F**e news reporters spent three weeks trying to dream up a scenario under which Nancy Pelosi withholding the articles of impeachment forced Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans to cry uncle and cave in to House Democrats’ demands for more documents and witnesses.
Speaker Pelosi’s allies in the f**e news received a second wind on these hopes when former National Security Advisor John Bolton announced he would comply with a Senate subpoena and testify in an impeachment trial.
Democrats and f**e news reporters singled out three RINO Senators – Lisa Murkowski, Mitt Romney and Susan Collins – as the most likely to break ranks and v**e with the Democrats on witnesses.
Their defections would put the Democrats on the verge of breaking Mitch McConnell’s insistence on following the Clinton impeachment trial structure from 1999 where the trial consisted of opening arguments and questions from Senators followed by a v**e.
McConnell declared the Senate would exonerate the President after a brief trial so Democrats were desperate to string the proceeding along in hopes a smoking gun would emerge.
Much to the Democrats’ and f**e news media’s chagrin, Republicans remained united and McConnell announced he had 51 v**es from Republicans to ignore the Democrats and begin the Senate trial under the same structure as in 1999.
Collins, Murkowski and Romney told reporters they were on board with this strategy.
“I believe that the Senate should follow the precedent that was established in the trial of President Clinton,” Collins told f**e news reporters. “I think that we will decide at that stage who we need to hear from.”
“We’ve got to get to the first place first,” Murkowski added.
“I’d like to hear from John Bolton and other witnesses to provide information. That process will accommodate that. The Clinton process allows for a v**e on witnesses to occur after opening arguments,” Romney stated.
Democrats – predictably – fumed.
“That’s not how you run a country. That’s not how you run the United States Senate,” Montana Democrat Senator Jon Tester whined.
“That’s regrettable. If I thought McConnell’s offer to bring witnesses… was in good faith, I could probably v**e to proceed with impeachment inquiry. I don’t believe that,” Democrat Senator Chris Murphy of Connecticut ranted. “I don’t think he’s going to bring witnesses. I think this is all a whitewash.”
Pelosi was always playing a losing hand.
Mitch McConnell repeatedly stated he was happy not to have to deal with impeachment.
And now a Senate trial will begin in short order.
Ultimately impeachment will blow up in the Democrats faces’ and some Democrats will join Republicans in acquitting the President.
That will allow Donald Trump to roar in to his 2020 re-e******n campaign boasting of a bipartisan exoneration from a partisan c**p attempt to override the results of the 2020 e******n.

Trump Just Scored a Massive Win in the Courts That Liberals are Crying Over
Donald Trump
President Donald Trump continues to bring in massive wins.
This is despite the historic level of opposition he faces every single day.
And Trump just scored a massive win in the courts that liberals are crying over.
There is no issue more important to President Trump and his supporters than stopping i*****l i*********n.
On the campaign trail, chants of “build the wall” could be heard at every one of his campaign rallies.
And he’s following through on that promise, with hundreds of miles of wall on the border being constructed, despite Democrat obstruction trying to stop him every day.
But while building the wall may be Trump’s most visible proposal, he is doing a lot more behind the scenes.
The biggest wins he’s gaining on stopping i*****l i*********n are actually in the courts, where Trump-appointed judges wield huge amounts of power to deport i*****l i*******ts.
During the Obama years, his judges were extremely willing to admit “asylum seekers” facing potential deportation, allowing them to remain in the United States after crossing illegally.
But after the e******n of Donald Trump, many of those judges have resigned in protest to his America First policies that they despise.
Just last year, 45 judges resigned, with 24 resigning the year prior in 2018.
These new judges are much more likely to deny asylum claims.
In one case, four of Trump’s immigration judges in Memphis, TN have denied more than 90 percent of the claims brought before their court, compared to prior judges that admitted roughly half of asylum seekers.
These judges are appointed by the Attorney General, and can’t be blocked by Democrats like many federal court positions can.
That means that even liberal areas are being affected.
In New York, it was found that judges denied just 16 percent of asylum claims four years ago.
But now, that number is drastically higher, with 46 percent being denied in 2019, which was a stark increase from the 32 percent denial rate in 2018.
This is yet another example of President Trump following through on his promises.
At the current trend, the removal rate of i*****l i*******ts is going to reach new highs, according to the research group TRAC, who tracks immigration numbers.
They predict judges will deport 290,000 i*****l i*******ts in 2020.
This is a massive increase, considering that Barack Obama deported less than 100,000 immigrants in his last term in office.
It is clear that Trump wants to make clear that he is serious about following through on his promises.
And while he hasn’t made as much progress on much anticipated actions like building the wall as Trump supporters would like, he is still making progress in less visible ways.
If Trump is able to win re-e******n in November, and take back the House, he may finally be able to follow through on his other policies.

Did Nancy Pelosi Just Blow The Impeachment?

America is the midst of an imaginary impeachment standoff between House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. “Both have drawn firm lines in the sand. Someone’s got to give,” one reporter recently declared.
There is, of course, nothing to “give.” Pelosi has no standing to dictate the terms of a Senate trial; no constitutional right or political leverage. Why she has put herself in a position that will ultimately end, one way or another, with her surrendering to McConnell is perplexing.
A new piece in Time magazine does shed some light on the thought process behind Pelosi’s decision to refuse to hand over articles of impeachment to a Senate whose majority doesn’t want them. One of the most interesting nuggets in the piece isn’t that Pelosi — portrayed as courageous risk-taker — had gotten the bright idea from CNN; it’s that she specifically got it from noted felon John Dean, Nixon’s former White House lawyer. Now, Dean is often portrayed as a patriotic, whistleblowing impeachment expert — which is true insofar as he planned the Watergate coverup, and then informed on everyone whom he conspired with after they were caught. His real expertise is cashing in on criminality for the past 50 years.
Surely Pelosi, blessed with preternatural political instincts, wouldn’t rely on Dean’s advice? Surely Pelosi wasn’t browbeaten into doing this by podcast bros and talking heads on America’s least popular major cable news network?
Because wh**ever you make of the case against Donald Trump, it’s getting increasingly difficult to argue that this amateurish, constantly shifting effort by the House has been effective. After two dramatic emergency impeachment hearings, a pretend standoff and massive cooperative coverage from the media, poll numbers haven’t budged. They may even have ticked back toward Trump.
Yet, to hear Time tell it, Pelosi has micromanaged every step of this process, from signing off on every committee report and press release — “aides say she caught typos in the Intelligence Committee’s final report before it went out” — to picking furniture that would make Adam Schiff and the more diminutive Jerry Nadler look like equals.
My working theory is this: Pelosi realized that impeachment was a mistake. She didn’t want the president to be able tell v**ers that he had been exonerated by Senate. The only way to mitigate the damage was to undertake a ham-fisted effort to attack the Senate trial and dampen, or perhaps circumvent, that inevitable moment.
In the process, however, Pelosi destroyed the Democrats’ justification for rushing impeachment in the first place. Nadler and Schiff both argued that Trump’s tenure in office constituted a national emergency, and that the only way to save the republic from another s****n e******n was to move quickly.
McConnell, on the other hand, had to take only a short break from confirming judges to inform the House that the Senate would treat the impeachment of Donald Trump the same way it treated the impeachment of Bill Clinton — with a rules package that passed 100-0 in 1998. Under the Clinton precedent, the Senate would allow both the House impeachment managers and Trump’s lawyers to make their case, with questions from the Senate to follow.
Pelosi’s defenders are running out of arguments. Washington Post blogger Jennifer Rubin now says that acting on the Clinton precedent means that moderate Republican senators such as Susan Collins “will face the real possibility that conclusive evidence of Trump’s wrongdoing will come to light after a sham trial. That would make for a disastrous, humiliating legacy.”
The gaping hole in this argument, and the reason Democrats are losing the debate, is that they’ve already claimed to have conclusive evidence of Trump’s wrongdoing. They claimed they had proof of bribery, but they didn’t include it in the impeachment articles. They claimed to have proof in the Mueller Report that Trump obstructed justice, yet it’s not in the article of impeachments either. Rubin herself has alleged, dozens of times, that we already have definitive proof Trump has committed an impeachable offense.
In t***h, if the House had made a persuasive case, there would be public pressure on Republicans to act in a different manner. That the House did not is the only reason Pelosi embraced John Dean’s silly idea — which has drastically backfired.

Nancy Pelosi says Trump will be ‘impeached forever’
Fox News’ Kevin Corke reports on the latest news on the Trump impeachment battle.
Dripping with derision, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi exulted that President Trump has “been impeached forever.” “They can never erase that,” she intoned. If Pelosi had a football nearby, she would have spiked it.
Her celebratory remarks crystallized what the impeachment of Donald Trump is all about. Pelosi, D-Calif., doesn’t care about facts, evidence or what constitutes an impeachable offense under the Constitution. She cares only about bludgeoning the president for the e*******l harm it might cause him in November.
This has been Pelosi’s intent all along. Impeachment was her political cudgel. She crowed about it like a pro wrestler who body slams an opponent and then celebrates by prancing around the ring. It was all staged, of course.
HOUSE T***SMITS TRUMP IMPEACHMENT ARTICLES TO SENATE, PAVING WAY FOR HISTORIC TRIAL
No one should be fooled by Pelosi’s shameless antics. She has wanted to impeach Trump since he took office. She admitted it during a televised forum last month. It was a moment of uncommon candor for a speaker who routinely traffics in duplicity.

At the same venue, she also repeated the canard she’s been peddling for months. “We don’t take any glee in this at all. It is heartbreaking.” Right. And don’t forget, she prays for the president. She seems obsessed with reminding us how “prayerful” she is.
Pelosi is the master of insincerity. On the eve of the House v**e to impeach, she insisted that “politics is not even a consideration in this.” Really? Then why did she confess that she’s been yearning for impeachment since Trump moved into 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue? Does anyone believe that whopper?
For months, Pelosi insisted that she would never condone a partisan impeachment. Then she engineered a partisan impeachment.
Pelosi’s gambit to extort from the Senate her approval of the trial procedures was a spectacular blunder.
Once she set the charade in motion, Pelosi insisted that impeaching Trump was a matter of “urgency.” After rushing it through the House with spurious evidence, she then sat on the impeachment articles for the better part of a month and refused to t***smit them to the Senate for an impeachment trial. “Urgency” was just another convenient lie.
Pelosi’s gambit to extort from the Senate her approval of the trial procedures was a spectacular blunder. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., refused to capitulate, and the speaker eventually retreated. This hasn’t stopped the media from fawning all over Pelosi, featuring her mug on the cover of Time magazine, and extolling her as a brilliant strategist and tactician.
In an interview with CBS, the speaker inflated hyperbole to a new level when she claimed that “what the president did was so much worse than even what Richard Nixon did.”
It was such a ludicrous comparison that even the reporter seemed shocked into silence. Nixon committed crimes and then sedulously covered them up. Pelosi’s articles of impeachment allege no crimes at all. Previously unsupported allegations of bribery and extortion were abandoned by the House.
In a different interview, Pelosi told the Washington Post that the impeachment of President Bill Clinton was “unnecessary.” She seems to have forgotten that Clinton stood accused of 11 felony offenses by an independent counsel. Trump is accused of none. Yet, his impeachment is somehow necessary under the new and frivolous Pelosi standard.

The old Pelosi standard was the correct one. In March of 2019, she stated with confidence: “Impeachment is so d******e to the country that unless there’s something so compelling and overwhelming and bipartisan, I don’t think we should go down that path, because it divides the country.”

Dripping with derision, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi exulted that President Trump has “been impeached forever.” “They can never erase that,” she intoned. If Pelosi had a football nearby, she would have spiked it.
Her celebratory remarks crystallized what the impeachment of Donald Trump is all about. Pelosi, D-Calif., doesn’t care about facts, evidence or what constitutes an impeachable offense under the Constitution. She cares only about bludgeoning the president for the e*******l harm it might cause him in November.
This has been Pelosi’s intent all along. Impeachment was her political cudgel. She crowed about it like a pro wrestler who body slams an opponent and then celebrates by prancing around the ring. It was all staged, of course.

Pelosi is the master of insincerity. On the eve of the House v**e to impeach, she insisted that “politics is not even a consideration in this.” Really? Then why did she confess that she’s been yearning for impeachment since Trump moved into 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue? Does anyone believe that whopper?
For months, Pelosi insisted that she would never condone a partisan impeachment. Then she engineered a partisan impeachment.
Pelosi’s gambit to extort from the Senate her approval of the trial procedures was a spectacular blunder.
Once she set the charade in motion, Pelosi insisted that impeaching Trump was a matter of “urgency.” After rushing it through the House with spurious evidence, she then sat on the impeachment articles for the better part of a month and refused to t***smit them to the Senate for an impeachment trial. “Urgency” was just another convenient lie.
Pelosi’s gambit to extort from the Senate her approval of the trial procedures was a spectacular blunder. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., refused to capitulate, and the speaker eventually retreated. This hasn’t stopped the media from fawning all over Pelosi, featuring her mug on the cover of Time magazine, and extolling her as a brilliant strategist and tactician.
In an interview with CBS, the speaker inflated hyperbole to a new level when she claimed that “what the president did was so much worse than even what Richard Nixon did.”
It was such a ludicrous comparison that even the reporter seemed shocked into silence. Nixon committed crimes and then sedulously covered them up. Pelosi’s articles of impeachment allege no crimes at all. Previously unsupported allegations of bribery and extortion were abandoned by the House.
In a different interview, Pelosi told the Washington Post that the impeachment of President Bill Clinton was “unnecessary.” She seems to have forgotten that Clinton stood accused of 11 felony offenses by an independent counsel. Trump is accused of none. Yet, his impeachment is somehow necessary under the new and frivolous Pelosi standard.

The old Pelosi standard was the correct one. In March of 2019, she stated with confidence: “Impeachment is so d******e to the country that unless there’s something so compelling and overwhelming and bipartisan, I don’t think we should go down that path, because it divides the country.”

In a letter to colleagues, Pelosi, D-Calif., indicated she would not t***smit impeachment articles to the Senate until McConnell moves to “immediately publish” the resolution while accusing him of making “misleading claims” about past impeachment processes to “justify” Republican plans.

Trump suggested that Rep. Adam Schiff (CA) would have leaked information to the media, if given the opportunity, that the Trump administration was preparing to take out Qassem Soleimani:
INGRAHAM: Are you worried that the Democrats can’t be trusted with classified information? Because that’s kind of what it sounded like when Pence gave that interview and talked about sources and methods the other day.
TRUMP: I am worried about it, certainly. I am worried about it. Can you imagine? Here we are, split-second timing, executed — like nobody’s seen in many, many years — on Soleimani? Can you imagine they want us to call out and speak to crooked corrupt politician Adam Schiff?
Oh, Adam, we have somebody that we’ve been trying to get for a long time. We have a shot at him right now. Could we meet so that we can get your approval, Adam Schiff? And he’d say, well, let’s do it in a couple of days. Oh, OK, let’s wait a couple (ph) — it doesn’t work that way, number one.
Number two, they leak. Anything we give will be leaked immediately. You’ll see breaking news, we’re about to attack in 25 minutes or do something. And by the way, I’m not somebody that wants to attack. I probably could’ve attacked 5 times, 10 times having to do with Iran. I’ve been very guarded because I don’t want to do that.
Trump slammed far-left Reps. Ilhan Omar (MN), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY), and Rashida Tlaib (MI) over their anti-Semitism and took a special shot at Ocasio-Cortez over her general lack of knowledge:
INGRAHAM: Ilhan Omar I think said today that this is akin to economic warfare against Iran, even though she supports sanctions against Israel.
TRUMP: Yes. She h**es Israel. She h**es Jewish people. And you just have to take a look at her rhetoric.
It’s incredible what’s happened to the Democrats in Congress. They used to be supportive of Israel. Today they are supportive of her and Tlaib. That’s another real winner, Tlaib, and AOC who knows nothing.
AOC knows nothing. Poor student, poor everything and then she comes and she talks about the Green New Deal and all these poor fools. Say, oh, isn’t it wonderful? Isn’t it wonderful?
But as I said last night in Ohio, I don’t like talking about the Green New Deal. It’s too early. I want to save it for about two weeks before because they may change their mind.
Trump hammered former President Barack Obama, saying that the billions that he gave Iran was a major catalyst for an escalation in their global terrorism campaigns. Trump also hit former Secretary of State John Kerry, saying that he violated the Logan Act, which criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized American citizens with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States:
TRUMP: The Iran nuclear deal signed by President Obama gave them $150 billion, and that’s when the real terror started. They took that money and they used it all over the place.
You look at Yemen, you look at all of the things that were happening, including Syria, they were using — I want to say they gave $1.8 billion in cash — $1.7 billion, $1.8 billion in cash. Green cash, beautiful, green cash.
You almost say where do they — how do they have the power to do this? Plane loads of cash — and instead of Iran saying thank you very much. That’s really nice. Let’s go and get along. Let’s do well. Let’s do deals together. Let’s build buildings in Iran — they said death to America and they said it when they were signing. When Kerry signed — and by the way, Kerry violated the Logan Act.
INGRAHAM: He’s out there — he’s out there just slamming you —
TRUMP: Well, no. He totally violated. This man totally violated the Logan Act with his conversations, OK?

And you know another big thing? They have the right to do ballistic missiles. We couldn’t go into areas and, look, we’d have to give massive notices. So if they were doing something, they could clean them up. It was ridiculous. But most importantly, it expires.
This is a short-term agreement. And now, once it expired, they have an absolute, clear, unstopped path to have nuclear weapons, unstopped. In a very short period of time, the deal that President Obama made with John Kerry, who may be the worst negotiator I’ve ever seen, that deal expires.
And you know what? Once it expires, you can’t do what I did, I mean, because they have a deal that says, once it expires, they can do what they want to do. You cannot let Iran have a nuclear weapon, that’s what I’m doing.

I think it’s just low life — look, he’s not going anywhere, he was a lousy mayor of a place that is not doing well, and Indiana is doing unbelievably well. More than 90% of i*****l i*******ts arrested by federal agents in the United States last year had criminal convictions or pending criminal charges, including 56,000 assaults and thousands of sex crimes, robberies, homicides and kidnappings. Many had “extensive criminal histories with multiple convictions,” according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) year-end report. The 123,128 i*****l a***ns arrested by the agency’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in 2019 had 489,063 criminal convictions and pending charges, representing an average of four crimes per alien, highlighting the “recidivist nature” of the arrested aliens, the agency writes, noting that sanctuary cities nationwide greatly impeded its public safety efforts.
The Dallas ICE field office, which covers north Texas and Oklahoma, led the way with 16,900 arrests in fiscal year 2019. The Tar Heel State is hardly alone in making ICE’s enforcement duties more difficult by protecting the most violent of i*****l i*******ts. Police nationwide are contributing to the crisis, refusing to participate in a local-federal partnership known as 287(g) that notifies ICE of jail inmates in the country illegally so they can be deported after serving time for state crimes. Instead, a growing number of law enforcement agencies are releasing the i*****l a***ns——many with serious convictions such as child sex offenses, rape and murder—rather than turn them over to federal authorities for removal. In California various police departments released 16 i*****l i*******ts with criminal records during a three-month period, some arrested and released multiple times by the same agency. ICE still managed to deport some after scooping them up in targeted operations. Last year ICE removed 5,497 known or suspected gang members and 58 known or suspected terrorists. Just this month, ICE arrested a previously deported i*****l i*******t released by local authorities in a fatal hit and run that k**led a 35-year-old woman on Christmas eve. The Mexican national, 27-year-old Jorge Flores-Villalba, was arrested and released by Stony Point Town Police in New York. ICE’s New York Field Office Director, Thomas Decker, blasted Stony Point officials in a statement. “Creating laws and policies that prevent cooperation between law enforcement agencies just to promote their political agenda, places the safety of the public in danger,” he said. “Due to the hard work of our officers, we were able to find and arrest this accused criminal, but there are countless others who are released without ICE even knowing, or whom it may take a great amount of resources to find for arrest.”

More than 90% of i*****l i*******ts arrested by federal agents in the United States last year had criminal convictions or pending criminal charges, including 56,000 assaults and thousands of sex crimes, robberies, homicides and kidnappings. Many had “extensive criminal histories with multiple convictions,” according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) year-end report. The 123,128 i*****l a***ns arrested by the agency’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in 2019 had 489,063 criminal convictions and pending charges, representing an average of four crimes per alien, highlighting the “recidivist nature” of the arrested aliens, the agency writes, noting that sanctuary cities nationwide greatly impeded its public safety efforts.

When President Donald Trump first proposed building a wall at the US-Mexico border, many had their doubts that it would actually work. After all, those who are intent on getting to our country illegally usually pay little mind as to how they are to achieve it so much as they do. People have tried all sorts of crazy things over the years, often jeopardizing their safety and lives in their pursuit.
For these critics, the wall would only serve to cost Americans more money and time and yet still not solve or even hinder the problem at hand.
And yet, this week, three unfortunate souls taught the world just how effective the newly built wall actually is.
Just after midnight on January 5th, three i*****l a***ns from Mexico were found stuck at the top of the 30-foot-tall border wall with no obvious way to get down. U.S. Border Patrol had spotted the threesome and requested help from the San Diego Fire Department to get them down safely, according to The Washington Times.
It was reported by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that the three, one man and two women, had decided to make their way into the US under cover of a dense fog in the area. However, upon finally reaching the top, they realized there was no safe way to get down. In any case, it would not have been a safe climb, but the fog, which made everything slippery and wet, had turned the steel wall into an impossibly slick surface.
It was noted that when the three had initially begun their ascent, they had help from others on the ground. However, by the time they reached the top and found themselves stranded, their support had vanished, leaving them even more hesitant about the descent.
After being safely lowered to the ground, the three were questioned and found to be Mexican nationals. Therefore, they were arrested and detained at the nearest Border Patrol station for continued processing.
The part of the wall where these three had decided to cross is one of a few sections that have been entirely completed. Where 8-foot “landing-mat” mesh fences and barriers used to stand, now 18-foot steel bollards have been constructed. At the top of this is a wide steel plate. Somehow, the three were able to traverse this. However, a short distance to the north of this wall is another larger one, that is 30 foot high. The two in close proximity form a walkway of sorts between the walls that enables agents to travel along the border for increased enforcement.
Why the three chose this exact spot to travel through, we may never know. However, as smugglers and illegal citizens, logic doesn’t always seem to be at the top of their list.
It was noted by both The Times and Border Patrol agents that the three were lucky to have not fallen and caused severe harm to themselves. Acting Chie Patrol Agent in the San Diego area said, “These three were very fortunate not to have fallen from the top of the wall which could have resulted in serious injury or death. These dangers are not important considerations to smugglers, who place emphasis on profits over safety.”
According to Supervisory Agent Jeffrey Stephenson, falling off of the wall is a frequent occurrence for i******s trying to cross it. He said, “the falls have led to numerous serious injuries including broken legs, broken ankles, skull fractures, brain bleeds, broken scapula, fractured vertebrae, and appendicitis.” He did point out that when an injury does occur, every illegal is immediately treated with medical attention as soon as they are found.
Regardless of the care they are given afterward, I’d bet that ideas of illegally crossing the war are getting more and more scarce among immigrants as stories like this become more affluent. While it is said that these people don’t put a high priority on safety, it’s apparent that it certainly puts some limitations out there. And people are taking note.
Slowly but surely, the wall is being constructed, and as a result, fewer and fewer i******s are making their way into the country, at least without injury or need of medical attention. So, I’d say yes, the wall is working. And anyone who thinks differently only has to read stories like this to realize that crossing the US border is not nearly as easy as it used to be.

Thank you to the President & Prime Minister of Iraq for their rapid response upon request Iran will be held fully responsible for lives lost, or damage incurred, at any of our facilities. They will pay a very BIG PRICE! This is not a Warning, it is a Threat. Happy New Year!” the President tweeted.
President Trump also called his handling of the situation the “anti-B******i.”
Even RINO Senator Lindsey Graham praised the President for taking quick and decisive action by sending in military reinforcements to prevent another B******i.
“Very proud of President @realDonaldTrump acting decisively in the face of threats to our embassy in Baghdad. He has put the world on notice – there will be no B******is on his watch,” Graham tweeted.
Donald Trump provided a clear contrast to Barack Obama in showing how a President should act when Islamic terrorists are threatening American lives overseas.

Another campaign promised kept. President Trump’s wall is being built, and it’s working!
Remember when in November of last year, that infamous caravan of migrants arrived at the US/Mexico border near San Diego, CA, all they had to do was simply stampede over old landing mat barriers erected decades ago to gain asylum in the States?
The situation on the ground there is much different now.
As part of the president’s campaign promise to build a wall along the southern border, 14 miles of 18-foot primary steel bollard fencing has been built in San Diego, with a secondary 30-foot steel bollard barrier behind that which is approximately 80 percent complete.
They replace the 8-foot landing mats, which were often supported by a mere steel mesh behind that. The difference is dramatic.
“It’s incredibly different…I’m able to see the old landing mat right next to the bollard and I’m able to see the old mesh right next to the new bollard and the difference is startling,” Douglas Harrison, Chief Patrol Agent of U.S. Border Patrol’s San Diego Sector, told Fox News.
Harrison explained that the current barrier is not something that can be easily scaled, “It’s an intimidating barrier. I’m an old Army guy, I was in the 101st Airborne and I would not try to cross that.”
The sections being replaced at the San Diego border is all part of a project that has, across the whole border, seen 71 miles completed, with an additional 162 currently under construction and an additional 276 miles in the “pre-construction” phase. It’s part of an ambitious plan to get somewhere close to 450-500 miles completed by the end of 2020.
Trump visited the San Diego project in September and spoke of it in glowing terms — even signing his name on the barrier.
“So it’s a very powerful, very powerful wall, the likes of which, probably, to this extent, has not been built before,” he said.
“But the numbers now are way down,” he later added. “And as the wall goes up — literally, as the wall goes up, the numbers go down.”
He’s right, in August, there were 3,326 apprehensions in the San Diego sector, down from 6,880 in March and 5,884 in May.
The improved barrier not only lowers apprehensions, but it also allows officers to make apprehensions more safely and closer to the border — rather than within border communities. Harrison says that as a result, there has been a surge of construction taking place as better barriers go up, with the construction of warehouses, housing, shopping outlets, and restaurants.http://www.patriots4trump.com

As part of the president’s campaign promise to build a wall along the southern border, 14 miles of 18-foot primary steel bollard fencing has been built in San Diego, with a secondary 30-foot steel bollard barrier behind that which is approximately 80 percent complete.
They replace the 8-foot landing mats, which were often supported by a mere steel mesh behind that. The difference is dramatic.
“It’s incredibly different…I’m able to see the old landing mat right next to the bollard and I’m able to see the old mesh right next to the new bollard and the difference is startling,” Douglas Harrison, Chief Patrol Agent of U.S. Border Patrol’s San Diego Sector, told Fox News.
Harrison explained that the current barrier is not something that can be easily scaled, “It’s an intimidating barrier. I’m an old Army guy, I was in the 101st Airborne and I would not try to cross that.”
The sections being replaced at the San Diego border is all part of a project that has, across the whole border, seen 71 miles completed, with an additional 162 currently under construction and an additional 276 miles in the “pre-construction” phase. It’s part of an ambitious plan to get somewhere close to 450-500 miles completed by the end of 2020.
Trump visited the San Diego project in September and spoke of it in glowing terms — even signing his name on the barrier.
“So it’s a very powerful, very powerful wall, the likes of which, probably, to this extent, has not been built before,” he said.
“But the numbers now are way down,” he later added. “And as the wall goes up — literally, as the wall goes up, the numbers go down.”
He’s right, in August, there were 3,326 apprehensions in the San Diego sector, down from 6,880 in March and 5,884 in May.
The improved barrier not only lowers apprehensions, but it also allows officers to make apprehensions more safely and closer to the border — rather than within border communities. Harrison says that as a result, there has been a surge of construction taking place as better barriers go up, with the construction of warehouses, housing, shopping outlets, and restaurants.http://www.patriots4trump.com
