Its all in Interpretation. Whats illegal? According to the US Constitution, which we are required to uphold, ANY weapon can be owned by private citizens. Uiversal background checks allows for a database for the government to use to confiscate ALL weapons, even from law abiding citizens, when they decide to "take our guns". For this reason I oppose it.
