Robert Redfield the director of the CDC has not appeared at the podium with Trump because he bungled the v***s testing rollout this country waited 12 weeks for a GD test kit. Normally the leader of the CDC would be the face of a global public health response. So Trump uses F***i and Bright because Trump didn’t appoint these two. He did appoint the director of the CDC.
