The GOP is now the Soviet C*******t Party circa 1979 — and headed for a similar fate: conservative


Many Never Trump conservatives were hoping that after former President Donald Trump left the White House on January 20 and President Joe Biden entered the White House, the Republican Party would abandon Trumpism and return to a more traditional conservatism. Instead, the GOP has doubled down on its extremism; even Rep. Liz Cheney — arch-conservative daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney — is being slammed as a RINO (Republican In Name Only) by Trumpistas. Never Trumper Tom Nichols examines the state of the Republican Party in an article published by The Atlantic on February 25, arguing that the 2021 GOP is — like the Soviet C*******t Party circa 1978/1979 — destined for collapse.

"The Republican Party has become, in form if not in content, the C*******t Party of the Soviet Union of the late 1970s," the conservative Nichols laments. "I can already hear the howls about invidious comparisons. I do not mean that modern American Republicans are c*******ts. Rather, I mean that the Republicans have entered their own kind of end-stage Bolshevism, as members of a party that is now exhausted by its failures, cynical about its own ideology, authoritarian by reflex, controlled as a personality cult by a failing old man, and looking for new adventures to rejuvenate its fortunes."

In the late 1970s, Nichols explains, the C*******t Party of the Soviet Union — under the leadership of Leonid Brezhnev — was "a spent force" run by "party ideologues" who stubbornly clung to Marxist-Leninist dogma. Brezhnev's cronies, Nichols recalls, considered him a "heroic genius."

"Members of the C*******t Party who questioned anything, or expressed any sign of unorthodoxy, could be denounced by name, or more likely, simply fired," Nichols notes. "They would not be executed — this was not Stalinism, after all — but some were left to rot in obscurity in some make-work exile job, eventually retiring as a forgotten 'comrade pensioner.' The deal was clear: pump the party's nonsense and enjoy the good life, or squawk and be sent to manage a library in Kazakhstan. This should all sound familiar."

Just as the Marxist-Leninist ideologues of the late 1970s rallied around Brezhnev, Nichols argues, the Republican Party of 2021 is rallying around Trump.

"Falling in line, just as in the old C*******t Party, is rewarded, and independence is punished," Nichols observes. "The anger directed at Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger makes the stilted ideological criticisms of last century's Soviet propagandists seem almost genteel by comparison. At least Soviet families under Brezhnev didn't add three-page handwritten denouncements to official party reprimands."

The Soviet C*******t Party didn't collapse in 1978 or 1979, but it did collapse in the early 1990s — even Mikhail Gorbachev's glasnost reforms of the 1980s couldn't save the Soviet Union, which no longer exists. Modern-day Russia is now ruled by a right-wing authoritarian, President Vladimir Putin, and embraces crony capitalism and corporate oligarchs rather than c*******m. And according to Nichols, the Republican Party of the United States is, like the old Soviet C*******t Party, terminally ill.

But the more marginal the GOP becomes in the months ahead, Nichols predicts, the more dangerously authoritarian it will become.

"A dying party can still be a dangerous party," Nichols warns. "The C*******t leaders in those last years of political sclerosis arrayed a new generation of nuclear missiles against NATO, invaded Afghanistan, tightened the screws on Jews and other dissidents, lied about why they shot down a civilian 747 airliner, and, near the end, came close to starting World War III out of sheer paranoia. The Republican Party is, for now, more of a danger to the United States than to the world. But like the last Soviet-era holdouts in the Kremlin, its cadres are growing more aggressive and paranoid."

In 2021, Nichols laments, the GOP has passed the point of no return and can only sink deeper and deeper into the abyss.

"Another lesson from all this history is that the Republicans have no path to reform," Nichols writes. "Like their Soviet counterparts, their party is too far gone. Gorbachev tried to reform the Soviet C*******t Party, and he remains reviled among the Soviet faithful to this day. Similar efforts by the remaining handful of reasonable Republicans are unlikely to fare any better. The Republican Party, to take a phrase from the early Soviet leader Leon Trotsky, should now be deposited where it belongs: in the 'dustbin of history.'"

7) Put the brainwashing subject into a state of fear, anxiety, confusion, and social turbulence in order to diminish the subjects’ ability to think critically using reason, logic and context. The ultimate goal is to force the subject to surrender his or her values, and worldview to those of the change agents and their controlled and crafted group consensus.

8) Conceal the lies and evil agenda of the propagandist behind masking terms that sound good, but are chosen to shame and manipulate the targeted subjects into willingly embracing their own demise.

9) Use individuals in trusted institutions and occupations to give credibility to the worldview and values being introduced into the brainwashing subjects.

10) Set up a system of rewards, honor, recognition and advancement for those who embrace the worldview and values of the brainwashing program. Apply punitive consequences to any worldview and values that are contrary to the chosen worldview and values being inserted into the brainwashing subject.

11) Use informants, gossips and tattletales to report on noncompliance and groups.

12) Create an atmosphere and environment of chaos, suffering, hopelessness and danger and then rescue the subjects from this condition so that the persecutor is perceived as being a friend, protector and savior [classic Stockholm syndrome].

The title, to be even speculatively correct, should say "...if Melania divorces him," and of course, she will not.

IF Melania didn't love Donald Trump, she could have divorced him after she had borne his child, Barron, in 2006, after marrying him in 2005, and would have received a lucrative divorce settlement.

Certainly, IF she didn't love him, she would have divorced him rather than endure the vitriolic abuse she has endured from the U.S. press during the last five years.

The topic is malicious in spirit and evil in intent.

Demi Lovato Comes Out Against G****r Reveal Parties: ‘There Are Boys With Vaginas And Girls With Penises’
“We condemn g****r reveals not because of our identity, but because of reality.”

In a nine-page Instagram post, singer and songwriter Demi Lovato called g****r reveal parties “t***sphobic” and claimed that “there are boys with vaginas and girls with penises.”

Lovato claimed throughout the lengthy post that t*********r activists dislike g****r reveal parties because they divert from “reality.” To Lovato and other activists, reality is the concept that humans are born without any concept of g****r. Lovato also claimed that basing sex off of g*****lia is “inconsistent with science.”

“It’s both insincere and incorrect to pretend that g****r reveal parties are not t***sphobic. You can’t have your proverbial pink-blue binary cake and eat it too. This is not about political correctness, it’s just…correct,” the post reads. “We condemn g****r reveals not because of our identity, but because of reality.”

Lovato continued by claiming that “the g****r binary,” which claims there are biological girls and boys, fuels t***sphobia in American life. The post claims that t***sphobes view “non-t***s people” as more “natural” and “organic.”

“T***sphobia is not just about prejudice against individual t***s people, it’s also a way of thinking that understands non-t***s people as more natural/organic and erases everyone else,” the post reads. “These ideas, like the g****r binary, fuel mistreatment of all people, but especially t***s and g****r non-conforming people.”

The post claims that g****r reveals are based on “the illusion that g*****ls [equal] g****r and that there are only two options ‘boy or girl.’” The g****r binary omits the so-called “fact” that “there are boys with vaginas and girls with penises and that there are people who are neither boys nor girls.”

In one particularly long slide, Lovato details how society defines “cisness” as the default position, when in her mind, “everyone is just born.”

“G****r reveals require not just the invalidation of t***sness, but the impossibility of t***sness. The assumption is that the baby is cis. Cisness is positioned as the default and everyone else is understood as derivative of it,” the post reads. “The idea goes: while we might ‘identify’ as t***s now, we were ‘originally’ ‘born’ cis and we later ‘became’ t***s. When in t***h, everyone is just born. And we all become after the fact.”

The singer continues to decry the custom of “g****ring” people and calls for individuals to determine their g****r, not society or biology. She also calls “biological facts” a “cultural myth.”

“The g****r binary requires that we adopt prescriptive ideas of g****r (what men and women should be) as descriptive ideas of g****r (what men and women fundamentally are). In this way, it naturalizes cultural myths as ‘biological facts.’”

Over the last year, Lovato has become increasingly more open about her far-left political leanings. In October, she released a song called “Commander in Chief” roasting former President Donald Trump. The cover art for the song features Lovato wearing a mask that reads “v**e” across her mouth, The Daily Wire reported. She later virtually performed at the inauguration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

In an interview with Vogue, Lovato also said that she was ashamed to be white. “I h**ed that I shared the same skin color” as those who k**led black people, Lovato said.

Manners has nothing to do with t***h. If Rush could be celebrated for many of the inflammatory and downright r****t things he spewed, surely my lack of "manners" could be overlooked.
