1. The numbers you quote are a little deceiving. The bottom 10% wages went up 9%, due primarily, to progressive, high population states raising the minimum wages to up to $15./hr. according to the Economic Policy Institute.

As for the paragraph after note 7, the southern states do everything they can to neutralize the black v**e through gerrymandering, v**er suppression, limiting v****g sites, purging v**er rolls, and everything else they can think of. Alabama, for one, refuses to obey a Supreme Court order to add another black district to more represent their share of the population. Louisiana, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Florida, Georgia, Texas all have challenges pending. Why would b****s v**e republican?

1. Oil production started to rise steadily in 2012. I don't think trump was president then, but he was a Democrat.
2. Energy exports did go up under trump, but went higher under Biden.
3. This was a very good thing. At first I was worried about curbing China's growing influence in the pacific rim, but
with China's foolish saber rattling, and false claims of sovereignty over international waters, older allies, and
countries like Vietnam are all growing closer to the US, and increasing defense spending big time.
4. 12 Billion for Vietnam, great. Any money for China not so good. We should get our manufacturing out of China,
period. We should be building more factories in the US, like Biden is doing. Also in Central, and northern South
America. It would bring imagration to a crawl. And who thought making, and depending on, our geopolitical rival
rich and prosperous
5. This one is mixed. He did give money to farmers, but it was to cover losses caused by his tariffs. I'm not saying
that's a bad thing. We should be dealing with China as little as possible. They don't play fair.

As far as trump's legal issues, they are of his own making. He's a grifter, a s**mmer, a con man. I spent 65 years living in Brooklyn and Nassau County He refused to pay contractors and outlasted them in court, putting many hard working people out of business. He also has a habit of stiffing lawyers. He lost 25 million dollars in the trump University s**m. He lost 5 million to E. Jean Caroll for defamation, then, a few days after the judgment, he went on a rant and repeated the defamation online again! WHAT A MORON! The second awarded amount will be determined in Jan. 2024. The N.Y. fraud trial is also in the penalty stage having been found liable for fraud.

Now for the criminal cases. The N.Y. Alvin Bragg trial is pretty cut and dry. It's a paper trail case, like the N.Y. civil fraud case. Paper trails are hard to beat.
The documents case is pretty simple to. He took the documents didn't give them back when asked nicely, didn't give them back when subpoenaed, had his lawyers sign an affidavit saying he surrendered all the documents, and he didn't.
Then there's the Georgia case, which is complicated. But with Peter Navaro going on TV and explaining the whole "Green Bay Sweep" as if any of it were legal, and with 19 co-defendants some of which will have to flip on trump, simply because they can't afford the legal fees, trump could be in deep doo-doo.
The DC trial is a doozie. A conspiracy to violate civil rights, a conspiracy to defraud the government, the corrupt obstruction of an official proceeding and a conspiracy to carry out such obstruction. He claimed "s****n e******n" justified his actions, but NO EVIDENCE was presented.

You ask "How can anyone believe there was no fraud and rigging going on in the 2020 e******n?!!!" Easy. 62 trials NO EVIDENCE. Countless recounts. NO EVIDENCE. Saying "the evidence is everywhere" is not evidence, no matter how many times you say it.

The United States hasn’t seen a major political party collapse and dissolve since the Whig Party in 1856. The Whig Party was a conservative party that elected four presidents: William Henry Harrison, John Tyler, Zachary Taylor, and Millard Fillmore. The current dysfunction in the Republican Party is not limited to the House of Representatives. The chaos in the House is a symptom of a much larger tension within the Republican Party that is destroying it.

McCarthy absolved himself of any role in creating the problem by trying to appease the extremist faction of the House Republican caucus. Instead, the problem isn’t that the Republican Party is tearing itself apart through inner-party conflict but that Democrats would not use their power to prop up an empty suit speaker presiding over a decaying and dysfunctional majority.

Republicans are trying to unify by blaming Democrats, but as we will discuss below, Democrats did the right thing for America by letting the Republican Party fail.
