"There’s a video somewhere here on OPP by a classmate at Yale who recorded it after the hearing, saying K. was often fall down drunk. I’m sure the FBI will be talking to her."

Somewhere there's a video of some purported classmate of Kavanaugh's claiming to have, at some time, witnessed a young Kavanaugh drinking to excess. Uh-huh. Kinda like, "I do not remember where it happened, when it happened, how I got there, how I got home, or any other details, BUT I am 100% certain of the "who." Not very believable in my book. When this supposed "classmate" gives a statement under oath, under penalty of a felony as all the other witnesses have done, maybe that might mean something. Until then, it's just hearsay and rumor and benefits no one, but unfortunately--and intentionally--continues to stoke the fire in a sad attempt to lend credence to other false accusations.

And, of course, all the witnesses who have come forward and offered written testimony under oath, under penalty of felony have refuted Ford's unsubstantiated claims. But that information seems to continually be omitted from this type of additional smear.

Q. Why was Corey Booker so interested in a slang term for flatus?

A. He was afraid flatus might be more pleasant than his breath.

A. Because he is both narcissistic and a "gasbag," he thought the discussion was about him …..

You are absolutely right, Fit. V****g in more Republicans is what we need to combat the likes of Flake, Collins & Murkowski. Flake, thank God, will be gone anyway and hopefully McSally will be in there to replace him. Collins is an East Coast republican, which means she is a l*****t who is just slightly closer to the center than most. She is always screwing things up. But if we can add a couple more Republican Senators we won't need to worry about Collins and Murkowski. They can go pound sand if we can come up with enough v**es without them.

So, yes, v**e, v**e, v**e. Quite frankly, this freak show we've been watching the democrats produce and direct has spurred me on to not only v**e but to volunteer to campaign for the republican senator in my state. I will do everything I can to help him get elected.

It won't matter at all to the dems what the outcome of any FBI investigation is. They are not going to v**e for him no matter what. They have made that very clear from the beginning. Judge Kavanaugh could take a "real" lie detector test and pass with flying colors and then we would be bombarded with the statistics and just how unreliable polygraphs are. The FBI could do a thorough investigation and find Judge Kavanaugh to be innocent of all these accusations, and the dems would find some reason to find fault with how the investigation was conducted and refuse to give him the thumbs up regardless. This v**e will be delayed for at least another week and these democrat senators will still be whining about something. They will bring forth several more witnesses at the eleventh hour (again) and insist on another delay for more investigations. It will never end.

Thank you so much Flake for your dirty dealings with the democrats to help them continue to destroy this man and his family. I have no doubt this was planned all along … just as McCain did with the v**e on repealing the ACA … pretend you are planning to v**e for this man and then flip the switch at the last second when the final v**e count was taken. Yes, the thumb was actually sideways instead of down by forcing "conditions" on the floor v**e, but the end result is pretty much the same. Your exit from the Senate cannot come soon enough. Hopefully McSally will have the cojones that you seem to be lacking.

I totally agree. Also, I keep hearing that these accusations will definitely affect the female v**es in the midterm e******ns because women will side with Ford and the democrats, which is of course the intended result and a big part of the reason democrats began this smear campaign and the devious, sleazy way they went about doing it to begin with. The dems know that, because of the #metoo movement, any woman who comes forward with an accusation of any kind against any male will be believed and the accused will forever be tainted, guilty or not. And obviously they are not above using it to destroy a fine man and his family.

Well, I would say this should serve as a warning to all women who might be tempted to jump on that bandwagon: Do you think this could not happen to your husband, your son, your father, or your brother? Do you think you are in any way safe from some female with an agenda of some kind who takes it upon herself to destroy someone you love---and your family—with false accusations? Yes, some women do have legitimate complaints and should be heard, and thus the #metoo movement. But it is all too easy to abuse this power and use it to destroy.

And there are obviously some people out there who are devious enough—and desperate enough—to abuse it for personal and/or political gain.

You are exactly right, and that is one of the reasons dems are doing this. It is a warning to anyone Trump should nominate to sit on the highest court in the land that, "If you dare to accept this nomination, we will destroy you." It is essential that Judge Kavanaugh weather this storm and refuse to withdraw. It would not only make him look guilty, but would reinforce this message to any conservative judge who might possibly be nominated in the future. It is pathetic the depths to which the democrats will go in their attempt to gain power in the government. It is despicable what they are doing to this man and his family.

This is unfortunately true. We keep hearing about how the Russians continually attempt to create division and chaos within our country and to interfere with our e******ns. Well, all that work isn't necessary. All they have to do is DO NOTHING! They can grab a bucket of popcorn, turn on cable tv and sit back and watch this freak show. It must be very entertaining for them.

miss soeiro ......

Oh the places you’ll go—like the State of Confusion--
(along with those crying “Russian collusion”)

'Cuz rather than accept FLOTUS' gifts with grace
…. then pass them on to a more needy place,

You made a foolish and unwise decision
…. to expose your own h**e … and create more division!

But in haste to condemn her gracious act
… you forgot your old pics dressed as Cat in the Hat!!

And, Oh No, to add to your self-imposed trouble
…. missed Dr. Seuss readings by the former first couple!!

Oh, how the Obamas loved Green Eggs and Ham
….. One Fish, Two Fish and Sam, I am!

Seems to you all are r****ts--even Horton’s Who!
…. So it’s off to the State of Confusion for you,

With the rest of the h**ers, the clowns and the fools,
….. who’ve exposed themselves as l*****t tools ...

Where maybe you’ll learn about proper decorum
…… and won’t find yourself mocked in a public forum ….
