Trump is a business man. When you don't come up to his standards or do the job you were asked to do, "You're FIRED." It's as simple as that. It's the difference between the private sector (business way) and the public sector (bureaucracy way) where you might get a promotion. Trump is constantly "tweaking" his cabinet.
