I think that is the reason Hillary referred to many of you Trump supporters as "deplorable." You have this caveman like tendency to denounce anything that disagrees with your opinion. Of course that is your choice (1st Amendment), but it keeps your thought processes severely limited to a 6th grade level, which makes it nearly impossible to impart any knowledge to you....you seem to think that you know it all....and everyone except Trump knows that simply ain't true. Well said! I think the overall problem is: there is very little (if any) trust with this president. When people are convinced that they cannot trust the president, then the things you spoke of are even more difficult to achieve. Now in regards to our sources, what path are we traveling when we can no longer trust MAJOR media outlets...and by whose authority can we no longer trust them? I would not take Trump (or his supporters) word for it that CNN/ABC/NBC/CBS/MSNBC are all "f**e news," -and if that is the case then why isn't Fox considered f**e news? What are we to believe when ALL of the majority outlets carry the same story within hours, sometimes minutes of each other - that its all f**e? Not buying that horse! Trump has no trust or credibility because he consistently "back peddles" or flip-flops on his promises. Where are those tax returns that he promised if he won the e******n? Can we see Melania's immigration papers since she came here in 96 and worked as a model WITHOUT a proper visa? What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Why is it "illegal leaks" when the news is about Trump or his staffers, but not considered illegal when Assange (a wanted fugitive and possible sexual predator) leaked all those supposedly "tippty-top secret emails" about Hillary? Only a hypocrite thinks the laws that apply to everyone else DOES NOT apply to them. To put it another way, what Trump seems not to understand is:"As a man soweth, that shall he surely reap."-Jesus Christ// I can only pray that for his sake, and all of us, that he wakes up.....soon!
There was not a problem with Obama and the EC because he won the EC v**es deservedly....you know, most qualified, best educated, held public office, good character, etc. Now I do admit that there were problems with the EC 2 other times in history, well before you, I or anyone living today was even born. Your brazen anger is a possible clue to your responses - inside you know that what I wrote is true...and it upsets you. Well, you should be upset....but not with me. Your angst should be for those who so flippantly and disgracefully usurped the very Constitution they are sworn to uphold. Me, and my brothers and sisters in the military did not risk our lives daily (like the millions before us) to see people trounce on the very laws we support and are sworn to protect for ourselves and our families, for you and your family. So far, nearly everything Trump has done has been a sham....he seems bent on repealing or reversing EVERYTHING that Obama did for the country....simply because Obama did it! Wouldn't Trump's time be better served in working with both parties to FIX some of the things Obama was not allowed to (your republican congress tried to block every proposal the man suggested) or could not get too? When will people learn that there will never be peace as long as one group thinks and acts as if they are the only one's who have a say in what should be? <That sir, is the definition of stupidity!

Pennylynn: did you know that there has always been some type of physical barrier on the border since the '70's? The i******s began digging and building tunnels in the late 70's...and Border Patrol is finding new ones all the time. A "wall" would have to be 30 feet tall - and totally solid - not a fence type structure....I think of the wall in Kurt Russell's "Escape from New York." Anything less is just a waste of time and money...and would cost billions to build....and millions to maintain afterwards. There are so many, many other things that America needs more so than a NEW wall....like health care, child care, more affordable education, etc. etc.

Most people, whether Republican or Democrat at least agree that this past e******n has been unusual to say the least. Filled with the elements of intrigue normally found in a Tom Clancy movie ('Clear and Present Danger' - Hunt for Red October), false accusations, tales of corruption, etc., -there is still a question I have not seen any news on: "Why isn't the EC being investigated?" The EC is charged with 2 main tenets in the Constitution in regards to the p**********l e******n: 1) to affirm the winner of the popular v**e, and 2) to appoint the best qualified candidate by means of education, experience, and character. With that being said, "why did the majority of the EC appoint Trump?" He lost the popular v**e by nearly 3 million, (of course if we believed his 3-5 million illegal v**ers that number could be much higher), has never held public office, dropped out of college, 6 bankruptcies, a confirmed adulterer, womanizer, fraud, tax evader, chronic liar, narcissist, r****t, misogynist, and accused sexual predator among other accusations. All of this begs the question: "was the EC bribed or blackmailed into appointing Trump?" I find it very difficult to pass on that thought.
Pennylynn: Basically, all of the phones, faxes, interfaces, computers, routers, etc. employed by the federal government are monitored 24/7. The users are told this when they are elected or appointed to their post. We must be certain that people with sensitive or secret information about our nation are not c*********d by foreign agencies. It is not that "they spied on Flynn" - but more of a case of him assuming since it is now 'Trump's House' that the recording devices had been disabled. Here's a question: "As a private citizen not yet confirmed to lead the NSA, WHY would Flynn take it upon himself to even make that call - and then discuss the "lifting of Obama imposed sanctions" by Trump once he took office?" Flynn would not have direct knowledge that lifting the sanctions was part of Trump's plans unless Trump -or someone high up - told him to do so. Trump and his allies have lied to America from the beginning. Even the "wall" he claims he will build on the border is a lie. Obama had 90% of the wall completed BEFORE his term ended....Trump used that line to gain support from those who unnecessarily fear immigration. Multiple reports (check cnn or usa today) show that because of the wall (already up) i*****l i*******ts' move to the US has shrunk to the lowest levels ever. Trump is a worthless con man, and looks like a t*****r to boot.
