People don't have to prove their innocence in court-the prosecution has the burden of proving every element of a crime beyond a reasonable doubt. I don't know what's with you l*****ts. Didn't you have to take civics/history in your high school?

Blaming F***i is ridiculous.
Trump is the one with blood on his hands.

Not Trump's fault.
Dr. F***i is the one who allowed the funding of the g**n of f******n experiments in W***n China after Obama wouldn't allow them in the US after 2014.

Dr. F***i warned Trump in 2017 that a 'surprise outbreak was coming'.
https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/f***i-warn-surprise-outbreak/

Tedros Ghebreyesus, the Director of the WHO org. said that the C****-** v***s was not communicable between humans. He lied, so he is the one who allowed it to spread from China all over the world.
The US recently halted funding to Dr. F***i's fellow scientist Dr. Peter Daszak at EcoHealth.

F**e News/F**e Meme
Overall, we rate Occupy Democrats Questionable due to far left-wing bias, promotion of propaganda and conspiracies, and the publication of f**e news as evidenced by numerous failed fact checks.

Since you don't know how to use the Quote Reply button, when responding to someone, I'm guessing that you are responding to my post.

Using Hillary's crime as a precedent (or an example) is not saying that she should be arrested for a similar misdemeanor crime. You are obviously not smart enough to know what the word PRECEDENT means.

People who are not paid a living wage become dependent on the state, taxpayers make up the difference in wages. If a company is unable to pay their employees enough to live out of poverty they have no business being in business. I would rather pay someone on welfare to care for their family than subsidize impoverished employees for giant wealthy corporations like Walmart and McDonald’s

People who aren't paid a living wage will work more than one job to make ends meet. The lazy grifters who want to live off the government are often the ones involved with illegal or criminal activities.
How are Walmart employees impoverished? They aren't standing on the street corners looking for handouts.

The Michael Brown/Ferguson, Missouri tale was the beginning of the B*M movement in earnest with the b****s destroying their own city over lies surrounding a thug named Michael Brown. Hopefully Cori Bush and some of the other squad members will be primaried and lose in 2024.

Compulsive liar, but you can't name any. The key witness for the prosecution, the man who they are relying on to set the trial on its ear....is a compulsive liar, a pathological liar, has lied so much and so many different occasions, I have lost count, has gone to jail for it, screwed over the IRS, oh but at one time he was "willing to take a bullet for Trump!!!!!!!!!". Poor baby didn't get a job in the WH with Trump!....and you have the balls to talk about Trump...and you don't have an ounce of proof? GFY!!!!!! So, Michael Cohen is their "KEY WITNESS" or is Stormy Daniels the 'key witness'? Both are absolutely worthless and just more proof of what a fiasco this is. A pathological liar and a porno star, the two big stars in this degradation of the entire judicial process. Glad to see your scummy self in with both feet....so fitting!!!!

Michael Cohen wrote a book called "Revenge". Doesn't that say it all about his Trump hatred and lack of honesty besides hawking tee shirts on his TikTok site with Trump behind bars?

In the Real Estate trial, there was no jury. Judge Engoron refused to allow one. That is his prerogative under NY State Law. Why do you think they held the trial there? An appeals court has already found part of the verdict unconstitutional.
As for the "rape" trial... where to start? Something that supposedly happened thirty years ago. There was no evidence, there were no witnesses, and the woman doing the accusing has already accused SIX OTHER MEN of the same thing over the years. This assault supposedly happened in a thin walled dressing room in the middle of a busy department store with customers and employees a few feet away. As a matter of fact, her story line is plagiarized from an episode of Law and Order: SVU that aired several years after the fabricated assault. If you want to know how much Trump is disliked in Manhattan, ask yourself how someone can be found guilty of a crime that happened thirty years ago without a single witness, a shred of evidence, a story line plagiarized from a TV show and uttered by a woman who has accused, counting Trump, seven different men of rape. E Jean Carroll could not even remember the YEAR the f**e assault happened.

Trump obviously had the most money to extort, and he insulted her when she was trying to sell her fantasy book "What are Men Good For?"

Thanks for the input. I just read, though, that the Dems are launching an investigation into Trump's quid pro quo with the oil industry. Have you seen anything about this on your news sources?

https://www.politico.com/news/2024/05/09/trump-asks-oil-executives-campaign-finance-00157131

"Trump’s request is “shocking,” but it would almost certainly not break the law, said Meredith McGehee, an independent expert on government ethics and campaign finance. Unless Trump wrote on a napkin during the meeting an exact amount of money he wanted deposited in a specific campaign vehicle in exchange for a specific policy goal, there’s little chance it would violate bribery laws as currently interpreted by the Supreme Court, McGehee said."

Even for a Dem who would like to see him behind bars, it's hard to follow. No one cares that he paid (a lot ) for sex. BUT the Trump Campaign was in a tizzy because this came right after the infamous Access Hollywood tape where he said he could grab women by the P____y because he was famous. We still don't have a crime. This kind of story usually went to the National Enquirer so David Pecker of the Enquirer and Trump and others met to get their plan together. The Enquirer would catch and k**l the Stomy Daniels story, Michhael Cohen would make the actual payment. He would be embursed double in increments to disguise what the payments were for.CRIME!The cover-up of the payments and the catch an k**l are crimes against e******n law.

Catch and k**l is not illegal. Labelling campaign expenses as legal expenses are bookkeeping misdemeanors that are fined. The statute of limitations ran out on charging Trump for a misdemeanor.
That's the same thing that Hillary did with charging legal expenses to Perkins Coie instead of labelling the payments for the Steele Dossier (opposition research). The DNC and she got fined by the FEC.
