Why was Hillary Clinton not Arrested?

Trump had total control of Congress and Justice for two years. And he campaigned on Lock Her Up. I have no doubt she has committed crimes.

The border cities are the least safe. TJ Ensenada haven’t been safe for years. The cartel uses it for trafficking as it’s close to the Ca border. Cabo became unsafe after the hurricane in 2003 a lot of crime moved in and l**ted stores and residences and the cartel came in as well. Every city in every country has some crime. You just need to be aware of your surroundings and when and where you should or shouldn’t wander. New Orleans is a great example of that.

We built about 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. Little town called Litibu. We were fortunate to find property a block from the beach where the jungle meets the ocean

Obviously you have never left your backyard. Yes it’s warmer than the Midwest but SF is damp and cold especially when the fog rolls in about 3:00 everyday. The streets are filthy and the homeless are everywhere.

I have had a love relationship with the warmth of the people and the beauty of the country. Looked all over the Caribbean and parts of the US and Mexico to retire, and Mexico felt like home. The cost of living here is very favorable for expats. The food is amazing. The people here still have respect for each other and look out for each other an the children actually play outside.
