enforce our laws. But not Obama.

Obama the law-breaker

Our President displays a pattern of ignoring the law. Over and over, he acts like a monarch and not a President.

Obama is creating his own laws by giving the IRS an unauthorized expansion of power.
Obama has unconstitutionally granted largely unreported de facto amnesty to millions.
Obama recklessly endangers the public by illegally releasing from prison criminal i*****l a***ns.
Obama's role in B******i re arguably impeachable activities in and of themselves.
Obama's illicit edicts on gun control illegally collect fraudulent gun data.

NFL protects itself from besmirchment in the case of Ray Rice. You don't have to care a lick about football to understand the convolutedness of the argument.

1. She spits on her fiance'. He cold cocks her.
2. He loses his earning ability as his employer is outted by the public for knowing and not responding harshly enough.
3. She goes on to marry her attacker, makes a baby with him and stands by his side.

Left demands equal rights, wants and gets women in combat.
1. Where's the e******y in punishing this man when few would dispute a similar outcome had she been a man? Shouldn't she NOT be considered special due to e******y of the sexes being law?
2. What dilemma would this be for the left if it had been this man's boyfriend being attacked?
3. Would this be an issue brought to the main stream if she had been white?

It must be hard to be left all the time when facing such conundrums. Prediction; she'll divorce him for half of their possessions before he's bled dry by attorneys. And it's the ONLY reason she'd leave the relationship which kept her in a manner to which she'd become accustomed (7 million/yr.)

What is the proper way to handle this guy?

I forecast the following:

This November the Republicans will take over control of both the House and the Senate.

In short order the public hearings in both houses will commence, the c*******t will be exposed and sent to the woodshed with all the other reptiles.

There will be such a outcry from the liberal media that they will not realize they are playing right into the Republican hands, and their folly will be exposed to the world.

One of the first outcomes will be the underfunding of Obamacare, The jailing of the U.S. Attorney General Holder for contempt of Congress, and a passel of twits from the IRS and the military leadership sent packing into oblivion in disgrace.

Once the Democrats are totally destroyed then in 2015 Obama will be impeached and removed from office.

A strong message will be sent to Biden... Get with it or get sent to the woodpile with the rest of the snakes. He is too dumb so he too is sent packing and yes! John Boehner becomes president.

Then congress starts writing new laws which put a muzzle on socialist teaching and controls in academia. Proper history being taught in public schools and a very strong and conservative Supreme Court in place.

Can you see it now.... The liberals on this site will be beside themselves.
