"Warren didn't claim to be a Native American until her 30s and may have only listed it to score a job. At that point, she was listed under the minority section of a law teachers for-hire directory. Harvard later promoted her Native American heritage."

And she admitted it herself
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/warren-concedes-she-told-harvard-and-penn-about-native-american-ancestry/
"As I have confirmed before, I let people know about my Native American heritage in a national directory of law school personnel," Warren said in the statement. "At some point after I was hired by them, I also provided that information to the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard. My Native American heritage is part of who I am, I'm proud of it and I have been open about it."

Now did she tell them that based on her ancestry she should receive any favors? Probably not, but you can't tell me that the same woman who bragged that she was the first nursing mother to ever take the bar exam wasn't playing the Native American card without expecting it would affect how she was treated.

And as for your "some Indians were scouts for the military" big whoop - none of them were trying to pass themselves off as pale faces.

Actually neither the ant nor the bee reminds me of democrats because both the ant and the bee work for the good of the colony while a democrat wants to lay around and get free stuff from the working class.

That's funny!

I agree completely

I tend to equate the Democrats more with ants or bees and their instinct to serve the queen or be unthinking little drones or workers to serve their "greater good." But any analogy to other species is flawed because Humans are not anything other.

Trump said she didn't have any more than he does which is none, which was what Trump has, and by definition he lost the bet, it was ANY Indian without qualifiers. It might be nice if he just once admitted he was wrong and paid off on a bet. His base undoubtedly supports welching on a bet for wh**ever rhetorical reason comes to mind.

We don't advocate welshing on a bet. Trust but verify!

We Elisabeth Warren got her DNA test and she does have some native blood and since Trump bet her a million she wouldn't take the test she won
Now Trump says he never said that he'd bet her and in less than 20 seconds I found a half a dozen times he did.
And he repeated it at his rallies where he just repeats the same things over and over.
I'll bet he's hard-pressed to come up with a million

At best 1/1024th. Native Americans don't acknowledge this as being part of any tribe. She is no more Native American than you or I since we are all descended for the same original stock.

Trump really loves to hang around with Pedaphile’s. Here he is with George Nader.

Trump received a $180,000 donation to have his picture taken with a convicted Pedaphile. Then came Roy Moore. Also Nader is invovled with doing Russian business for Trump. He is also agreed to talk with Muellar investigation

Nader coordinated the secret meeting with Trump and Erik Prince at Trump Tower with Nader in attendance.
Then Nader set up a meeting in the Seychelles Island between Erik Prince, George Nader and Kirill Demitriev a Putin advisor to set up a back Channell with Russia and Trump.

Nader has been cooperating with Zmuellar investigations.

Imagine a convicted a Pedaphile working with Trump,

(HE LOVES HIS PEDAPHILES.

Kavanaugh was the scrivener of the Patriot Act under Dubya and he doesn't support the 4th amendment. Nevertheless. We could have had Hillary as president and someone way more worse for the nomination.

Last night I heard a story that Kavanaugh has scores of women he had worked with who with who were willing to testify against him. I heard the were disrespected and belittled. They were not called by the judiciary comettee.
Does anyone know if this is true or not?

If this is in regard to the letter signed by 65 women, the news organization that called them only talked to two who answered the phone. Their news headline reported that 63 may be against Kavanaugh! That's an impossible assumption to make based on the sample of 2 out of the 65. Perhaps the headline should have read "63 May or May Not Support Kavanaugh."

[quote=Robert Harrington]I don’t quite buy that. How can you make that assumption as fact. This person has put herself out there at much risk to her current life and family to only make us aware of who we are considering for a lifetime appointment to the court. Sure things can get fuzzy over time but the basic fact still remains. What is the judge afraid of.[/quot

The longer an issue is discussed here the more convoluted the responses become. You don't have to believe it. I'm not making any assumptions. The basic fact is there is solid research to support the fact that this is the way the brain operates. We convince ourselves that we can remember things accurately. You have confirmed exactly what I am saying when you say things can get fuzzy and at the same time deny it because you don't buy it. It can't be both ways. You're hedging.

As far as Kavanaugh is concerned, I have no idea what he is afraid of, or even if he is afraid, since he has vehemently denied the accusations. It is up to the Senate to decide whether the allegations deserve further consideration and what they should do about it. Kavanaugh doesn't have to prove his innocence.
