As they use the avenue to gain equity without earning it. That is a fact. NOT JUDGEMENT. That is why there are schools around the country, where students are allowed to graduate but actually could not read and write or solve math problems. That is why the US public schools lag behind among world countries and trailing behind 3rd world. Am I a r****t for pointing this out? Driving around yesterday we saw this front yard, and I just HAD to stop and take a picture.
