So now that Republicans can't block Obama from packing this court with friendly judges, Harry is happy, Barry is happy, the whole left wing blogosphere is happy happy.

Harry Reid's number one priority in this life and the next is the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste site. The DC court has not been kind to uncle harry on this. Obama is desperate to get something going now that his popularity is in the toilet.
