Eagle: someone once said; "beauty is only skin deep." But Melania does looks better in the nude pics. I will respectfully disagree that a "would be porn star" fits the definition of "classiest first lady ever" - but as I am fond of saying - to each his own.
My mom used to say that all the time. Beauty is only skin deep?? Naw, it ain't. Real beauty, the beauty that counts comes from within, from the heart and soul. I have known some physically stunning people, gorgeous women and handsome men, who were absolute assholes, ugly as a warthog in heart and soul, and I have known some physically ugly people who were truly beautiful people, giving and gracious in heart and soul.

And, every once in a while you come across a person who is physically beautiful and who is truly beautiful in heart and soul. Melania is one of these. First Lady Melania Trump's Be Best Anniversary Celebration This is her initiative to educate parents and children on well being and and online safety and to combat Opioid abuse.

I don't have to know what your physical attributes are to know which group you are in. Any low life can point fingers at someone and make obscene accusations about her, like "would be porn star" or worse. This is the hallmark of a seriously ugly, egotistical, prejudiced hypocrite.

Trump is guilty of obstruction and a lot more, that does not make McCain guilty of anything. it just makes you mad
Hey, herbie, Trump is an American citizen. Under our system of justice, every citizen is presumed innocent until proven guilty. The burden of proof is upon the accuser. The accuser must have sufficient evidence to file charges. Formal charges are issued in what is called an indictment. The indictment might go to a grand jury. The grand jury will convene to determine if sufficient evidence exists to go forward with a prosecution, Or, the indictment may be submitted directly to a court of law for prosecution. In court, under a judge and an impaneled jury, an attorney will prosecute in an attempt to prove guilt.

Every American citizen has the constitutional (6th Amendment) right to trial by a jury of peers, the right to confront the accuser and the right to defend against the charges.

If the jury returns a guilty verdict, only then is the accused GUILTY as charged.

So, let's look at the facts. Mueller and his team investigated for 2 plus years. At the conclusion of the investigation, no indictments for collusion or obstruction were issued. Therefore the case did not go to a grand jury or to a court. Therefore, no prosecution took place, therefore Trump was not found guilty of anything.

IOW, your assumption of guilt is meaningless.

Mueller said in his report why he didn`t go after Trump, that would be Barr`s job as the AG
The Attorney General of the United States does not "go after" anyone, he does not prosecute cases. The AG is the head of the Dept of Justice which is a department within the Executive Branch. The AG serves the POTUS and the American people.

That site is also islamophobic as well.

TheReligionofPeace.com (TROP) is a pluralistic, non-partisan site concerned with Islam's political and religious teachings according to its own texts. The purpose is to counter whitewashing and explain the threat that Islam truly poses to human dignity and freedom, as well as the violence and dysfunction that ensues as a direct consequence of this religion's s*********t ideology.

Islam is not defined by anyone's opinion, but by the Quran, Hadith and Sira. These historical texts are readily available in the information age, meaning that anyone can go straight to the source from any referenced article on this site.

While apologists of Islam generally use fragments of Quran verses, weaker hadith (Islam's version of "f**e news") and contemporary opinion to lower Western defenses, TROP explains the context, cites early biographers, and posts references to those Hadith collections deemed most reliable (Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim and Abu Dawud).

TROP is not associated with any organization. The site does not promote any religion, but it is not hostile to religion. We generally support the rights of atheists, Christians, Hindus, Jews, women, consenting adults, Muslims and anyone else on the planet to live as they wish without violating the rights of others.

TheReligionofPeace.com strongly condemns any attempt to harm or harass any Muslim anywhere in the world over their religion. Every person is entitled to be treated as an individual and judged only by his or her own words and deeds (see About Muslims).

TROP also denounces any act of vandalism against mosques or other property, including juvenile attempts to offend Muslims by desecrating copies of the Quran. (The best way of discrediting the Quran is to tell non-Muslims what it actually says about them).

The world we share is at a critical moment. After holding back Muslim conquests for 1400 years, Western borders are being thrown open to an irreversible flow of migration from the Islamic world. At the same time, important questions about Islam are being stigmatized and deliberately mischaracterized as "bigotry."

One reason is that many Muslims get offended when their religion is questioned, and this seems like a bad thing. Another is the false conflating of persons with ideology. Most Muslims are obviously not bad people. Most are "like us." The lazy conclusion is that "true" Islam must not be significantly different or dangerous.

But, tolerance doesn't mean denying t***h. Our culture has benefited greatly from the freedom to criticize dogma. Holding Islam to a different standard not only risks hard-fought social progress, but denies an Age of Enlightenment to those desperately in need of it. The mere fact that Islam requires special protection from scrutiny proves how necessary it really is.

The main purpose of this site is to challenge the assumption that all religion is the same, which is easily belied by common sense. Over 99% of religiously-motivated terror is committed explicitly in the name of this one faith. How can that be if it is just like all the others?

How is that we so often hear of converts to Islam turning to terror, but never the same with converts from Islam? Why are only ex-Muslims k**led? If 'ignorance of Islam' is the culprit, then why don't other religions have this problem, and why there are so many Islamic clerics, imams and preachers actively involved in terror cells and recruitment across the globe?

Lift the cloak of religion and it becomes obvious that there is a tremendous amount of social dysfunction tied to Islam's core texts and teachings. Polls show that large minorities - or even majorities - in the Islamic world approve of amputations, stonings, violence in defense of Islam, and draconian rules prohibiting other religions equal rights and freedom.

Acts of discrimination, h**e and terror that would be shocking in the name of any other faith are so commonplace in the Muslim world that it barely registers in Western media. The very fact that the bar of expectation is set so low for "the Religion of Peace" underscores just how different it really is.

No one uses the term "self-radicalization" with any other faith or attaches an "ism" to the end (Islamism) to project false hope that the "real thing" is something other than what it appears. Islam is the only ideology, religious or otherwise, in which critics are bullied into silence and told they have a "phobia" (or are "r****t" for challenging a s*********t religion that speaks far worse of them, along with everyone else outside the group identity).

Yet, where Islam dominates, there is systematic discrimination and oppression of non-believers. Where Muslims are a minority, there is a trend toward peevish self-interest and eventual violence when demands for special privilege and entitlements are not met. No other religion is so demanding of respect while doing so little to earn it.

Rather than great humanitarian accomplishment or true peace, Islam appears to breed arrogance and self-absorption: the collective petulance, narcissism and perpetual grievance that broadly characterizes Muslim populations. Hinduism has very little in common with Western religion, for example, yet Hindus generally assimilate and contribute positively to host countries while Muslim migration is accompanied by social strain and a net budgetary loss.

It is hard to deny Islam's remarkable unwillingness to extend equal moral consideration to those outside of the faith. More innocent lives were snuffed out in just two hours by devout Muslims on 9/11 than by the Ku Klux Klan in its entire 145-year history (source), yet, there was never one massed protest against Osama bin Laden in the entire Muslim world (many actually condemned his k*****g). No matter how atrocious the act perpetrated in the name of Allah, it is always followed by rhetorical distraction and claims of victimization.

Should we be surprised to find that this disregard for others is rooted in the s*********t ideology of the Quran and Sharia? These texts unashamedly draw the sharpest distinction between those within the group of believers and those outside - toward whom arbitrary denigration is cast and hatred, harsh treatment and eternal punishment is prescribed. It isn't the victims who need lessons in tolerance and understanding - it is the Islamic world.

Islam is more than just a different sort of religion. It is a rigid political and cultural system with a mandate to conquer and govern the lives of others via necessary force "until religion is only for Allah." The enemy of this orthodoxy is not just intellectual dissent and free speech, but human freedom. The divine charter of Islam is to impose itself and thus prevent the individual from discovering a different meaning for their own lives.

Rather than make the West a "safe space" for Islam, we should be challenging Muslims to make Islam safe for the world. Until then, it is not in our interest to accommodate that which has no intention of accommodating us. Neither should we assist the expansion within our borders of a religion that is consistently incapable of building countries in which even Muslims themselves want to live.

Tolerance is a good thing, but not when we allow it to be used cynically against us by those who have no use for it once they obtain power. We need to throw out political correctness and embrace critical thinking.

The t***h is that Islam is not like other religion and it is certainly not a religion of peace. Sometimes the t***h isn't comfortable. Sometimes the t***h offends. But it is far better that we offend others with the t***h than lose our own freedom.

Ever since Donald Trump attended France’s Bastille Day parade in July of 2017, he’s wanted to top it with a military parade of his own. Those plans were scrapped last summer when it became clear that a parade would cost nearly $100 million and destroy the streets of Washington, D.C. But in February of this year, after some modifications, Trump announced a new idea: He’d co-opt the annual July 4 fireworks show on the National Mall to throw a “Salute to America,” complete with a rambling speech, military flyovers, and a Trump rally atmosphere.

Trump is making a “political rally” out of a day that should be for celebrating America and what it stands for. “Frankly, that’s not what July 4th is about,” he said. “It’s not about politics in the partisan sense — it’s about democracy, it’s about freedom, it’s about individual liberties, it’s about pursuit of happiness.” The president wants to make it about him and the GOP. I would gladly apologize and make amends if I am wrong about this event. Watch with an unbiased eye.

Is there any precedent for this? Not really. Presidents typically stay away from July 4 celebrations, with the last one to link himself to the festivities coming in 1970, USA Today reports. That year, Richard Nixon held an “Honor America Day,” which was besieged by Vietnam war protesters, some of whom held a marijuana smoke-in.
Ever since Donald Trump attended France’s Bastille... (show quote)
Independence Day, 2019 is next Thursday. Hasn't happened yet. Maybe it will just fizzle like you do when you post.

George Washington fell ill on July 4, 1789 and spent the nation's 13th birthday in bed. In fairness to Washington, Fourth of July celebrations didn't really catch on until about 1820, and Independence Day wasn't declared a federal holiday until 1870.

Thomas Jefferson, one of two Presidents to sign the Declaration of Independence, started the White House tradition of celebrating the Fourth of July with the first Independence Day reception in 1801. He is also one of three presidents to die on July 4, along with America's second president, John Adams and its fifth president, James Monroe.

On July 4, 1828, John Quincy Adams attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the excavation of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal at Little Falls located just above Georgetown. He also gave an address, accompanied by music from the US Marine Band.

Zachary Taylor probably had the worst Fourth of July of any president in US history. After attending a ceremony at the Washington Monument on a very hot day in 1850, Taylor went to an outdoor party where he reportedly indulged in a bowl of cherries and cream that had been in the sun all day. Over the following days, Taylor suffered from stomach pains and vomiting. He died a few days later, though the exact cause of death has been a source of debate.

On July 4, 1861, Abraham Lincoln called a special session of Congress to ask for more resources to fight the Civil War. Two years later, on July 4, 1863, the Confederate Army surrendered at Vicksburg, marking a turning point for the Union in the Civil War.

On July 4, 1870, Ulysses S. Grant was on the p**********l train in New England heading for Woodstock, Connecticut. When he arrived in Woodstock, he heard a speech by social reformer Henry Ward Beecher.

In 1881, James A. Garfield spent July 4th in bed after being shot twice two days earlier in an assassination attempt by Charles Guiteau. He died from his injuries on September 19. He had only served four months in office.

On July 4, 1902, President Theodore Roosevelt gave a speech to a crowd of 200,000 at Schenley Park in Pittsburgh.

On July 4, 1914, President Woodrow Wilson gave an address at Independence Hall in Philadelphia on the meaning of the Declaration of Independence. During this speech, he uttered the famous words "our country, right or wrong." Wilson spent July 4, 1917 trying to come up with a plan for US military action in World War I.

On July 4, 1940, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt officially turned the library he built in his name in Hyde Park, New York over to the federal government, making it the first p**********l library in the US.

On July 4, 1952, President Harry Truman attended a Washington Senators baseball game at Griffith Stadium in Washington D.C., but left early because of rain. The Yankees would go on to beat the Senators that day 9 to 4.

Dwight D. Eisenhower played a LOT of golf. He spent four out of seven of his Independence Days as president on the links.

On July 4, 1961, the Kennedy administration asked Congress for permission to deploy "anti-subversive" military actions in Latin America.

For America's bicentennial celebration, President Gerald Ford hosted a huge celebration at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, the site where the American army camped the winter of 1777 during the Revolutionary War.

Although he was still recovering from an assassination attempt in 1981, Ronald Reagan managed to have some fun at his first White House Independence Day picnic.

On July 4 in 2000, Bill Clinton and his family visited New York to view the largest maritime assemblage in American history.

On July 4, 2005, George W. Bush celebrated his 60th birthday two days early with the troops at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

For the Fourth of July, 2016, President Barack Obama spoke at a naturalization ceremony for active-duty service members and civilians. Later, Barack and Michelle Obama hosted military heroes and their families at a White House special Independence Day event. The president ended the day by taking in a fireworks display.

History

Founded in 2003, Jihad Watch is an anti-Muslim conspiracy blog affiliated with the David Horowitz Freedom Center, run by blogger Robert Spencer, it has been described as one of the main homes of the anti-Islamic Counter-jihad movement on the internet. It has been repeatedly criticized by numerous academics who believe that it promotes an Islamophobic worldview and conspiracy theories. According to their FAQ page “Jihad Watch is an attempt to raise awareness about the activities of the global jihadists.”

Funded by / Ownership

The owner of the website is Robert Spencer who is affiliated with the 501c3 nonprofit David Horowitz Freedom Center. As of 2010, Robert Spencer was paid a salary of $132,000 by the David Horowitz Freedom Center to run the website. The Horowitz Center is funded by multiple donors including the strongly right leaning Bradley Foundation. The Jihad Watch website is funded through donations and advertising.

Analysis / Bias

In review, Jihad Watch holds an extreme right anti-Islam viewpoint. The main purpose of Jihad Watch is to portray Muslims in a negative light that often points toward violent tendencies such as this: Canada fights “h**e”, while jihadist sign threatening “massacre of Jews” flaunted at Toronto al-Quds Day rally and this, in which they seem to advocate for a fight against Islam: Can Islam Be Defeated? This propaganda piece is sourced to both the Bible and Quran as evidence. When it comes to sourcing, they use a variety of sources, some which are credible and others which are not, such as Breitbart. In general, all stories on Jihad Watch serve as propaganda to frame Muslims negatively, while portraying Christians/Americans as persecuted and in danger.

The Southern Poverty Law Center has labeled Robert Spencer a White Nationalist, while the Anti-Defamation League has done the same. Robert Spencer is also the co-founder of Stop Islamization of America with Pamela Geller, which is considered a h**e group.

A factual search reveals numerous failed fact checks by IFCN fact checkers.

Sweden has begun referring to “Christmas” as “Winter Celebration” in to appease their Muslim population.FALSE

Maine’s House Democrats v**ed to allow female g*****l m********n.FALSE

Somali Muslim refugees “took over” the small town of Shelbyville, Tennessee and targeted local Christians with “violent Islamic crimes”.FALSE

Overall, we rate Jihad Watch a Questionable source based on Extreme Right bias, promotion of propaganda and conspiracies, use of poor sources, numerous failed fact checks and links to individuals associated with h**e groups
