Know what you mean. Had to get somewhere cooler. In Davis Mountains till Monday, then off to Colorado near Wolf Creek Pass for a month. Not interested in the trout fishing. Besides, out of state fishing license prices take the wind out of my sails. Oldness is a problem with the heat, for sure. Plus the wife always wants to go, and I like the quiet on the lake. 'Nuff said.

Good morning, pafret. I will be very surprised if Austin market doesn't crash and burn first. My daughter was in the buy market there several years ago, and the prices were going up so drastically, so quickly, that she could not lock in a price on a home or piece of property fast enough. Could not get to closing on 3 of them because the sellers withdrew in lieu of a suddenly higher market price, all within 15 days of earnest money being put on the table. This has been building to crash level for years. Of course, we have seen this many times before. I remember buying an owner financed home in Dallas because it was financed at a good rate by him....at 14.5%. Crazy.

MDSO can be purchased online at walmart for cheap. I use it for my bad knee and ankle. Know a guy who started using it and got completely off of his $400 a month Celebrex script. This stuff really does work. It is t***sdermal and goes right to the joint. Highly recommend fo all us old farts with aches and pains. Works great on arthritis ,too.

All small businesses have up and down years. A few years in my 35 years I ran 1/3rd my usual sales. Made it tough to meet the nut on the last year's quarterly fed deposits, among other things. I was blessed with some very good years, also. SB's are variable, for the most part. Just how it is.

Many folks now go into Mexico for their scripts. Same drugs, same quality, much cheaper. My $285/month flomax is now $37 for 3 month supply. Get my yearly supply in winter. "Buy American" only goes so far....
