What has to really hurt is that Trump can't lie his way out of this one...well he can and will lie but he still going to have to put up 500 million for the State of New York. And it's going to have to be cash...no assets for this one. And believe it or not, I almost feel sorry for him, that's almost but not quite. Because all he had to do to get the total lowered, if not dismissed altogether, was to simply show some contrition. Just tell the judge that you are sorry for what you did. But his ego simply wouldn't let him do that. So pony up the cash turd brain. And go ahead and lie to your i***t followers. They will believe wh**ever vomit comes out of your mouth. But not the rest of us. The rest of us know what a dickhead you are and how deserving this fine really is...

Troll alert

God, you never read any of your posts? When a conservative chooses a handle for 'logically right' I have to laugh because like every conservative you exist solely for the purpose of throwing insults and nothing more. You couldn't be logical if Donald Trump paid you, which he can't because he broke!

Donald Trump claims to be a multi-billionaire but couldn't even put up 91 million dollars without having to pay a bondsman with his exorbitant fees. What's he going to do when 354 million plus interest comes up next? Don't you think Putin (who would have that much money in spare change) would be happy to lend Donald Trump the money and have him beholden to him for millions of dollars? Now try to use some logic if that is at all possible...of all our enemies around the world Putin is number one. And given Trump's proven laxity with national secrets how likely is it that Trump would allow Putin as many of our national secrets as he wants? I say the odds are pretty good, what say you? And how would we know given that Trump likes his meeting with Putin to be secret with no transcript ever to be made?

IRS Data: Middle Class Americans Saw Significant Tax Reduction from Trump Tax Cuts

As the data notes, Americans with incomes between $50,000 and $100,000 saw a substantial decline in their tax liability:
* Americans with adjusted gross income (AGI) between $50,000 and $74,999 saw a 15.2 percent reduction in average tax liabilities between 2017 and 2019.
* Americans with AGI of between $75,000 and $99,999 saw a 15.6 percent reduction in average federal tax liability between 2017 and 2019.
Middle-class Americans in key states were delivered significant tax cuts:
* Floridians with AGI between $50,000 and $74,999 saw a 19.6% reduction. Floridians with AGI between $75,000 and $99,999 saw a 17.2% reduction.
* New Yorkers with AGI between $50,000 and $74,999 saw a 18.9% reduction. New Yorkers with AGI between $75,000 and $99,999 saw a 12.4% reduction.
* Californians with AGI between $50,000 and $74,999 saw a 18.4% reduction. Californians with AGI between $75,000 and $99,999 saw a 14% reduction.
*
The TCJA also caused millions of Americans to see an increased child tax credit, and millions more qualified for this tax cut for the first time. The TCJA expanded the child tax credit from $1,000 to $2,000 and raised the income thresholds so millions of families could take the credit.
Again, I am compelled to prove you a liar. br br ... (show quote)

You do know that it's possible to check everything don't you? This is the Trump tax cut by bracket: The top individual tax rate dropped from 39.6% to 37% under the terms of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (single filers making $578,126 and over), the 33% bracket fell to 32% ($182,101-$231,250), the 28% bracket to 24% ($95,376-$182,100), the 25% bracket to 22% ($44,726-$95,375) and the 15% bracket to 12% ($11,001-$44,725). Oh, and even if you throw in the increase for the standard deduction and doubling the child tax credit that still won't come out to 15%

Now, no matter where you think the middle class falls no nowhere was there a 15% cut unless you are a corporation or a billionaire then, yes, they saw a decline of 15% or more in their liabilities. Now I notice that you parsed it by saying 'tax liabilities' but not all people in the middle-class share the same liabilities and even if they were able to do a Donald Trump and max out all your liabilities I would be shocked to see a 15% decline.

And here's something you conservatives need to understand...say you earned 75K a year and you got a 15% decline in your tax liabilities that would mean you saw an increase in your net income of 216 dollars a week. Don't you think people in the middle class, other than you MAGA cons, would remember an increase that high? I don't care where you fell on the middle-income scale you would notice an increase that high. That should have told you that the article you were reading was bulls**t...but it didn't register did it! I wonder why?

I think you are living in Conservative Lala land. So long as you have Trump the strongman in power little hearts will come out of your chest and your eyes will flutter at the very mention of his name. 'Open up little bird, here come some more lies I'm sure you're going to love: Oil independence, Trump's Nationalism isn't that kind of Nationalism, Liberals are the f*****ts even though f*****m is part of your conservative ideology, Mexico really is going to pay for the wall--this time', and on and on...you cons will believe each and every one...

Are you a moral and religious man?
If not, you have no standing to assume anything about anyone's morality or religious convictions.

On Sept. 23, 2019, president Trump spoke to the UN General Assembly (reps of 130 nations present)

"The United States is founded on the principle that our rights do not come from government; they come from God. This immortal t***h is proclaimed in our Declaration of Independence and enshrined in the First Amendment to our Constitution’s Bill of Rights. Our Founders understood that no right is more fundamental to a peaceful, prosperous, and virtuous society than the right to follow one’s religious convictions.

Regrettably, the religious freedom enjoyed by American citizens is rare in the world. Approximately 80 percent of the world’s population live in countries where religious liberty is threatened, restricted, or even banned. And when I heard that number, I said, “Please go back and check it because it can’t possibly be correct.” And, sadly, it was. Eighty percent.

As we speak, Jews, Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, Sikhs, Yazidis, and many other people of faith are being jailed, sanctioned, tortured, and even murdered, often at the hands of their own government, simply for expressing their deeply held religious beliefs. So hard to believe.

Today, with one clear voice, the United States of America calls upon the nations of the world to end religious persecution.

To stop the crimes against people of faith, release prisoners of conscience, repeal laws restricting freedom of religion and belief, protect the vulnerable, the defenseless, and the oppressed, America stands with believers in every country who ask only for the freedom to live according to the faith that is within their own hearts.

As President, protecting religious freedom is one of my highest priorities and always has been. Last year, our Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, hosted the first-ever Ministerial to Advance International Religious Freedom.

In this year’s ministerial, Secretary Pompeo announced plans to create the International Religious Freedom Alliance — an alliance of likeminded nations dev**ed to confronting religious persecution all around the world.

I’ve appointed a special envoy to monitor and combat anti-Semitism. We’re standing up for almost 250 million Christians around the world who are persecuted for their faith. It is estimated that 11 Christians are k**led every day for the following — I mean, just think of this: Eleven Christians a day, for following the teachings of Christ. Who would even think that’s possible in this day and age?"
Are you a moral and religious man? br If not, you ... (show quote)

Sorry Blade, I had to gag when I read this, "Are you a moral and religious man? If not, you have no standing to assume anything about anyone's morality or religious convictions.

The only thing necessary to assess someone's moral and religious standing is to be objective. In fact, without objectivity, you lack the perspective necessary to judge what is and isn't moral. This might well explain why you and your fellow CC's fall flat on your face when it comes to the subject of what is and isn't moral...ie, Bill Clinton was a horrible sinner so you could never v**e for him but Donald Trump (who was/is a worse sinner) you had/have zero qualms in v****g for. You are hypocrites of the worst kind and trying to hide behind the 'well you don't have the standing to judge me' is just hypocritical bulls**t because you are one of the more subjective people on this board and have no problem judging everyone on it even though you lack the objectivity necessary to do so.

I love how you morally inferior cons dance with a partner called 'proof' when talking about Trump even though he led a life more immoral than any other p**********l candidate. Trump c***ted on his first wife with his soon-to-be second wife including an out-of-wedlock baby, c***ted on his second wife with his third wife, and in between had countless affairs...to which he was more than happy to admit on Howard Stern. And if you think that he 'came to Jesus' so it doesn't count he admitted just before the 2016 e******n that he didn't think he had anything to be repentant of...making him an unrepentant sinner for whom you supposedly morally superior cons had no problem v****g into office...yet being an unrepentant sinner, which is a clearly irrelevant fact, that you continue to throw into the faces of homosexuals.

I have to agree. MAGA cons made that same mistake in 2020 when they assumed large Trump crowds compared to Biden who wouldn't even come out of his basement would t***slate into a sweeping Trump win. What MAGA cons didn't take into account though was the vomit effect Trump has on anyone who hasn't been brainwashed into being a braindead Trumpie. This t***slated into a sweeping Biden win and don't be surprised to see it happen again.

Oh, and for you conspiracy theorist MAGA cons go ahead and think that somehow ole slo Joe managed to c***t poor Trump out of a win once again...

You're forgetting that cons elected Donald Trump and are falling all over themselves to elect him again. Any notion of family values left that party the instant Trump walked in the door.

BTW, speaking of Trump, his Stormy Daniels trial is scheduled to start on March 25th. He won't go to jail for it but only his MAGA freaks will think he's innocent. Trump needs the squishy middle to win against Biden. Cons may not have any morals left but that doesn't mean the rest of the country has joined them. That leaves slo Joe as the only Family Values candidate out there...

I wonder if Trump’s the right man to reign in spending. Joes gonnna leave such a mess it will be tough to cut spending, but a great president would.

He didn't do it last time but instead had deficits of a trillion or more for all of his budgets even when three of those years, according to him, we had the best economy in the history of the world. If you can't pay your bills when the treasury should have been rolling in dough you won't be able to do it when times are tough.

But I keep forgetting, the instant Trump is reelected the economy will turn around, inflation will disappear, but Trump will keep spending anyway because...well, what else is he supposed to do? And hey, you fiscal conservatives didn't give a crap last time so you sure as hell won't give a crap this time will you. Good thing you will have good ole slo Joe to blame it on. Great timing for Trump, wouldn't you say? Too bad he didn't have him around last time to blame for his overspending. Makes you wonder who you would blame all your problems on if Democrats weren't around.

How about your IQ Nicholson? Perhaps 70? A little higher than that of Joe Biden which is 68 the latest IQ Biden got. Now I think it got worse this time, as he got older, and speaks non-sense most of the time.

Do you have a link where this number comes from? The only thing I could find was an estimation of 155 because of the requirements to get into Whorton but this was for freshmen and Trump t***sferred as a Junior which doesn't have the same requirements as freshmen and since Trump would never release any of his transcripts (I wonder why?) it would be impossible to estimate his IQ in this fashion.
