It's a well known fact that alcohol k**ls. Stay out of bars and away from alcohol. In either case cited above, no real loss.

I've always been a 'Live & Let Live' guy. Never tried pot, don't smoke and rarely drink beer or alcohol. So long as your indulgence doesn't effect me or mine then enjoy. My addictions are sugar & salt which I'm told will k**l me but then nobody leaves this world alive. We live by the choices we make.

I consider myself Independent and, depending on the subject, my view could range from slightly right of John Birch to a tad left of Chairman Mao. That out of the way I find myself more and more siding with the Right. What never ceases to amaze me is the Left's sudden interest in Fairness & T***h and the fact that they are, all of a sudden, concerned about Treason. As an aside, perhaps this country could use more dairy farmers in government service and fewer lawyers.

What if Trump address's the U.N. and states that as a nation based on Judeo Christian beliefs that we are going to turn the other cheek and forgive all those who've t***sgressed against us. He then declares PEACE ! And announces that all U.S. forces currently engaged in combat anywhere in the world will disengage and return to their base. HOWEVER, should we be attacked from this day forward all possible force would be brought to bare. That said he would encourage all others currently engaged in hostilities to do likewise in hopes that cooler heads prevail and that those leaders would petition the U.N. to hear their case and arbitrate a solution.
Boy would that screw everyone up.

Larry, would you be able to share one of those address' the President checks. I've been kicking around an idea that I believe could pull the rug out from under many of his detractors.

Deport hell ! He should be shot while resisting arrest or attempting to flee, which ever best suits the situation. If he's deported you can bet he'll be back.

Let me pose this question. Obama had his 'Czars' why can't Flynn and any others rejected by the MSM simply visit the President regularly 'as friends'? As 'friends' with expertise in various area's I'm sure some interesting topics can be discussed and should the President find it useful he could act upon the ideas. Sounds perfectly legal and above board.

Trump should take a page from Putin's playbook. I've thought for awhile now that the U.S. now have more in common than the U.S. and NATO. Unless there is a drastic, and I mean Drastic w/a Capital D) change in western Europe's approach to Islamic 'refugees' we will loose our traditional allies and their militaries. In which case Russia will be faced which a bigger problem than NATO. I've read that nearly 40% of the Russian army consists of Muslims, who's side do you think they will take when push comes to shove. What we may see in the future is a face off between a world of Islam vs the U.S., Russia, China & India. Glad I won't be around.

Perhaps Trump should replace all of Obama's Secret Service detail to keep an eye on things. Isn't there anyone in Trumps circle who knows how to plant f**e stories to catch the leakers? And, if he can't get his picks for the 'suspect' leaking agencies then why not make them 'Acting' Agency heads? The idea is to get someone in there to find the leak sources.

I certainly wish I could agree but looking at the Democrats who get re-elected term after term it would take an act of God for them to be removed and the fools who v**e for them aren't about to suddenly wake up and smell the coffee.

I hesitate to write this for fear of someone actually trying it but I believe this site is reasonably safe. Changed my mind, nothing is safe on the internet. Instead I'll leave it at "Where there's a will there's a way".

Maybe I'm just too old or my 'give a damn' just don't give a damn, then again maybe I'm dead and don't know it but nothing in your piece effected me one way or the other.

I v**ed for Trump to keep Hillary out of the W.H. so, if nothing else, he's a success. As for his plan to defeat ISIS, it sounds like a waste of time money and lives. I can't believe that we've forgotten that the object of war is to destroy the enemy. Since Korea tens of thousands of Americans have been needlessly k**led or crippled because of the half-assed measures. Level every damn thing that ISIS owns then bulldoze the rest and the rest of the world will fall into line. As for the 'healthcare' bill. Better no new bill than another half-assed bill especially if it doesn't include Congress and Federal employees.

I'm sure I'm not the only one here who's gotten e-mails from Ryan & the GOP to support their 'healthcare' bill. I replied that I cannot based on what I've read and that I would insist that Congress & federal employees MUST be included in any new legislation. I also asked how much input they've gotten from doctors, nurses, hospital exec's, big pharma and a cross section of ordinary citizens - no response. I don't know about you folks but I'd rather no bill than a bad bill that will cost seats in 2018.

Depending on who conducts the poll and who they poll. I can provide a poll that show's Trump has a 99.9% approval rating. But who'd publish it?
The biggest problem that I see is that Conservatives try to fight fair while the Liberals are willing to use every dirty trick in the book, including against their own. Now that I think about it that likely explains why they support the influx of Muslim 'refugees'. Birds of a feather. We've witnessed that Muslims have no qualms about k*****g other Muslims 'who don't believe as strongly as they do' including family members. Democrats/Liberals have exhibited those same tendencies as we've seen with Bernie.
