How many times in your life have you said you or someone else would do something but it never got done?

There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.

Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.

Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.

Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.

It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

"Mexico was gonna pay for the wall" It seems Mexico agrees with Donald Trump's plans to build a wall to keep out i*****l i*******ts

"China would be paying for the tariffs" Here's How Much Trump's Tariffs Will Cost China's GDP

"China Russia N Korea and Iran and Saudi Arabia Tell him what to do" There is no effective rebuttal to such willful ignorance, no way to refute such blind prejudice. A statement such as this has no connection to the reality of geopolitics. In a word, it is just stupid.

I see. A man who grabs a woman's pussy is an evil lecher, but a woman who prostitutes herself for personal political gain is a saint. Got it.

A Quinnipiac poll is better than pulling something out of my ass and calling it the t***h as you so often like to do. And just why should I stop calling you what you are? You are a con (short for conservative) and you demonstrate it with each post that you make. You can't make an argument that isn't a fallacy and you sit there and demean and denigrate as if that is supposed to be some kind of fact. It's not, and if you want to see a really s**tty president than look no further than the one you and your fellow cons put in the WH just two and a half years ago. Not only is he recognized as the worst after only 2 and 1/2 years but he will be recognized as the worst after four, and god forbid, after 8. He is the worst president ever elected by the worst political party ever assembled and that's sad because there was a time when the Republican party represented what was good and decent about this country but with cons like you destroying it...sadly no more...
A Quinnipiac poll is better than pulling something... (show quote)
Unlike progressive ideologues like you, I'm an American. I didn't pull anything out of my ass. I don't give a s**t about polls and polling, at best, they pose ambiguous if not biased questions to an insignificant number of people, they are never comprehensive or accurate. Hillary in a landslide is one example.

Thing about your responses and comments is this: they all are limited to one message, the only difference is the wording. You are redundant with keywords like "cons" and "fallacies", it's a rinse and repeat tactic that is way beyond boring as hell. But the worst thing about it is your constant display of extreme prejudices and your regurgitation of flat out lies.

You can blame the republican party until hell freezes, I don't give a s**t. I'm not a republican. And, FYI, it isn't the goddamned politicians and their respective parties who built our nation, who make it work, and who determine what is decent and good. This country belongs to the American citizens, the ones who have not succumbed or surrendered to ideological dogma and destructive political games.

There is absolutely no doubt in any real American's mind that liberal progressivism is diametrically opposed to every principle upon which this nation was founded, and there is no doubt that self-serving establishment politicians of every stripe are complicit in promoting or allowing the progressive destruction to continue.

You can sit there on your skinny ass an vilify, condemn, and demonize every American who doesn't bow to your dysfunctional and destructive ideology and it doesn't mean squat. You're throwing zeros and passing gas if you think your milquetoast blubbering is having any effect.

Just like Obama she tries to bury her past and tries to look good. The v**ers will fall into the same trap of ignoring her behavior as an attorney, just as they ignored Obama’s behavior and affiliation with the likes of William Ayres former head of Weather Underground and Reverend Wright preacher of hatred towards w****s. Ignore her actions in the past, v**e for her, and you will see your country fall back into a state of despair, corruption, obstruction and complete disregard for the will of the people. I warned America about Obama’s qualifications as a p**********l candidate and “was called ever name in the book from bigot to f*****t”.

I am warning America about “Kamala Harris” qualifications based on her record as an attorney: she is a liar, a schemer, a narcissist, a socialist. As a progressive will seek greater government control over freedom loving Americans, redistribute their wealth by implementing major costly and useless legislation to s**m the American people. The green new deal will raise the cost of your electric and fuel bill to heat or cool your home and your gasoline prices to drive your car under the false claim that it will benefit g****l w*****g and cleaner air.

I pray she fails in her bid for the presidency because self indulgent characters with bad records, bad morals bad ethics and greed will, in their quest for power, legislate bad policies that will ruin our country standing, reduce our freedoms, ignore the constitution, and squander our nation’s wealth.

And, Kamala Harris slept her way to the top.

Kamala Harris, that vaunted self-righteous feminist candidate who's using her 'year of the woman' chops to challenge President Trump in 2020, has a little problem: She slept her way to the top.

You know, the mistress thing, not exactly moving on up based on hard work or merit, that little advantage of good looks (President Obama called her the 'best-looking' state attorney general), employed to their optimal practical use. Her political patron, former lawyer to pimps, Mayor of San Francisco, and State Assembly Speaker Willie Brown, admitted he helped her get her political start, writing in his bloggy San Francisco Chronicle column:

Yes, we dated. It was more than 20 years ago. Yes, I may have influenced her career by appointing her to two state commissions when I was Assembly speaker.

And I certainly helped with her first race for district attorney in San Francisco. I have also helped the careers of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Gov. Gavin Newsom, Sen. Dianne Feinstein and a host of other politicians.

Now you know where we get these people from. Somehow Harris, who was in her late 20s or at most 30 when she dated the 60-year-old married Brown around 1994 did so because he was just so very irresistable. Here's how the San Francisco Chronicle reported it on Twitter:

WILLIE BROWN: "I’ve been peppered with calls from the national media about my 'relationship' with Kamala Harris, particularly since it became obvious that she was going to run for president. Yes, we dated.
— San Francisco Chronicle (@sfchronicle) January 26, 2019

That of course, was in exchange for certain kinds of favors. Her rival, Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren got her start playing f**e Indian. Kamala went the old fashioned way, sleeping her way to the top. Democrats have some pool of candidates here in this 'it's our turn' year of the woman and out to Get Trump offerings.

Willie Brown, of course, was California's most powerful politician, which might have had something to do with why Harris was out 'dating' the married man twice her age. And it's interesting because Brown, a former attorney for pimps in his pre-political days, seems to have a taste for the kind of women often seen in a positive light by pimps, such as this one - who represents Brown's taste in women. Not that it mattered that he was married, he's always had a girlfriend in the picture, according to the article. And well, Kamala was one of them.

Other reports say that once Kamala got the office she wanted from Brown, she dumped him. Brown made a cutesy reference to Kamala saying she was going to ticket him for jaywalking, which sounds like overk**l, probably the kind of statement someone with a guilty conscience would make, not wanting anyone to know about how she got her office. What's more, Harris has kept virtually all references to Brown out of her numerous memoirs on the market.

Some feminist she is. She slept her way to the top and now it's out. It's actually not the first time it's been out, but since it's coming out now so early in the campaign, perhaps it was an inoculation shot, the way that candidate Donald Trump's team must have released the Melania Trump nude modelling shots to the New York Post to make it 'old news' so as to assure it would not become a campaign issue the day before the e******n.

All the same, it's d********g, and while Trump is no angel on the love front, at least he never offered sex for political favors, either to women or from women. He never c***ted on someone's spouse to get himself some political power the way she did. So now that Harris is presented as a role model and antidote-to-Trump these days, is she going to encourage all the little girls out there by saying that getting a politically strong boyfriend is the way to make it big in politics now? One wonders.

Let's hope she has to answer some questions about it from the Trump camp in what's sure to be a pious and hectoring political campaign.

Best President since World War II:

He is. Lots of jobs right now. There are now more job openings than workers to fill them. U.S. job openings hit a record 7.1 million, exceed number of unemployed Americans. Helluva deal.

Do you have a problem with Americans making a living? How about Chinese folks? Shouldn't they make a living also?

Oh, I forgot, we're all supposed to swear allegiance to Big Daddy Government and put our lives solely in its hands. We gotta depend on da government for everything. Yeah, right! Just what we need is more airheads blindly following their own overinflated egos. Good grief, her own constituents in Brooklyn and Queens are suffering buyers remorse, she's running a 21% job approval rating.

How Dumb Is Ocasio-Cortez?

The two hottest commodities in the Democratic Party are Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Earlier this week, Omar exhibited stunning ignorance in her hostile questioning of Elliott Adams Abrams. Similarly, Ocasio-Cortez has often displayed a surprising lack of knowledge for someone who apparently is a college graduate. Don’t get me started on the “Green New Socialism.” But she outdid herself yesterday.

The context was Amazon’s announcement that it would not, after all, build a second corporate headquarters in Long Island City, which I understand is close to, but not within, Ocasio-Cortez’s district. The project reportedly would have entailed 25,000 new jobs–normally considered a good thing by Congressmen. But Ocasio-Cortez thought it was wonderful that her constituents would not have the option to compete for those jobs:

But Ocasio-Cortez thought it was wonderful that her constituents would not have the option to compete for those jobs:

I suppose if AOC’s constituents thought they would be “exploited” by Amazon they wouldn’t have to apply for jobs there. Now, they don’t have the choice.

Whether New York should have given Amazon incentives necessary to cement the Long Island City deal is debatable. As a conservative, I might say No. So, putting aside the i***tic Marxist rhetoric, there is nothing wrong with saying adios to Amazon. This is where Ocasio-Cortez went off the rails and took a deep dive into stupidity:

You know, I think it’s really important that we understand that we need to invest in our economy, but we need to invest in our people, and to give away $3 billion to a company that has a history of worker exploitation that’s paying below what the cost of New York City is not acceptable for us.

Of course, New York wasn’t going to “give” Amazon anything, let alone $3 billion. The $3 billion is an estimate of foregone tax revenues. In other words, money that Amazon won’t pay New York, not money that New York will pay Amazon. This is childishly simple, but apparently too much for AOC:

What’s great is that our economy, our local economy, is already growing. So I firmly believe that if we want to take that $3 billion dollars that we were willing to give to Amazon and invest it in our local community, we can do that. We can make those jobs. We can make 25,000 jobs. But we don’t have to give away and allow our subway system to crumble so that Amazon essentially owns a part of New York City. We can create 25,000 jobs with Mom-and-Pops; we can create 25,000 jobs with companies that are willing to come to the table, but we should not be giving away our infrastructure, our subway system, our schools, our teachers’ salaries, our firefighters’ budgets, to a company that has not shown good faith to New Yorkers.

This is almost unbelievably stupid. Obviously, there is no “$3 billion dollars that we were willing to give to Amazon.” No one ever proposed to give money to Amazon. Those were dollars that “we” hypothetically would have refrained from collecting from Amazon. Those dollars do not exist. They are not in the possession of New York State or any other public entity. They cannot be “invest[ed] in our local community.” The absence of those funds will not “allow our subway system to crumble.” No one has ever proposed “giving away our infrastructure, our schools, our teachers’ salaries, our firefighters’ budgets,” to Amazon or anyone else.

This isn’t complicated stuff. If Ocasio-Cortez is really this stupid, she shouldn’t have graduated from high school. She certainly shouldn’t be representing many thousands of constituents, who must assume that she is of at least average intelligence, in Congress.

I don't know how anyone could possibly consider Jimmy Carter "a man of great integrity" since he screwed the pooch with the "national malaise", stagnation, but worst of all, opening the door for Islamic fundamentalists to take over a nation that was once a solid ally of the US, then botching the rescue of American hostages taken almost immediately by that regime. Carter was as miserable as a president as the economy was under his watch.
