While I do not know what information may be “responsive” for purposes of this law suit, I have directed that all my e-mails on clintonemail.com in my custody that were or potentially were federal records to be provided to the Department of State, and on information and belief, this has been done.
As a result of my directive, approximately 55,000 pages of these emails were produced to the Department on December 5, 2014.
Cheryl Mills did not have an account on clintonemail.com. Huma Abedin did have such an account which was used at times for government business.

State Department Tells Court It Processed only 32,000—And Has Yet to Review 40,000 Clinton Records Courts Orders Explanation on Processing

Judicial Watch announced that the State Department revealed in a federal court hearing that it has yet to process 40,000 of 72,000 pages of Hillary Clinton records that the FBI recovered last year.

The revelation came during a federal court hearing in Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails that were sent or received during her tenure from February 2009 to January 31, 2013

(Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00687)).

The case is before Judge James E. Boasberg.

The hearing focused on the State Department’s progress on processing the tens of thousands of emails Clinton failed to disclose when she served as Secretary of State.

Some of which were emails sent by Clinton aide Huma Abedin that were found on the laptop of her estranged husband Anthony Weiner.

The State Department has processed 32,000 pages of emails so far, a small number of which have been released, but 40,000 pages remain to be processed.

Judicial Watch asked the court to require the State Department to identify any records from the seven FBI discs that it intends to withhold, and why, in a timely manner.

The State Department disclosed to the Court that it was adding extra resources to its FOIA operation but would not commit to a faster production of the Clinton emails.

On October 19, Judge Boasberg ordered the State Department to “explain how its anticipated increase in resources will affect processing of records in this case and when the processing of each disk is likely to be completed.”

Surprisingly, the Tillerson State Department and Sessions Justice Department previously argued to the court that there was diminished public interest in the Clinton emails.

In November 2016, the State Department was ordered to produce no less than 500 pages of records a month to Judicial Watch, emails of which the FBI found in its investigation into Clinton’s non-government email system.

The State Department has produced 23 batches of documents so far.

At the current pace, the Clinton emails and other records won’t be fully available for possible release until at least 2020.

Clinton attempted to delete 33,000 emails from her non-government server.

The FBI investigation recovered or found a number of these missing emails, many of which were government documents.

The lawsuit was originally filed in May 2015.

Our 'next generation' is so mollified and entertained by their flying thumbs and flashy electronic baby-sitters that they have no place in their lives for issues like throat-slicing jihadists moving into their neighborhoods.
And, had the boomers been more interested in greater things than their wallets, their sexual satisfaction, their food, their homes, their gratification in all things.... well.... maybe they could have done a better job in raising 'the next generation'.

Yes, that plus they are jubilant about the amazing power they exert on the majorities they encounter. Think of England where only 4% are muslim, yet their political system has given up several mayoral offices in large population centers to the muslims. Now, THAT could never had happened without the socialists in our midst softening the ground for them via the onerous 'PC' movement. Think about it: When was the last time a democratic western society survived when the words and very thoughts of the population were controlled?

In a federal court hearing this week, the State Department admitted that even though it was ordered to expedite the processing and release of 72,000 pages of Hillary Clinton records turned over by the FBI, it has only managed to get through approximately 30,000 of those documents. According to Judicial Watch, which is embroiled in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the State Department, federal officials are still stalling in an effort to protect the former Secretary’s emails from public scrutiny.

In a press release following the hearing, Judicial Watch said they asked the court to order the State Department to identify any documents they intend to withhold from public release. State Department officials responded that they were still in the midst of adding staffers who could help expedite the FOIA operation, but they stopped short of promising a quicker release of emails. “Surprisingly,” the watchdog group wrote in the press statement, “the Tillerson State Department and Sessions Justice Department previously argued to the court that there was diminished public interest in the Clinton emails.”

Well, spokesmen for those departments are probably right in theory; certainly, the public interest in those emails is not nearly as high as it was, say, last year at this time. But that’s a far cry from saying that there is NO public interest in the emails. Furthermore, there is still a matter of urgency to the release, because it is inarguable that public interest will decline over time. That’s just human nature. So for people who want to get to the bottom of the Obama administration’s deception, time is of the essence. It does not bode well that the State Department, if it processes the remainder of these documents at the current pace, will not have all of them ready for release until late 2020.

Although…it could make for a hell of an October surprise.

In a statement, Judicial Watch chief Tom Fitton said he was surprised and dismayed to see the State Department fighting to protect Clinton under new management.

“Secretary Tillerson should be asked why his State Department is still sitting on a motherlode of Clinton emails,” said Fitton. “It is disheartening that an administration elected to ‘drain the swamp’ is stalling the release of documents to protect Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration.”

On the one hand, this doesn’t surprise us, considering the molasses-like speed at which the federal government does business. On the other, the State Department has had plenty of time to process and release these records. What they haven’t had, as of yet, is the inclination to pick up the pace. And the longer the email scandal stays out of the headlines, the better Hillary Clinton’s chances are of escaping justice – whether in a legal or critical sense of the word.
