Roy Moore Revealed This Evidence That Just Proved Him Innocent
Democrats and the attack dogs in the media are out for blood.
They are firing off smears and unsubstantiated gossip in an all-out effort to defeat Judge Moore.
But Moore produced the one piece of evidence that just proved his innocence.
The media and swamp creatures in D.C. were dancing for joy as one woman stepped forward to claim Moore tried to rape her when she was a teenager.
Beverly Nelson – who is represented by radical feminist lawyer Gloria Allred – made these explosive claims in a news conference and claimed that Roy Moore signed here yearbook in 1977.
But there were two problems with her claims that the Moore campaign alleged proved she was not telling the t***h.
First, Nelson states she had no contract with Moore after that attempted rape in 1977.
That is not true.
Moore was the Judge assigned to her divorce in 1999.
Second, Moore also declared in an open letter that the signature in the yearbook was forged.

“There are a couple of things you need to look at. Look at the ‘1977’ after ‘Merry Christmas,’ look at those two sevens,” Jauregui told the media assembled. “And then look below at the ’77’ and I want to ask you do you think it was written by the same person?”
“I want you to look at ‘old hickory house,’ which they say Judge Moore wrote,” he continued. “Judge Moore there’s no way in the world that’s his handwriting. And I want you to look at it, look at some other handwriting of his, make your own determination, that’s what our expert will be doing, but for now, I’m asking you all to take a look. Use your judgement.”
“And then finally, after Judge Moore’s signature it has the initials capital D period, A period,” he continued. “Remember when I told you about that ’99 divorce action? Judge Moore looked at that “D.A.” after his signature which they allege was because he was the district attorney, well he wasn’t, he was the assistant district attorney.”
“But Judge Moore says he can’t ever remember signing his name with “D.A.” after it, but he had seen it before,” he explained. “You know where he had seen it? When he was on the bench, his assistant, whose initials are capital D period, A period, Delber Adams, would stamp his signature on documents and then put capital D period, A period. That’s exactly how the signature appears on the divorce decree that Judge Moore signed, dismissing the divorce action with Ms. Nelson.”
“Knowing these things, I have a question, Gloria Allred and Ms. Nelson, do you still hold that everything written in that yearbook was written by Judge Moore, or was it written by someone else?” he asked pointedly. “That’s not an allegation, that’s a question.”
“And finally we demand that you immediately release the yearbook to a neutral custodian,” he said, “so that our expert can look at it.”

quote=teabag09]Several establishment Republicans and the mainstream media have run wild with reports accusing Republican Alabama U.S. Senate candidate Judge Roy Moore of sexual misconduct from four decades ago.

But some Alabama Republicans just told the GOP to take a hike.

According to the Daily Wire, the Shelby County Republican Party issued a resolution on Wednesday indicating that several county and state Republican parties will continue to support Moore despite the allegations levied against him.

The resolution, in part, vowed to back and support Moore despite the Republican National Committee and national Republicans pulling their support for the former judge and calling on him to step aside.

“Be it resolved bythe Executive Committee of the Shelby County Republican Party that we will assist and support Roy Moore in his efforts to win the U.S. Senate special e******n on December 12, 2017, and represent the great state of Alabama,” the resolution states.

The resolution explained that because Moore defeated Rep. Mo Brooks in the August Republican primary and Sen. Luther Strange in the September runoff, the Alabama v**ers have made it very clear they support Moore.

With the special e******n between Moore and Democrat challenger Doug Jones on Dec. 12, the resolution said Moore has been a “consistent proponent” of conservative values such as being pro-life, fiscal responsibility, limited government, and promoting family values.

The language is umistakable.

“We call on Republicans in Alabama to support Roy Moore and defeat the Democrat Party candidate,” the resolution said. “So that our voice in Washington, D.C. will continue to be represented by a Republican who supports the Republican Party principles and platform we hold dear and who will push forward a conservative agenda that is best for the United States of America.”

The resolution is in response to a report that was published in The Washington Post last week that accused Moore of sexual misconduct from nearly 40 years ago. Other accusers have come forward since.

Moore has vehemently denied the allegations and has continued to argue the report was a “political hit job” against his campaign.






According to a FOX10 poll released Tuesday, Moore leads Jones 49 to 43 percent, with 8 percent of likely v**ers saying they are undecided.

While establishment Republicans have turned their backs on Moore, it looks like Alabama v**ers have not.
