Once again, Hollywood's outrageous simple-mindedness reigns supreme as Netflix's new movie, "In the Shadow of the Moon," purportedly promotes murder of patriotic Americans to supposedly prevent an uprising against globalism:

Here's an article that talks of California's out of control homeless problem.

http://nworeport.me/2019/09/28/nearly-half-of-americas-homeless-people-live-in-california/

If people like Adam Schiff, Maxine Waters, Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi, among others, would do more for the tax-paying citizens of their districts rather than concentrating on other things outside of the state, perhaps this problem could be alleviated. But they all turn a blind eye to a major t***h behind the problem: Higher and ever-increasing property taxes contribute to the homeless problem since landlords have no choice but to pass their increases onto their renters; many of whom can no longer afford the out of control rents.

Trump says the same thing's over and over when he's accused of something he says look at the econmey best ever! No matter how good the econmeny is it doesn't justfi having a c*********d president in the White House. Trump is a security threat to the United States of America and needs to be removed

Whether or not the President says things over and over is beside the point. The actions of the MSNBC News Commentator also occurred when the President of the Ukraine, the President of El Salvador and the Reporter of Venezuelan Heritage were speaking. We all have the right to hear what is being said. MSNBC is in violation of FCC rules. Thank you for your comment.

WOW that looks like a valid website and I don't know how they are doing this in California. They seem totally out of place and character for CA.

There are a lot of people in California who are totally fed up with the way the state has been operating and it looks like they are finally beginning to speak up about it! The conditions in Adam Schiff's districts alone are d********g.

In light of everything that has been happening, here is an article from the California Political Review which discusses Adam Schiff. Apparently, the people in his own districts are not happy with him. Read the comments as well as the article:

http://www.capoliticalreview.com/capoliticalnewsandviews/when-democrat-adam-schiff-sold-his-soul-to-obama-and-the-democratic-party/

This appears to be a good website which may keep us informed about what is going on in California.

Please feel free to post your comments and opinions in this thread, but once again, my schedule does not afford me the time to respond in a timely manner.

Are we surprised??? The Lawyer and his group formed an organization that helps Anti-Trump "Whistle-Blowers" to come forward and lodge complaint....Very unethical in my opinion!!!!!

I'm not surprised at all. The Deep State has many tentacles. Thank you for your excellent reports, PR.

Disagreeing with an opinion is very different than allowing a blatant provable lie to go unchallenged. This was clearly a matter than the latter.

If the MSNBC News Commentator disagreed with what the President of the United States, the Presidents of the Ukraine and El Salvador and the Reporter of Venezuelan Heritage had to say, then she should have reserved her comments for after the Press Conference and not spoken over them so that her viewers could not hear them. She could easily have given a rebuttal to the comments after the Press Conference. That is how all networks ethically operated... until now. Thank you for your comment.

I notice the incredible efforts that the MSM goes to to color much of their reporting... It is sad...

Thank you, Canuckus. I totally agree with you. The mainstream networks used to have strict guidelines for responsible reporting. Ethical News Reporting involves allowing all comments to be made by the main subject, with a proper rebuttal if a news commentator does not agree with what is being said by the subject. Not allowing a full report of what is being said is tantamount to Soviet style censorship. Please refer to my post titled "Mainstream Media Bias?"

What happened on MSNBC is what should have happened on all networks. Trump told a bald faced lie, the anchor then cut in briefly to tell the t***h and then they went back to the conference. Allowing the president or anyone else for that matter to lie on your platform is not as you say giving unbiased news, it is promoting propaganda.

I don't know how many OPP people watched the President's Press Conference on CNN, MSNBC or Fox News yesterday, but I watched it on Fox News and saw the entire broadcast with all of the President's commentary as well as the commentaries of the President of the Ukraine, the President of El Salvador and the Reporter of Venezuelan Heritage, the latter two of whom were supportive of the President's efforts regarding stopping the caravans and fighting Socialism. Later in the day, I was told by a friend that he had watched part of it on MSNBC, but every time the President spoke on the economy, or when the others mentioned above began to praise the President and his efforts, the television image went into split screen and the network news commentator talked over them, making it impossible to hear what they were saying. One commentator purportedly told the audience "not to listen to this because the President is trying to deflect the subject" to other things. Since I did not see this myself, I cannot make a judgement on it, but I am not surprised that this may have happened, since the journalists on main stream media these days are not prone to giving unbiased news. I also know a few people from NBC who have confirmed over the last few years how "regulated" the network had become in regard to "withholding news that did not align with certain agendas." That was as far as they could go in explaining the situation, for fear of losing their jobs. Did anyone else have such an experience if they watched it on MSNBC or CNN? Because of a busy schedule right now, I cannot be on OPP as much as I would like to be but I should be interested in hearing of your observations even if I cannot have the time to comment back.

Deregulating can be i***tic, but not necessarily. Often a good tool to stop government(s) running amok.

By ceding authority to California to set our standards is tantamount to allowing California to rule America. They are only one state. The rules in question are more properly set by the Federal government with the cooperation of all states affected and with the consent of Congress. California has a record of coming up with some good laws, but of late, outrageous laws and ideas and concepts. To subject 49 other stats to the whims of California, would be in your terminology, Moronic and i***tic.

California did do some good things in the past at least in regard to air quality. In 1968 and throughout most of the 70's, the smog in Los Angeles was so bad throughout most of the year, that you could actually smell it and visibility was very much impacted. The state then implemented such measures as smog devices on automobiles and several regulations in the industrial areas of the city. Air quality had greatly improved in Los Angeles since then, but I cannot speak for the rest of the state.

Unfortunately, corrupt State and City Politicians have not taken care of other matters and have let down the tax paying citizens in many ways in regard to the problems of i*****l i*********n, homelessness, skyrocketing taxes and escalating crime, to name a few. The situation has gotten so bad in California that many people across the nation are beginning to refer to it as the People's Republic of California or else the Union of Soviet Socialist California because of local and state politicians' authoritarianism that is reminiscent of Socialist or C*******t societies. California used to be a beautiful state to live in, but now there are many people leaving the state for better and more affordable lives which are most readily obtained in Republican majority states. Idaho, for one, is seeing a plethora of "California Refugees."

No! It definitely is not good to subject the other 49 states to the whimsical outrageous laws, ideas and concepts of today's California and its dishonorable politicians.
