Michael Brown was not a petty thief. He committed a strong arm robbery. That's a felony. He was k**led because he was attempting to get a police officers gun. We all know what his intentions were. The only way that this incident would go unnoticed would be if Brown had been successful and got the gun and shot Wilson.
